Caledonia Chicken & Ribs in Dudley

I love Caledonia but today chicken tasted like it had curry seasoning init, please dont do that please i beg you please

The chicken wrap was dry, the chips had a funny taste like the oil was bad, and the nuggets were dry. Haven’t ordered in a while , and won’t be ordering again. Gone downhill

paid nearly 30 quid for half my order to be missing an not even sent it again will not order from here again avoid

Hardly any chicken on the chicken pieces it was mainly bone

we usualy order from here and usualy food is ofngood quality our order today was very poor. chicken smelt gone off ribs looked like and felt like they had been kept in heat for hours. chips were nice though

Hygiene is shocking ordered chocolate brownie. Chocolate sponge cake came with a little bit of mould to top it off with some cookies that smelt of off milk. Mom called to make complaint lady doesn't understand what we ment by mould or saying food is not fresh.

Foods ok and good value for what you get. New TV menus are hard to see and scroll through adverts too fast to be able to actually choose what you want.. customer toilets are NEVER open for use.

Food came and was cold due to delay with order most of it ended up in the bin.

food did not turn up,despite saying out for delivery at 12am. called restaurant 3 times with no answer. gave up and went to bed at 1am. want my money back

delivery is too long, chips were warm and a little hard but the chicken products were very good

All the food was overdone and ribs were stale and after half an hour everybody had a stomachache. I would not recommend this shop.

We ordered the mix bucket which has 2 burgers and 4 pieces of chicken chips pop we didn’t receive the 4 pieces of chicken and the burgers were quite small not happy at all we called the shop to be told to go through Uber but did not replace the food so far !!!

Been eating from and ordering for years now. Never had a problem, food is always hot and fresh and tastes amazing. I had one problem in the past and they sent me a brand new order out, top stuff.

Nice food ribs we're alittle on cool side and chicken alittle dry but was tasty and well worth the money ,overall lovely

Beautiful as ever won’t eat from anywhere else

The driver was very rude and inconsiderate. We live in a large house and have a newborn and he kept ringing the doorbell every 10seconds, when I explained this to him he said that this isn't his problem and left. I was quite disgusted to be honest. The food was nice but the delivery guy was definitely a turn off and because of this, I will not be using this service again.

We order from here regular. But a few weeks bak my 10 yr old son was admitted to hospital and put in isolation. His bloods come back he had food poisoning. The heath secretary was contacted by the hospital thay said thay had got to take it further as the bug that was in his belly is not noticed in the uk. It's very rare.

Ordred approx 3pm, estimated delivery time was 25 to 40 mins. Find out my order was going to arrive at 4pm to 4.20. Called them got told they dont start delivering until 4pm. Tried to cancel order but told they would send now. Still 30 mins to arrive

the food is the nicest chicken I have ever tasted and a really great price.

They said they rang my door bell no1 did rang out mobile when I rang back they said they had left the delivery was showing 1.05 they wasn’t here and then said had no driver to deliver now.

The food here is just disgusting. Fries overcooked and my burger buns cold and hard. The chicken was also chewy and even the mayonnaise is not the ones you would find at a normal chippy. Not enjoyable and a waste of time and money:(

Chicken breast is dry I specifically asked for thighs only and not 1 thigh I was given eating area is absolutely disgusting and the more you pay for a family box the less you get. Don’t even get drinks or beans with the £13.99 10 piece but you do with the £12.99. I won’t go back here anytime soon.

Have ordered many many times for many many years and it’s always very good 👍 the ribs are to die for 👌❤️ we just had a delivery again 😂 and for the first time ever !! something was missing 😞 the new BBQ bites ❤️ , but after ringing them they delivered them within 20 minutes 💪💪 very much appreciated 😊 all the food was 10 out of 10 as always 👌👌😊 Will order soon again 👍👍

The chicken tasted like it had been sat under a heat lamp all day, very tough and not very warm. Bun was hard Chips weren't too bad. Overall disappointed.

Delivered quickly, chicken and beans portions seem to be getting smaller, but it's good food none the less

2 minutes before expected delivery time hit (1hr10 - 1hr30) it said food was delivered. It was 15 munutes after that (1hr 45) also not for the first time I’ve had items forgotten. Not just 1 or 2 either sadly. Fries soggy but everything else is ok. Last driver I had I asked about missing items, his attitude was horrific. Poor customer service. No help on the phone either. It’s a drunken kebab night kind of food. Terrible but hits the stop. Nicely priced but wouldn’t recommend. 3/10 for me.

Always love this place. Preordered earlier in the day, the order was approx 5 mins late which is nothing but they even called to say it was on its way and even threw in a free burger. Can’t fault the place bang on food every single time !!

Even though this is my favourite chicken shop, my last orders came with no chips. I ordered the exact same order: 3 rib meals and I was disappointed. But contacted the store and got a refund. I still love Caledonia tho and the ribs and chicken were still beautiful, but you know when you're looking forward to the fries 😪 will still continue to order from them.

We have used this place for 2 years and have always raved about it this Friday we ordered they said delivery between 6pm and 6.18pm our food actually came at 8pm and was cold this was after I phoned at 7pm to be told traffic and were waiting on a driver 7.30pm came still nothing so I kept trying to phone but phone was off we will not be using here again if I could of given 0 stars I would off

Awful service, we ordered quite a bit of food and we received the wrong order, 1 box of fries (that were cold and tasted like sh**) and a burger that was cold and tasted like sh**... it almost tasted like they had taken an old order that had been sat on the side for about a week and sent it out because they couldn't be bothered to do our actual order... not only that, but we have been throwing up with bad stomachs all day. I want my money back and don't think we won't be reporting this to the environmental agency

Ordered food here tonight. Got to say was the best chicken zinger burger I've had from round this area since I've moved in. They didn't give small portions neither. Didn't try anything else but will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

From order to delivery was over 2 hours and took 2 phone calls to be told order had been delivered to wrong address. When we did eventually convince them to honour the order it was another 20 minutes before it turned up
