Not good food was not warm enough

Have used this pub for years and the food has been fantastic. Recently been taken over . Ordered steak which could not be cut with the steak knife or chewed it was awful!took this to the new manager who said he knew the steaks were bad quality but he didn't have any say as the meat is Ordered by Marstons and added they have lots of complaints!!! To top it we had booked a week in advance for a table as it it was my birthday. We were allocated a table outside the toilet right by the entrance with the door propped open onto the car park it was really cold and basically horrible!! I asked if it was possible to re locate but told no as there were locals coming in. Been going for years before the take over. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! staff rude food rubbish absolutely terrible

Came for Sunday lunch. We had roast beef which was amazing. Already recommended to friends who are going this Sunday coming. This will definitely be our place to eat now. Highly recommended.

Great food, friendly staff, they allow dogs. Indoor and outdoor seating. We visit here often.

Regularly visit the New Inn. Nice place managed really well always a friendly clean environment. The food is really good value i think. Weekdays the deal they offer for a food with a drink is great value.Credit to the team and thanks guys.

We took our grandson to lunch and he and us enjoyed our meal. He especially liked the sticky toffee pudding. I have arranged to book the annual ladies lunch there because the food is good not pricy and served hot and quickly.

Nice and friendly dogs allowed if that's what you want nice and clean in the pub and in toilets toilet roll nice and soft lol great all round well done

Came for Sunday lunch/a couple of birthday drinks with family. We all had the roast dinner and the food was delicious. We ate every last bite! Dessert was great too! Reasonably priced and lovely staff. We will be back :)

Me and my partner came to the New Inn, Malvern for the Sunday night quiz and music bingo it had a great atmosphere and the bar staff were so friendly and the drinks were of a high quality and reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and the Pub was very fresh and clean. Would highly recommend visiting the New Inn to everybody with a wide variety of food and drink and weekend events including live music, Bingo nights and of course Dave's legendary Sunday Night quiz, suitable for all ages and well catered for by staff. I give the New Inn 10 out of 10.

A very pleasant experience. Shown to table with no issues. Ordering was easy and the wait for food was minimal. Food was well presented and tasted lovely.

Good food and good beer. The cider isn't too bad either! Also the Mel and Him band is good.

What a treat for Sunday lunch. Cooked to absolute perfection, the beef was tender, flavourful, and effortlessly melted in my mouth. Turned up at Friday lunchtime. It didn’t look particularly busy but no service was to be found. We waited at the empty bar. After some time one lady appeared, served some food to a table and disappeared again without acknowledging us waiting. We waited a bit longer, gave up and left. A waste of time.

A great place for a midweek eating out treat and I believe the quiz on a Sunday is very popular.

Lewis - this just won’t do!! Popped in for a quick pint and a bar snack Your 3 ladies behind the bar were inept and less than polite and just not interested - so we left as quickly as possible No wonder Marstons is in trouble.!!

Called in the New Inn for our usual Sunday Lunch. Apparently a new Chef was on today. The lunch was lovely but one person behind the bar was extremely rude to my husband simply because it was busy and lunch was quite delayed. As a couple who eat regularly at the New Inn this behaviour was totally unnecessary and lacked the simple basics of Customer Service. I was not impressed!

The managers always go out of their way to accommodate us with eating for our large group that has wheelchair access. Food is always top notch!

Popped in for quick lunch with group of 8 people, service was efficient, food turned up quickly, hot and together. Hope we get to use this venue again.

Having already tried the New Inn Light Bite lunches we decided to go for the Sunday roast. It was perfect. Beautiful roast potatoes, plenty of meat (we had the pork), just the right amount of veg (carrot, parsnip, savoy cabbage and red cabbage), a lovely homemade Yorkie, a ball of stuffing, pig in blanket and a piece of crunchy crackling all topped with a generous helping of gravy. All served with a smile and friendly banter. We'll definitely be back.

The roast was great value for money, large portions and delicious. Proper roasters,, homemade Yorkshire puds lovely selection of of veg, lots of meat and loved the extra gravy jug on the side. Service was excellent, friendly and fast . Definitely worth a try and we will be back.

Friendly little pub with a decent garden for the kids in summer. Menu is standard Marston and the place could do with a bit of investment like the Bluebell has received, however as a local family pub it ticks all the boxes, plenty of space, friendly staff and decent meals.

I've been visiting a New Inn a little while now and have enjoyed the friendly staff, the good beer and lately I have tried the food... Fantastic, I can't say anything bad about the place especially as there is live music every weekend and a great beer garden for the summer months! Would highly recommend!

Sunday roast - highly recommend.

Lewis and Kelly make great hosts and have a really good team working alongside of them. They deserve to do well and I am and have been recommending them to all my friends. It will definitely be my place to go when dining out.

Booked a party off 11 for a 21st birthday meal, I most say the food was brilliant staff was all lovely overall great experience would definitely recommend and go again.

Great value Sunday Roast. Definitely be back again for more. Loads of flavour and staff quick to bring additional sauces etc when asked. We were so full it was a shame we could not fit in a dessert.

What a hidden little gem! We've never visited before and can I tell you, we were greeted warmly and the staff were absolutely amazing! The food was fabulous. We had a lovely visit whilst we were here, we sat outside and enjoyed the warm sunshine! Thank you!

Had lunch here with my sister and her husband . Great choice of food hard to decide but all meals were delicious. I chose the mixed grill icon honestly say it was one of the best I have had .Will definitely be returning.

Could not fault the meal or the service we received at The New Inn,(24.08.2023) from the moment we walked in, we were greeted and served by staff who cared about their service, their pub and mostly their customers. A faultless meal, cooked to perfection and steaming hot when it was served to us, we ended up staying all evening, when we had only popped in for the meal. Looking forward to coming back very soon, the upcoming music nights planned look fabulous. Keep up the great work all, the community needs Good local pubs like yours.

Friendly and and approachable staff. I had prawn salad, best salad I have had in ages, made with fresh ingredients. Husband had gammon with all the usual trimmings, again very enjoyable. Both plates were empty when finished. I will gladly recommend the New Inn to family and friends.

Popped in for some drinks and a game of bingo but the food was too tempting. Ordered two cowboy burgers from very friendly staff, waited roughly 20-30 minutes, plated wonderfully and tasted even better. Server asked if we needed any condiments at all and got them for us. Food was cooked lovely, still hot when it arrived. The price isn't something to complain about either! A wonderful little pub with friendly staff and good food.

As I have been living in this area for the last 2 1/2 years I frequently use this public house for drinking and dining.the food is excellent value for money and drink cost is reasonable too.family days which are a couple of times a month with a big garden area for youngsters.music for us adults to let our hair down every Saturday night is great fun and Sunday roasts are proper value at a great price £.

Tinned soup? Wanted a soup of the day, had to combine two starters, which cost more, and consisted of less food, than a main course. Served shabbily with soggy French bread. Still hungry.

Tiny portions. Very expensive. Suspect we were served tinned soup.
