Very Very rude staff and they not professional they don't know how to speak with customer and they charge you extra money not happy with service

Popped in on Friday and it was as if the place was being run by children. The staff were trying to wipe things of their hands onto each others faces while shouting, "that's disgusting". I'm not sure what it was but beings as they were coming from the back room, where I assume food is prepared, I'm very happy I only had a coffee. Will not return!

I have been going to this Fish and Chip shop since I was in year 7 and it is still the BEST TO THIS DAY. Everyone I knew were very upset because a bus ran into this shop and its amazing that they have managed to rebuild very quickly and be able to serve as soon as they could. If you are looking for a good ol' fashioned orange battered fish and chips, this is the place to get it. It is amazing, the portion isn't bad either.

I've been in this restaurant for so many times and I won't stop coming again and again. The food is brilliant. The staff is always kind and supportive. Value for money hotel. I was in Dudley for a conference and I didn't spend too much time in the room but I was pleased with what I got. Clean room, warm and friendly receptionist. If you're looking for something super comfortable this probably isn't the place for you.

Ordered over 50 quid no prawn crackers. Happy family which is mixed chicken prawn an pork had 1 prawn and mostly chicken hardly any pork. Pancake roll was good but ....

Horrible food, horrible service requested cutlery didn't even give that and did not give a straw with my drink very disappointed.

I ordered the naan with chicken balti inside of it. It was very soggy I also ordered the samosas and there was no taste to it.and they looked pale like and not even crispy,i am very disappointed because I didn't eat it and now having to order food again from somewhere else!!!!

Amazing! I come here so often (talking multiple times a month, sometimes every week or so) and I’ve never had any issues. Food today was piping hot and tasty as always. Drinks were lovely and refreshing. Staff are so attentive and friendly! My friend and I were served by Dom and she was so lovely and always made sure we were okay, her happy smile and vibe was just so welcoming and made the experience better x

Had breakfast, the service was excellent I notice him check the cutlery before bringing it to the table, attention to detail, the food well cooked and presented. Value for money. Great place would definitely recommend 5 stars

The steak was beautiful cooked to perfection best food I've had in a while. Presented and served perfect amount. Top marks to the chef, my partner enjoyed his ribs aswell.

My first time ordering pizza from fireway pizza, love the vegan pepperoni 🍕 pizza and the lovely lady who gave us the pizza, I was very impressed when she told us which pizza is vegan etc x normally delivery staff don’t tell us what is what, so very impressed x but you could put more tomato sauce on one pizza that’s my only criticism…
