2 Pepsi max ordered with food deal. One of the drinks was actually cherry flavour- not what we wanted. The staff were also curt to us when we asked a simple question. Lastly when are you going to provide receipts, when ordering from the self service screen.

As overpriced as most coffee shops are.

Sadly food looked good but came out cold did send back looks like only reheated in microwave had left toast and butter on plate ( all butter melted Customer service was good But should have had new cooked breakfast

Food was cold, tables were dirty. Certainly will not be going back

We visited The Steam Turbine and was not disappointed. Clean tables,friendly atmosphere ,lots of food and drinks to choose from ,the man who served us gets a 10 out of 10 from me so helpful .was well impressed with how clean the toilets were,will definitely be calling back 5 stars +

Ordered a vegetarian breakfast. It was awful, dry and tasteless. One Mushroom tasted dry and leathery. 1 SMALL peice of toast, cold , dried up looks like it was cooked last week. The egg was not much better. A ramekin bowl of baked beans, no taste. The vegetarian sausage tasted vile and was definitely cooked earlier in the morning. Only good thing on the plate was the 2 hash browns. Overall dry, tasteless, cold. Definitely the worst breakfast I've ever tasted.

Okey food, average service,went for for a birthday meal.what a disappointment.booked a table for 6.when we arrived no table war available.and end up waiting 30 minutes

The strangest crispy chilli and salt chicken I’ve ever had the texture and colour was all wrong and had no salt , special chow mien was ok

Sitting in the Greggs right now. We had to clear our own table again. Area for used cups is over flowing. Long queue as one coffee machine is out of order. Not sure if its worth coming as no-one seems to bother. Sausage roll and coffee tasted fine

siow slow service cant believe this cafe is still open you would think this place would get there act together but not a chance try costa or marks cafe where you will be served a lot faster avoid this mess of a place.

Regular 2 pc chicken meal turns up as 2 drumsticks. Rubbish and almost £7 without sides or drinks. Fries not good either, soggy and no salt/sauces.
