First time visit for me - our friend pre-booked a table as there were 9 of us with family meeting up with friends who live in the area. We all had light lunches, ranging from paninis, sandwiches, a jacket spud, and eggs royale - with different coffees/soft drinks between us as well. The staff were all lovely, and the food was lovely too. I'm sure we'll be back if we are visiting the area again - would definitely recommend it!

I’ve been a customer of The Bran Tub for over twenty years, but know that the very knowledgeable owner, Tanya, has run a health shop in Malvern for over 40 years. She never fails to give me excellent advice, and I appreciate her taking time from running her very busy and popular shop to always come up with the right product to help me. Her prices are very reasonable, and that’s a bonus especially in the current economic climate. Her staff are always friendly and efficient, especially Catherine. Maggie Tucker (Malvern).

This review is rated for early 1990's when i used to come here every Friday night without fail for a meal to play pool get the jukebox booming and have a great all round night at a great pub i intend to come back this year and see how its changed will be great to see if it matches my memories from when landlords Paul and Dave used to be there ! I certainly hope so i look forward to meeting the new landlord/s and have a look around the old place , great place fantastic memories.

I have ordered the beef broth thinking it will be perfect hearty dish on a cold Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, there was no meet whatsoever and instead of broth the dish consisted of over-salty water with 3 ingredients only. These were barley, carrot and kale. All cheap and basic ingredients. The price was £8.50. It had no flavour apart from overwhelming taste of salt. The sourdough bread was nice, but alas it is not possible to buy it in their overpriced bakery. They only sell the poorer quality breads. What a shame. It is also very busy and noisy. On previous visit we ordered almond croissant, which was stale. It came from the kitchens and not the front deli/bakery. Oh well.

I'm a resident of Tenbury and I often dine at the Singapore Gardens. The food is always of the highest standard. The staff are helpful and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Please hurry and reopen.

Ten of us had lunch here. First the positives...The staff were excellent, polite helpful and efficient. However, food was very mixed. The Cod & chips were huge, two pieces of cod with nice crispy batter. The Sea Bream however was extremely small. I've seen bigger anchovies (which brings me on to me Caesar Salad). I ordered a Caesar salad with poached duck egg for my mains. When it arrived, the romaine lettuce came with halved cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber. For God's Sake!! hasn't the chef ever done a Caesar salad before? What the hell was cucumber & tomato doing in it? It had no anchovies, only a couple of croutons and a bare sprinkling of Parmesan. I asked about the cheeseboard and was told it comprised of Cheddar, Shropshire Blue and Goat's cheese. I asked if I could just have the Shropshire blue. When it arrived the cheese was actually Stilton not Shropshire blue. The restaurant is in a nice location next to the lake, but the kitchen really need to get their act together. No wonder we were the only ones there!
