We stopped here whilst having a look around Malvern, it was very busy but we were lucky enough to get a table. We had the sausage sandwich and banana bread, both were delicious and so tasty. The service was great and a nice atmosphere.

Really disappointed with the visit today. Ordered two coffees and two pastries. Coffee arrived but after watching four tables be served with their orders enquired about the timing on the pastries. “Apologies it’ll just be a few minutes” was the reply. After a further twenty minutes fully gave up and asked for the bill for the coffees. A half hearted apology and that was that. Won’t be returning which is a shame as regularly pop in here when passing through.

Have visited for both simple supper and lunch. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Definitely the best food in Malvern. Lovely atmosphere and staff.

Popped in for lunch with the family. Got an outside table. Super helpful and friendly staff, savoury and sweet choices very good. Can recommend the banana bread and the sausage sandwich in particular. Coffee good too. Can see why this place has a queue for tables- but it moved quickly. Would recommend.

My wife and I were staying in Malvern for just over one week at the home of a relative with a recommendation to grab some refreshment at Faun. I have to say that our experience was very good in terms of the levels of service, friendliness and very nice coffee and cake. We had occasion to pop in a day later and were remembered by those who served us and again were made welcome. Our plans for our final day were such that we again popped in for some refreshment and received the same courteous welcome. Despite the busyness, weekend and all, there was room for a brief chat when settlement of the bill. We bade farewell and I said that I hoped to see them sometime next year.

We were seated promptly but then waited for over 20 minutes whilst various waiting staff went past on numerous occasions. We were completely ignored. Eventually we decided to go elsewhere. As for the food, it would have been nice to comment but we can't! This is the second time this has happened so we probably won't be back.

I visit Faun nearly every day for a coffee and it’s by far the best coffee in Great Malvern (to be honest I’d go as far to say it’s the best outside of London). Recently my girlfriend and I went for a Friday Simple Supper, it was glorious - I would highly recommend it to anyone. With their new sharing menu, we had 4 small plates and 1 large plate; which was perfect for two. We were seriously taken back by just how stunning the meal was and what a treat it is to have somewhere like Faun on our doorstep. I quite often visit the Old Butchers in Stow, The Fish in Broadway and The Wild Rabbit in Kingham and I can confidently say - Faun simple summers are our new go to. I cannot wait for the weather to pick up, to sit outside on the terrace on a Friday evening with an espresso martini and enjoy a small plate or two (or three).

Had a wonderful lunch with family at Faun. We hadn't booked a table, however they managed to fit us in, but advised that the table was required 45mins later. We decided to take a chance and could have moved outside if needed, luckily we didn't have to. Staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant, very good service considering it was busy. I had the chicken sandwich and it was by far the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! Finished off by a generous portion of salted caramel brownie. The overall menu selection wouldn't be the biggest, but selection of cakes and pastries is very good. The Friday Simple Suppers menu looked good too. Faun must be doing something right as it was very busy with both eat ins and takeaways.

Visited today with my daughter. Surroundings and layout are nice. Limited menu. We chose Hung yogurt and a sausage sandwich, easy enough you would think. As soon as my sandwich came, I knew from looking at other options on other tables, that I had chosen poorly. Two small bites of the sandwich confirmed this. Just poorly presented and pretentious. Yoghurt was simply a scoop of Greek style yogurt a sliced strawberry and a scoop of granola. Waitress cleared table and didn’t even bother to ask me what was wrong with the sandwich, not a word, but was quick enough take my payment of £22!!!! We felt as though we were a hinderance rather than a customer. I certainly will not return here. Food tends to cater for vegetarian/vegan.

We popped in for lunch, my Mrs had been keen to come here for a long time and I am glad she convinced me to come in. I had the best cheese toastie of my life. It was honestly, incredible. Lovely atmosphere too and nice cider. Nice staff. Keep it up. Loved it.

Excellent cafe with far reaching views in Great Malvern. Unusual and interesting choices on the menu. It’s also a bakery with a good selection of bread and cakes.

Lovely spot on the high street and a nice, relaxed feeling interior - it was pretty busy in there but it just felt like a nice, tranquil buzz of conversation rather than the loud, obnoxious chaos that you might find elsewhere. It's not cheap - we spent the same on two mains and two cakes as we had on a sit down Chinese meal the night before which feels a bit mad but the food really is good. The homemade beans which I added to my eggs on toast were absolutely insane and really enjoyed the basque cheesecake.

Came here for a chilled catch up with friends and it did not meet our requirements. Once we had started eating our food, the staff kept checking to see if we had finished. As soon as one of us had finished, the staff took the plate away when the others were still eating! This happened every time one of us had finished something, including drinks. They even looked in our cups to see if we had finished. They kept coming over to ask if we wanted anything else and were clearly wanting us to leave, although we wanted to stay and chat for a bit. When we said yes to the bill, they promptly produced the card machine to pay immediately! When we didn't leave straight away we were asked to leave because there were people wanting our table. Absolutely appalling service and it's obvious they just want to make as much money as possible. Wouldn't recommend if you want a relaxing time.

This is a popular, busy cafe for a reason - it's very well run, offers delicious choices and does amazing coffee. We were fortunate to eat outside Faun in their lovely little area by the side of the cafe where it is sheltered and you can still watch the world go by. A delicious choice of pastries that are far superior to your run of the mill choices. My syrian cake was yummy and hubby's cinnamon cake also delishhh. Their savoury choices are equally plentiful - you really can't fail to be impressed by everything it has to offer.

Can’t comment on the food. Went in and at their invitation, left my mobile number for a call back from them once a table became available, (estimated 20-30 mins). Still waiting 3 hours later and it’s now closed. No missed calls on my phone. My advice would be not to offer a service if you are not going to deliver on it to avoid reputational damage.

On a day visit to walk the Malvern Hills, I 'found' Faun whilst wandering aimlessly around town...and what a find! It's in a great location on the 'high street' and easy to fund in a prominent place. From outside it looks interesting and once inside it's very welcoming. I was only in for a coffee and toast but looking at the menu and food going past I had huge food envy with every passing plate. As well as the dine-in it also sells numerous item including coffee beans, bread (bought a sour dough 😋) and other local products. The staff were super friendly and really made you feel welcome. I'd happily return and recommend it if you're in the area.

Finally somewhere that does a most excellent bacon sandwich! So delicious we can’t wait to go back. Hubbie had a sausage sandwich and we went half and half which was a genius plan as both super yummy. Fabulous cappuccino to accompany it we were very full and happy indeed! That didn’t stop us sneaking home a pastry which was sublime. Bonus is it’s open on a Monday!

We've walked past this place a number of times, when we've visited the Town and always wondered what it was like. It's a Bakery & Cafe, situated in part of the former Brays store. Rustic charm, sourdough loaves and delicious Cakes and savouries. We decided to 'sit-in' - had gorgeous Coffee and the most amazing Apple Crumble tart. Friendly, smiley staff, too. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is the cost, extortionate - over £16 for 2 Americanos, Apple Crumble and a Carrot & Ginger Cake - you don't even pay these prices at an Independent Cafe, anywhere else where we've been. Definitely a place to visit for a 'treat.'

After living in the area for years we finally visited the Den. Tea and a panini was ordered by both of use. We were warned of a wait, but it didn't take too long. Good quality ingredients and tasty. Well worth a visit

Popped in for a pint of beer, cheese and onion roll, and game of pool. Lovely drink and food and pleased that I won one of the games of Pool.

Previous visits have been excellent, however they were totally unprepared for the festival traffic today. Kept accepting food orders and more and more customers, despite having a kitchen that is not equipped for the numbers. Was told a half hour wait for food, fair enough, however our drinks took 25mins to arrive and the food, 50mins. Bacon sandwiches used to be amazing here, but greasy bread with undercooked bacon that looked like it had been pinged in the microwave was a massive turn off. Won’t bother again, will stop somewhere else en -route in future

Staff absolutely golden, nothing too much trouble. Excellent fresh food no hesitation in recommending. Just concerned that we might not get in next time. Go and enjoy as they deserve to have the customers. Scones excellent.
