The best restaurants serving British food in Abbey Shropshire West Midlands

We have stayed here several times and don't intend that to change, always warm and inviting. Hollie, Mel and Luke superb as usual, slept well.

On its last legs, now believed to closed.

Below par pub grub and very slow service

Given two stars for the service and it looks a lovely place but the food was really disappointing, ordered sausage and chips at lunch time and honestly I’ve never had chips so dry and limp, to top it off the sausages were like sawdust again really dry.

I went there for lunch today, for the first time, I live local and I'll be going again. The staff were excellent , the beer was great and the food was spot on. The pie I had was jam full of meat and very tasty. Fish was huge as were the chips.
