Disappointing Experience – Burnt Pizza & Bad Service I had high hopes for this place, but I was really disappointed. The pizza was completely burnt, making it almost inedible. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—staff were rude and unhelpful when I raised the issue. I expected much better for the price. Definitely won’t be ordering again!

Friendly staff great food I had a xl pizza very good and tasty very good price

Not happy!!! Asked for a thin base, rang to confirm and all I get is the thickest dough ever, with the middle still raw. I mean if you couldn’t be arsed to make it thin, I would have been happy with a cancellation rather than this!

Nice pizza, 12” is a good size for 2 people or even 3 if you’re not big eaters. I’d order again

Chips wernt cooked soggy and cold salad was put in first so by time i got it lettuce was brown packaging was all squashed garlic bread was burnt and cold absolute waste of money

the burger wasn’t nice the cheese on chips was very clumpy and the cheese and garlic pizza didn’t taste of anything

Second time ordering from here frist time was amazing but this time hardly any sauce last time came in two big containers underdone cardboard like chips cold pizza and soggy cold nuggets pitta bread sogy and under done Donna meat undercooked the best part was the drinks I know it's a Saturday and it's busy but this is ridiculous bad considering just a few days a go we coundnt fault it

Really beautiful Kebab, not greasy either which is lovely. My kids always demolish the pizza, so really happy. We order from here regularly.

I phoned up Caspian Pizza Dudley for a cheese and tomato small pizza when I collect my pizza. It was like pancake from underneath it didn’t taste right.

Between me and you don’t order from here The shop forgot we are the customer and without customer you won’t be able to open the shop again don’t be stupid and lose customers People have millions of dollars and didn’t show off like you

We’ve been using the established for a long time now and it’s always consistently good food. All orders are freshly prepared and cooked. The staff are really pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

the ice cream had freezer burn and was not edible. the kebab naan bread wasnt cooked properly and didnt have the sauces i wanted. disappointed 😞

The fries were like cardboard and undercooked - Inedible. The pizza crust was overcooked and Inedible.

We have been ordering from Caspian for years however at the weekend my husband and I experienced a really bad stomach after our pizzas and the day after. Also the delivery driver we have had the last couple of times has started asking really inappropriate questions in regards to our jobs and our house that made me feel unsafe. Asking if we have kids about our cars etc Unfortunately after years we will now not be ordering again really disappointed

I've known the owner for years, I don't get the chance to come here as often as I used to years ago. California chicken pizza is my favourite, but I have to admit the Caspian special kebab was spectacular, fresh chicken and Donner also the nan just right, absolutely tasty.

Delivery driver forgot a item said hed go back to the car and check and he just left and drove off, was rude

Ordered from her fir the first time last week and was disappointed. The pizza was so thick hardly any meat on it ,the chicken wings had some small and tasted to it like it wasn't washed properly and the chicken strips were so hard. I live caspian pizza but this one was very disappointing and ny daughter couldn't eat it .

The pizza i ordered was so thick it felt like a spaceship. The cheese did not taste real and overall it tasted bland. I will not be ordering from here again I prefer the caspians in Birmingham Smethwick they are always busy and food taste 10/10

Ordered at 9.50 pm arrived at 11.40 . Kept getting calls to day the driver was outside but wasn't. Wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the only place to order from.

food was nice would've been early but the delivery driver is poorly experienced. when you put my address in the sat nav it will show you exactly where it is but he still struggled to find it. this was only takeaway place that i ordered from that had issues with when it comes to delivery. however the guy i spoke to on the phone was understanding polite and tried to work with the driver to find my address. The delivery driver has poor communication skills there also a language barrier. The driver would not listen to me he also claimed there was a different address on the receipt when there wasn't he didn't even get out the car to even look. so 1/5 for the delivery driver. 5/5 for the customer service who answered the phone. 5/5 for the food.

Sent me the wrong pizza one was meant to be pepperoni and the other mince meat and pepperoni it got sent a vegetarian one so was not happy at all as we don’t eat peppers and my doner meet was missing

Normally I order vegetarian pizza, the last one that came was with jalapeño which I don't tolerate, and the pizza was disgusting.

The pizza was under cooked.the cheese cake was frozen solid.like it had just been take out of freezer.plus it had big chunks of ice on.cheese cake rock hard.we ordered 2 pizza both was under cooked.i had to ring the restaurant up.as on just eat it said our food,would arrive between 19.20-20.00.it didn't arrive till nearly 20.20. this pizza place used to be nice years ago and value for money.ive not used it for years.we usually use breks.think we will stick to that in future.the food and taste as gone down in Caspian.only saving grace was they was polite on the phone,when I rang up conplaing.saying they was busy.thats why our order was taking long.cant see it myself.busy on a Thursday night.o well we live and learn.

1st time ordering from here, burgers was nicest iv had from anywhere, husband had the mixed kebab he only ever says things were OK....he said this was really nice! Daughter had the bolognaise and ate the lot! Driver was very friendly, will 100% be ordering again.....spesh now the hubby has actually said something was really nice rather just alright 🤣 thanks guys 👌

Everything tasted fresh, was all hot and perfect, exactly how we wanted our pizza. Followed notes and literally cannot fault it. Delivery driver was pleasant and kind too.Live in Birmingham and use Aston branch but this one’s definitely better! Will definitely use again next time I’m in Dudley. Thank you Caspian Team!

Terrible service and terrible food. Short delivered and accused me of lying, then refused to deliver missing item unless convenient for them. Burnt burgers and chicken BONES on pizzas. Worst food I've had from a takeaway.

Good pizza for the price. There's nothing fancy about it, it's basic takeaway pizza, but it's very well priced - especially if you pick it up, and the guys who work there are friendly and polite.

Very poor, gave it 1 star because I can’t give it 0, garlic bread pizza tasteless very little if any garlic, poor toppings 1 slice of pepperoni per pizza slice never tasted onions obviously scarce or missing completely, and a few spots of red that I presume was the chicken, pizza base to thick and burned around the crust, no taste to the cheese and tomato, French fries like rubber. First and definitely last time of using this take away 👎

Placed order..took my bank details..took money..then said they can't deliver..I was 2 miles away..said give money back in 5-7 working days 🤬going shop tomorrow to get money..trust me

Pizza Perfection! Caspian Pizza’s are simply the best in the West Midlands. Delicious soft pizza bases, succulently tasty pizza toppings, my favourite is their vegatarian hot with, spicy beef and pineapple. This Ramadan they have really made my Iftars a treat and the customer service from the staff to delivery drivers is impeccable. I had family visiting from Birmingham who were so impressed they went as far as saying Caspian Dudley pizzas are better than Birmingham and I wholeheartedly agree! I look forward to my next order, Thank you!

Driver didn't even know where to come. This has happened twice now... Waste of place... Women driver just never had clue.......

Discusting ordered online payment kept getting declined. Then I had an email stating order has been cancelled. Nobody answering the phone I then ordered from elsewhere and guess who turned up. The food was bland and the toppings looked off
