The quality of the pizza strongly depends on when you order. Weekday pizzas are great, and I would recommend. On the weekend however they tend to be incredibly stingy with toppings - not sure if this is a staff issue, or company instruction? Either way, I'd recommend avoiding at the weekend.

Delivery time changed 3 times on the app, food arrived an hour and a half after ordering, when it arrived it was cold

I ordered a large pan pizza for 8.99. I'm a long time pizza hut fan, and pizza hut has been going down hill for years. But this pizza reminded me of the good old days. The base was so oily it was basically deep-fried, it reguvinated the taste of the pizza. The cheese stretch was there too. I was able to swap a topping at no extra cost which is great because toppings are so expensive I can rarely get what I want.

Food was very late, cold when it arrived and part of the order was wrong, extremely disappointed!!!

I was waiting for over an hour and half there was still no driver coming so I rang the shop and they made it fresh and I had to go pick it up myself. I want a full refund please as the whole point of just eat

Ordered doors should have arrived latest 3:55 but it turns up almost 40min late and it was cold. It is unacceptable for the delivery time to be delayed as much as they need to. But if I wanted to cancel the order I still have to pay for it. Not happy with the service

Excellent! I have already posted a Google review as recommended by the pizza hut telephone operator at ditherigton road, Shrewsbury, who was also very friendly and helpful, praising the delivery driver 'saul' who's name I was given and the overall positive experience. I will no longer order from any other pizza company other than this one for numerous reasons including being charged twice at different amounts for an unwanted order the next day, plus a non existent customer care line to resolve the issue. I would fully recommend pizza hut at this branch, I have also had a very positive dine- in experience with friends at the branch in the moele brace retail park.

Bbq sauce base on pepperoni pizza had a very strange taste and texture. Did not enjoy it at all.

A hour late I only ordered chicken strips and cookie dough! No icecream with the cookie dough and it was that cold no one could eat it. And the chicken was so cold the dog ate them such a shame as I ve never ordered before and won't be again!

Brilliant Pizzas, cooked to perfection

Ordered cookie dough which isn't exactly cheap for what it is and it didn't come with ice cream which states on the menu it does. Little bit disappointed.

We ordered for delivery at 7.20pm and it was due at 7.50pm. After 30 more mins (late) the driver called to say he was knocking at the door. It turns out the wrong door miles away. So I then gave him the correct address accepting that the Pizzas will be cold now but we needed to eat as our child was up way too late now! We waited a further 30 mins and still nothing as it should have taken around 5-8mins from that address. We called the store and the guy who answered the phone was the most unprofessional person I have spoken to in a long while he basically didn’t care and said the driver had gone off to a different location and said to me we had two choices wait a further 30 mins for the driver to do the drop off and then deliver what would be very cold pizzas or they could re cook the pizzas and send out in an hours time which of course would be unacceptable. So I complained about this and the guy on the phone start being quite angry and after I asked him to calm down he put the phone down (this is unacceptable I run a marketing agency covering a lot of food restaurants). My partner (who is a teacher) then called and explained the situation and spoke with the same guy on the phone who proceeded to lie to my partner saying I was ‘swearing’ at him on the phone, my partner was in the room with me and explained that ‘I’ do not swear. He also said there are no guarantees that the order would arrive within an hour as there might be other issues on other orders! Anyway the outcome was we didn’t get our food Our little one had to have something else and we had cheese on toast as too late to cook anything! So the guy on the phone really needs retraining or just sacking to be fair and that place really needs to book up their ideas!

Couldn’t get through to restraint we ordered 2 large pizzas and they sent 1 medium and 1 large 1 was hot 1 was warm

Disgusting prices went in here to order my partner a pizza to find pizza were a minimum of £20. Disgusting.

Pizza was supposed to arrive at 20.30. It arrived at 21.52 - I was no longer at the delivery location so I didn’t receive the food. The shop stopped answering phone calls after 20.45, so I had to drive to the shop to work out if the shop was still open or not and to request a refund which they would not do in store.

Foe a restaurant that specialises in chicken wings, my expectation was that they would have been good. But no not at all, not even close to being tasty. The skin on a chicken wing should be cooked to crispy standard, but what I received was very pale with no crisp. The food is so bad I wonder how places like this stay in business, this really does show how bad fast food can sell. I would advise against ordering from here, when KFC is 100% better.

Busy on weekends and can take a while for food to arrive but food is always excellent! Very delicious.

The pizza was cold and not very tasty.

Completely mucked up my internet order so I called the store to explain they were great about it and remade the pizza's I was supposed to have ordered really helpful and extremely quick with the delivery.

Pizza was cold when it arrived, I had to zap it in the microwave and they’re never as good after that.

Have to say a very poor takeaway pizza. Ordered with jalapeños but had none in stock so they said they had replaced with chilli’s….no evidence of said chilli’s on over-cooked, dry pizza when consumed. Disappointed and will think twice before ordering from here again. Value for money: 👎🏼😢

Ordered at 9am for 6.15pm, so me and my partner could have a quick easy bite to eat before going to the cinema. I check the tracker and its only just gone in the oven at 6.25 and will be another 25 minutes before we have it. So now we either miss the first half an hour of our film or have cold pizza waiting for us when we get home. Couldn't even cancel my order, I'd have to email customer service for my money back. Terrible service.

Fantastic service I know it's a franchise but the young people answering the phones are so polite and helpful unfortunately one of our pizzas was wrong but literally 30 second phone call and they replaced it within 20 minutes no questions asked thanks for going above and Beyond

Beautiful pizzas, but too expensive to have very often.

Food was horrible and pizza was bland, definitely not worth the money. Avoid this restaurant and go to Dominoes, at least they have more flavour to the food. Highly disappointed.

Ordered Pizza with a delivery time quoted at 30 to 40 minutes. 1 hour in I called to query and I was told the driver had gone through town and was stuck in traffic and road works. This shocked me as where we live from the hut shop, there are two direct routes which are quicker and have reduced traffic. The app was showing as 4 mins to arrival and this stayed for about 20 mins. Making this feature absolutely pointless. The pizza arrived at 1 hour and ten minutes after ordering. No shock to say that the pizza was warm at best when my expectation is hot. The pepperoni feast was closer to a Margherita than a feast. Overall this was my first order with this Pizza hut and it will take something special for me to go back.

Ordered two large pizzas and a side online at 9.01pm. It was delivered outside my front door and placed on the outside floor stacked one on top of each other! The delivery driver left! (Not sure that is hygienic being left outside your front door on the ground! When I opened the box of the pizza my pizza had been crushed and toppings stuck to the lid! The base of the pizza was under cooked and the edge of the pizza was flattened obviously in transit! I spoke to Lewis whom was extremely rude and refused to change my pizza! I think they forgot we ordered as only 3 mins away and it took them 10 to 15 mins from phoning to turn up and the manager said he is 2 mins away

It was 45 minutes late. It was the first gluten free pizza I had ever had, so now I know never to order one again! The toppings were nice but the base was terrible and very small. Definitely not worth £20.

Good pizza, arrived nice and hot. Think for what they are it's over priced, but for convenience and for when you can't be bothered to cook on a Friday it does the job. It also came 15 minutes early ( delivery driver pleasant too).

Ordered a pizza with no garlic and BBQ base, instead came with a tomato base and garlic and I couldn't taste anything but garlic. ruined the pizza and wasted my money

Luke warm Pizza, with the wrong sauce.

The food was due to arrive at 7:50 pm. However after clicking on the link to see where my food was it updated it to arrive at 8:45. However i rang the restaurant 17 times with the number provided on just eat, finally got through once and they hung up!!. The food finally arrived at 9.30 cold. It was for a teenagers birthday party. I cannot believe the poor service and no communication. Once the delivery man arrived he said he would ring his manager and get straight back to me with free food and a discount. However once he left i dodnt hear from him again. 31 pound for two cold pizzas three hours late and a disappointed birthday boy.

I did not want the free garlic bread so they kindly offered me something different in its place. Ordered in store and 12 minutes later it was ready to take away. Good service.

Awesome food. Quality is the same as the ones I buy back home in Toronto. I especially liked the garlic bread and cheese. Kinda like a panzerotti. Very lovely. Definitely recommend eating here.

Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Absolutely awful customer service, 6 cookie dough and ice creams ordered. Delivered burnt, Manager was so rude and refused to acknowledge them being burnt and uneatable. Steer clear of this place. Wouldn’t recommend at all, place has gone down hill from what it used to be. The new manager has lost loyal/regular customers.

Love the lunchtime all you can eat buffets. Loads of choice.

Good pizza but quite expensive so we only use when offers are on. We usually collect too as quite close to home. Tasty pizza but could do with more toppings.

Unfortunately - no similarities to the original pizza hut base and toppings. Just an average pizza finished with a salty herb crumb which wasn't on the menu and ruined the taste. Wont be ordering again after this.

Food was great, however it did come very late, but the delivery driver explained the situation as to why it was so late. However I did call the restaurant numerous times to enquire about my order, and received no response.
