The best restaurants in Abbey Shropshire West Midlands

This is a little gem of a place. Warm, welcoming and between English Bridge and the Abbey. Terrific cakes too. A wonderful addition to Shrewsbury's enviable array of great coffee shops. As the sign says, 'Eat your cake fast so your Fitbit will think you are working out'.

Lovely coffee shop with outstanding selection of flavoured hot chocolate and warm atmosphere. People who run it are always friendly and welcoming 😊

This restaurant was not called what we expected. There was no shop front with Momo no ki on the sign. On the street was a pub/bar and its only from this site we asked about the noodle bar. The building was lovely, very old and characterful. We were sent upstairs and told there are two menus. Confusing if you walk in off the street and no menu online anywhere. However we both ordered ramen from the short menu given to us. It was hot, tasty and plentiful. No space for pudding either. Just needs more signage and publicity!

The chips were cold on arrival,the pizza wasn’t as cold but still could’ve been warm..the driver had no speed about him after asking him to hurry up and pass me the food he continued sitting in the van dropping change everywhere giving me less change than I should’ve had so it’s cost me an extra couple quid and to top off it all when I opened up the order I would’ve thought I would get more than8 tiny little pieces off chicken in a popcorn chicken the only good things out it was the drinks

Really busy early Friday but a great atmosphere. The food was delicious and served in very generous portions. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning to the Old Bell.

Great takeaway. The vegan menu is amazing and really appreciated. Lots to choose from, good portion sizes and tasty food.

Absolutely superb. Friendly atmosphere. Great food and a good choice had 3 vegetarians in the group and there was plenty for them to choose from. Couldn't fault the service. Would definitely come again.

I lost my bag and went there the next day and the staff were lovely and helpful, I went back the next week with said lost bag and bicycle and I didn’t have a bike lock yet the security took my bike in while I enjoyed the establishment and returned it when I wanted to leave Thankyou so much for having me

Been there a couple of times now & won’t be going there again, customer service is rubbish, barely speak, unless they really have to , not at all pleasant or friendly unless they are gossiping amongst themselves, the wrap I bought on my final visit was limp, not much meat, was not wrapped up properly so fell into my, also over priced , not a patch on Jaqueline deli , Telford estate or Coleham, definitely learnt my lesson !!!!!
