Great place for a drink and good food. They show the football and great atmosphere all around. The staff are all friendly and cater to your needs. Highly recommended.

We recently visited The Shire Fryer and were really impressed. We ordered the halloumi burger and the falafel wrap, and both were excellent. My wife hasn't stopped raving about the halloumi burger—she says it's the best she's ever had, and I have to agree it was incredibly well done. The falafel wrap was fresh and full of flavor, and the chips were perfectly crispy and generously portioned. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you're getting, which makes the experience even better. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit tricky, but honestly, the food more than makes up for it. If you're in the area and looking for a great meal, I’d highly recommend giving The Shire Fryer a try.

Booked for the quiz, we asked to move table as we were on uncomfortable high stools that didn’t fit under the table and the staff member couldn’t do enough to accommodate us - not sure on the name, young and male. Sadly the food was incredibly expensive and very disappointing for the price, as it was busy I suspect they were just trying to get it out as quick as possible
