Pizza Bite in Shropshire

The chips were cold on arrival,the pizza wasn’t as cold but still could’ve been warm..the driver had no speed about him after asking him to hurry up and pass me the food he continued sitting in the van dropping change everywhere giving me less change than I should’ve had so it’s cost me an extra couple quid and to top off it all when I opened up the order I would’ve thought I would get more than8 tiny little pieces off chicken in a popcorn chicken the only good things out it was the drinks

Food was excellent and arrived hot. Delivery time was fantastic, especially compared to other recent orders. The staff were very polite and helpful when we called to check allergy information.

Food was good quality and hot on arrival, portion sizes where good. Only thing was the drink was missing, there was no salad on the chicken wrap and the wrap itself was hard.

Food tasted nice - however, I am disgusted at the size of the nearly £4 chip portion and utterly disgusted by the size of the sauces. The suace was less than a spoonful for nearly £2.50.

Pizza usually tastes amazing however today I noticed the pizza had arrived looking smaller. I measured it. It was 2 inches short. 16 inch diameter pizza reduced to 14 inch diameter pizza. The pizza was also cold and quite stiff leading me to believe that it was not fresh at all and made earlier in the day. Genuinely disappointed with this today as they're usually pretty good. Although it's a cheap place to get a pizza, I much prefer to receive the size I have ordered and fresh.

The food was actually really good. But they didn’t give me the drink that I ordered or the ketchup. I ordered the chicken calzone and burger which were both really good.

No sauce or salad in chicken strip wrap. Portions were measly.

We ordered 2 pizzas first time. It took over 45 minutes to make them. Which was fine. But after that we waited over 20 minutes for the delivery. So tried to call them. Said the number can’t be reached. Then went on live chat. After a bit of wait, to get through, we were updated that it would take another 7 minutes for the delivery!! We live in the middle of the Shrewsbury town. It shouldn’t have taken them that long to deliver. Plus it wasn’t during traffic hours for them to be stuck to be that late. Not acceptable.

Delivered quickly. But £17 for a 16" pizza that was actually smaller than that, with half the slices not even containing the advertised toppings is nothing short of a complete rip off. You're better off eating a £2 frozen pizza from the cheap section of the frozen Isle in a supermarket.

Delivery driver is always early keeping the warm always friendly good to chat to he does the job and is good at what he’s so quick and efficient would rate higher if possible 10/10 would order again

Food was great, not greezy at all. Though the the £1.2 for a tiny tub of sauce is very much a rip off (even if the sauce is nice.) really should include as part of the order with the pizza or calzone. Other than that I would certainly get them again.

I ordered a 16inch pizza and got a 12inch pizza in a 16inch box so I’m not happy

It was late due to driver shortages but couldn’t fault the restaurant enough! The 1 delivery driver on, on a busy night foot ball England vs usa which would be a busy night came apologised that it was late and gave me a free bottle of Pepsi large and a cake with a few lollies in it! I’d definitley recommend thank you for the extra I appreciate it!

Frequent orderer here...The food from here is SO GOOD,i can't recommend highly enough! Great meal deals, really well priced, lovely staff, speedy service.. The pizza is delicious, chicken bites are perfect, great fries too, and the Pizza Bites sauce is insane.. A bite of pizza, a chicken bite, a couple of fries, a bite of onion ring, dipped in PB sauce.. Utter mouthgasm 🤤
