An excellent full English breakfast, see photo, really nice sausages are worth a special mention and also proper leaf tea. All cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and quick.

Haven’t been here for awhile came with 12 minutes to spare. Told repeatedly they were closing at four. I ordered coffee cake and a cappuccino and a can of cold drink. I asked for a glass - girl was not very happy giving me one. Coffee cake was brought to me in a takeaway cardboard tub and my drink was brought to me in a takeaway drink container. I asked if I could have a plate and she said oh it’s only cause we’re closing in 10 minutes .. really bad and really rushed. Shame really - lovely cafe and nice cake

Went here today- first visit for a while. Disappointed to find a reduced menu ( for instance the pictures above show eggs royal, which is not offered. Staff seemed a bit harassed and there was quite a wait for the food. Waitress practically threw the cutlery in a bunch on the table! Disappointing.

Best breakfast in Malvern, without any doubt. Every time we walk in, we are greeting so warmly welcomed, the staff are always positive and accommodating. Then the food, is great! Locally sourced supporting local businesses, and very well cooked. You won’t be disappointed if you visit for a breakfast!

Came in today for a tea and some food and was met with the worst attitude I've ever seen in a cafe, the lady on the counter was really rude and honestly the food wasn't even that good. Dead food, dead service, dead place

London House Cafe, Malvern, absolutely awful experience this afternoon. Ordered a loose leaf tea. This contraption i had never seen before in my life was plonked on the table full of boiling water & the tea leaves, no explanation from staff how to use it. No spout on it or anywhere to pour from. Me and my mum looked at it. Could not work out how to get the tea out of the top without the leaves & it going everywhere. Decide to pick it up take to the counter to ask how it worked. Next thing is I’ve got the boiling hot water all over my hand as it’s poured out from the bottom of the pot! Attitude of one staff member was disgusting, no care or empathy. She was blaming me saying several times I should have asked how it worked. No one else has ever had any problems with it. Was made to feel like I was making a fuss and was stupid. Apparently you have to sit this big pot on top of the cup and it automatically pours out? Never heard of anything like it. I was eventually offered the tap to hold my hand under the cold water and eventually some ice. No apology. No empathy, treated as it was my fault, no refund offered on the tea & cake we could no longer eat due to my injury. We ended up leaving silently, me on the verge of tears as in pain and because of how they treated me! They did not ask me any details so must not have logged it as an accident either. Went over to Victoria pharmacy who were absolutely lovely and caring and examined me and gave me advice on treating my burns.

Wanted somewhere nice to take my Son. Unable to find menu online, I emailed and had lovely response from the owners. My Son turned up too late on a Saturday, so today I treated myself. No problem turning up as a singleton (I always feel guilty, as a singleton). Order efficiently taken, coffee and meal turned up in good time. A little bit dearer than the local supermarket but heck, quality no comparison. Any criticisms? Not really, I’d have said “no music” (am aware that PRS sting small businesses, but I know Spotify and others do royalty free stream).. but as I was leaving, music began! I didn’t notice “sauces” but actually I didn’t need them. I’ll go here when I need picking up. Very positive environment.

We visited here for breakfast on a trip to get my car fixed. The breakfast was excellent value, £12 for a full English with a hot drink and juice of your choice. The sausages were lovely, well, all of it was! We both finished our plates and left stuffed. The lady that served us was really fun and could clearly see she liked her job which is nice to see. The cakes looked delicious too! Wish we lived local (2 hours away) or we’d be regulars!

I always start with ten for any locale and then deduct. There's literally nothing to deduct, it's a ten out of ten. Here's why. Poor mobility? No probs, there's a ramp. Got a dog? No probs, there's a place set aside just in the door for pooches with their humans.Small appetite, no probs, you can get a smaller portion. Vegetarian or vegan? No probs, they've got options. Baby? No probs, there's changing facilities. On top of all that you have clean spacious toilet, friendly service and excellent value for money. This is our umpteenth trip to visit family in Malvern, how did we miss this gem?

Thank you London House for accommodating our table of 8. Three adults and five small children can be daunting when dining out, but we were made to feel very welcome by John and the team. We were mainly served by Helen and she was absolutely amazing with the children and we all had a relaxing time. The food was nice and fresh and with a good selection on the menu the children were happy too - especially with the delicious milkshakes! We will definitely be back soon. Great coffee and chilled atmosphere, thanks guys!

Arrived in Malvern looking for Breakfast to start our day out when we found London House and what a find, we took the last 2 seats in the restaurant but they were in the foyer area near the main door, our lovely and friendly waitress took our order for an english breakfast each, she soon returned and said I have a table in the main cafe now and its a much warmer table for you both, our coffees arrived promptly and swiftly followed by one of the best breakfasts we have eaten in a while, the sausage bacon and eggs must have been locally sourced as they were full of flavour and well cooked. Well worth every penny

Having done a bracing and slightly wet walk up to the nearby Worcester Beacon our group of 5 were looking for somewhere for a spot of lunch and we stumbled upon this delightful place having parked up in Great Malvern. It has a warm and welcoming feel, and a full array of loose leaf teas, coffees and intriguingly a Nutella hot chocolate, alongside other soft cold drinks. The menu had some great choices, which included all day breakfasts, jacket potatoes, panini and sandwiches. I opted for the BLT on granary bread, really tasty, with a lovely side salad. Staff super welcoming and helpful. Would definitely go back if in the area.

The London House Cafe is my go to cafe for a breakfast. I have visited for a full english many of times and I have not been disappointed. The portions are good and the prices are right. The big windows at the front looking out onto Malvern Link allow you to sit down with a coffee and/or some food and watch the world go by. I am definitely a fan of the interior, however I find the chairs can sometimes be a little uncomfortable.

We waited over 10 minutes for 2 of the smallest flat whites we've ever seen. At £5.30 for 2 this is poor value, although the coffee itself was very good. The delay was blamed on "a slow machine" (?). We also felt the heating was inadequate for a winter's day as the opening door let in the draught. Sorry people, but we won't be back!

After a less positive experience in a cafe by Victoria Park I found London house cafe to be friendly and accommodating. Even though the cafe was due to close within 5 mins the lady serving us insisted we sat down as she would be there cleaning up anyway and she carried our drinks to the table so we didn't struggle with our pushchairs. Previous visits have been excellent, however they were totally unprepared for the festival traffic today. Kept accepting food orders and more and more customers, despite having a kitchen that is not equipped for the numbers. Was told a half hour wait for food, fair enough, however our drinks took 25mins to arrive and the food, 50mins. Bacon sandwiches used to be amazing here, but greasy bread with undercooked bacon that looked like it had been pinged in the microwave was a massive turn off. Won’t bother again, will stop somewhere else en -route in future
