Brilliant Hotel, close to city centre with everything within walking distance. Recently refurbished with comfortable beds. Good cooked breakfast in the morning, glad I didn't take on board other reviews, people do love a Moan!!

Ordered food online through Uber Eats Yesterday, They called me and said that they have some issue in their kitchen and my order will take 2 hours to get prepared. They told that they can cancel my order if I am not ready to wait that long for which I replied, please cancel my order. They cancelled the order but informed Uber that they have started preparing food because of which I was charged full amount for the order placed. This restaurant should not keep themselves available when they have problems in their kitchen and cannot deliver the order in time.

I do not suggest going there. Orders get wrong and after trying to correct them they attack customers. Very bad experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We placed our order at 17.50 and was due to be delivered at 18.50. It is now 20.25. We rang them 3 times and they just kept repeating that the food had left and the manager stated that he was busy and there was nothing they could do. Appalling customer service and will never return!

Food poisoning from the chicken, when contacting top chef, they couldn't even apologise. Would not recommend at all

Absolutely appalling behaviour over the telephone, the woman took the mick out of me and my compadres for being in wheelchairs. She told me to walk down even tho my legs are lost because of my service in Waitrose, she would not listen to the words coming out of my mouth, I asked for chips chips and chips and she tried to convince me to buy 3 chips, Not on!👎🏻 double happiness more like bad service. I didn’t try the food because I don’t like Chinese food. Would not recommend eating here if you are disabled as they seem to have a vendetta against those who served this country and also I hope they someday handicapped so they know how it feels to be in a seat all your life. Double happiness more like double disappointment. Thank you for seeing my review I hope you don’t order here and find somewhere more chip friendly. ❤️🦽

I made an order on the just eat app and left an order note asking if the takeaway could please put some mayo and ketchup on both of the fries I ordered and then decided to also call the takeaway incase they accidentally miss the order note. I mentioned my order to the guy on the phone asking please could you put mayo and ketchup on both of the fries and he said “just put it on the order note, they look at the order note when making it” to which i said i had. It was then to my surprise that both of the fries came without any sauce on them… disappointing, considering it has happened before and i didn’t mention it before but this time i made the effort to call them up and they said they would but still didn’t… I also ordered a margarita pizza from the same place a few days beforehand and selected the deep pan option. When the pizza arrived it was not deep pan but instead was thin pan… there was hardly any bread/dough below the toppings… I decided to not complain as mistakes do happen but it seems like this is a pattern!

I’m a regular orders and always come wrong or missing and the app partner never responds to emails and I cannot get hold of the store via phone ,loyal customers treated unfairly
