Bella Italia in Dudley

Came in last Saturday with my family for dinner. Ordered starters, mains and desserts. Food was delicious, thoroughly cooked and presented neatly on the plate. Service was prompt and speedy. Served by a lovely young lady named Abi E who was very friendly, polite and delivered exceptional customer service. Will be returning.

We had a lovely meal with our 1 year old son. The waiter Aidan was lovely with our little boy and very helpful.

Food was outstanding and the server leanne was outstanding and gave me loads of information about the restaurant and its food, will be back for leanne's service and amazing food

Disappointed not to be seated in a booth when reservation requested was a special occasion for our son’s 13th birthday, however, Chloe, our waitress was amazing. Super attentive, maintained social distancing, super star waitress and super friendly yet professional. Thank you Chloe for saving our night, despite our boys ignoring us (on their phones) it ended up feeling like a date! Food was great and thank you for a lovely evening.

Went for a friends catch up and the food was lovely. Also our waitress Bethany was very nice and helpful. Full of smiles :D

really enjoyed our meal on sunday, lovely service we arrived a bit late after our booking time but the nice manager on the door held our table for us and give us a lovely booth, then the service and food were fantastic. felt very safe the way the staff were carrying themselves with their distance and masks.

Visited Bella Italia Dudley this afternoon had a very nice meal with my partner all the staff were pleasant and our waitress Abbey looked after us really well she certainly knew what she was doing ,helpful with a couple of questions we had about the menu with no problem at all, made us feel at ease and we really enjoyed our visit ,so will definitely be going back thanks to all the staff especially Abbey cheers

Visited here last week on Thursday night was about as busy as we expected but loved the atmosphere all the staff were very friendly and helpful and our waitress Chloe was very attentive and polite. Only our second time at Bella italia after a poor experience at the Solihull store but 100% will be returning to this branch.

Visit here was great, fast, friendly and attentive service by Ellie. Food was hot, fresh and vegan variety is great. Lovely lunch. 5*’s.

Visited a few days ago and had the best service I’ve had in a long time off the waitress named Abbey she was so friendly and it was really refreshing. Food was brill and cookie dough was delicious. Will be visiting again soon

Had a meal tonight here through Groupon so 2 courses for 2 people for £18. I had the mushrooms in cheese and mushroom sauce to start followed by chicken in a mushroom sauce with roasted new potatoes. All very nice but chicken slightly dry sadly. Lovely waitress and great surroundings although a pain to park as so busy.

Had a lovely meal with family tonight, thank you to Ria for making it so special for my mother! Food was really tasty and everyone on the table enjoyed their meals. Thank you for a fab night.

A cold Monday lunchtime visit.The restaurant was warm and welcoming...we sat near the kitchen so we could see what was going on!Our choice of food was very quickly served - was hot, delicious and very rich!And good value when combined with one of the many discounts or vouchers that are available.

I came for Nando’s, but as it was closed, we tried this one. Good food, drink and good environment. Very friendly waitresses.

Whilst from the outside this appears to be an identikit restaurant with food made in a factory reheated in the back room by staff on minimum wage, eaten by estate agents, and about as authentic as the GoCompare guy, I found the food actually shockingly and surprisingly good.

We went here as we fancied an Italian meal. Very disappointing. Food was very bland & came very quickly? Frozen & reheated? Not sure how long spaghetti & meatballs takes to cook from fresh?Staff were friendly but didn’t bring the lunchtime menu. Not sure I’ll try the brand again

Food was quite poor, but waiting staff very good. The restaurant was very busy and I expect this was the cause.

My previous review of this place really fell down on service but I'm pleased to say this wasn't the case when I recently came here for breakfast. I have to thank our server, Britani for being really warm and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble.I have no complaints with the food itself - seemed to have stepped up its presentation - everything came out as it should have.It just goes to show that a little care will make your customers come back - I shall definitely be returning!

Me and the family went to Bella Italia last Wednesday evening and the food and service was brilliant! Our waitress was named Abigail and she couldn’t do enough for us, so enthusiastic and welcoming especially with the kids. The food arrived quick, warm and was super tasty. Could not thank you guys enough.

We had a really enjoyable evening at Bella Otalia, Castlegate. Once again we were fortunate enough to have Josh as our waiter offering us faultless service with a smile. Josh is a real asset to BI. He is very efficient, friendly and professional;also brilliant with children. The food, as always, was delicious. We can not recommend Bella Italia enough!

My 5th time visiting this Bella italia restaurant and I never leave disappointed, honestly all the staff are fabulous with a great atmosphere. I came for lunch with a friend today the food great!! & I was served by a lovely lady think her name was Leanna she’s was very welcoming & friendly.

Came to bella italia last Sunday for breakfast for my friends hen do and it was amazing to start off the day ahead. The food and drinks was good and the service from 3 lovely girls, leanne Rachel and andrea was outstanding. They truly did make our morning special. I'm writing this review because they deserve a mention for all there hard work that morning with us crazy bunch, so thankyou girls we will be back soon to see you and tell you all about the big day x

Just visited the Dudley branch with my partner. The food was amazing absolutely delicious and the service by Josh was excellent.

Staff more interested in talking about each other especially to other customers than serving customers. Informed the manager of this to be told he is managing multiple staff at once and has been working long hours. In which myself and another one of our party informed him we also do those things for a living felt very patronised when raising concerns of standards. Following this we were given £50 off as he seemed to final realise how bad the staffs service was. Wouldn’t go back.

Absolutely terrible service. We arrived and were ignored by 2 members of staff who just carried on chatting between themselves. Lots of items on the menu weren’t available- both food and drink. Order did arrive speedily but was wrong, they said they would change it but then needed asking again. When we had finished, nobody came to clear the plates away or offer dessert menu. Wasn’t that busy and there were lots of staff so not sure why so inefficient. Ladies toilet smelt of stale urine, absolutely disgusting and there was no hand soap at all, not very good for somewhere serving food. The restaurant itself was dirty. We watched them set tables after people had left without even wiping them down. Will never visit again as wonder what the kitchen hygiene is like when front of house is so dirty. Dread to think what it’s like behind the scenes. Whilst we were there 2 other tables complained that their order was wrong, including a vegetarian who was given a meat dish. Bella Italia should be ashamed of this branch.

Last minute decision for dinner using groupon voucher. Arrived 30 mins early and were advised that our table would be ready in 20 minutes. We went to the bar to order drinks and wait. We waited to be served at the bar, the barman did not acknowledge us and continued to do drinks for restaurant tables. The bar man eventually apologised for the wait but after 15 minutes we still had not been served. A waitress then came to take us to our table and we tried to order drinks but she threw the menus on the table and walked off. Approx 10 minutes later a waiter came and took our drinks order and explained we had been given the wrong menu to use with our voucher. The waiter returned to take our order and we received our food after a short wait. The food was hot and enjoyable although the mini doughnuts were over cooked and burnt. We asked for a shared bread expecting it to arrive before our starters, it never arrived and we had to ask for it to be taken off the bill at the end. Whilst waiting an eternity for the bill I visited the toilets. The stench of dirty toilets was overpowering, one toilet was blocked, dirty tissue all over the floor and empty soap containers strewn around the basin area - the toilets had obviously not been checked for a while!The restaurant was dirty and untidy with food on tables and on the floor, the restaurant was not busy but appeared very understaffed. The service was appalling - get your act together!

Sad though it is we've never visited a bella itallia before. It's not what I expected. More like a fast food diner than a restaurant. Having said that the food was lovely. Found drinks quite expensive though.

Went for a Groupon Afternoon tea. Staff were lovely but the food was very poor. Cost us £30 for two as we wanted a glass of prosecco too. Absolute rip off! Scone was rock hard and we had to send it back and we didn’t get two pizzas as promised just 6 small slithers of tomato pizza with some Parma ham thrown on top?! Cakes were bought in and very cheap, poor quality (no taste). Overall wouldn’t return

This seems to be a continuous problem with all Bella Italia restaurants in the West Midlands (and possibly further afield too). Recently we arrived at Bella Italia, Dudley on a Sunday evening and the place was half empty. We queued at the door for ten minutes and was seen by the waiter who told us to sit in the bar area whilst we wait 15 minutes for a table. Several other couples came in after us and we all sat in the bar area. After 10 minutes we walked out and drove to anther restaurant. We had a similar issue in Birmingham - people were walking out after waiting for their main courses for over an hour!The food is reasonable but unfortunately we wont be going back in a hurry. They need to get their act together as they are developing a very bad reputation.

Arrived Friday evening last and asked for a table for two ! we were told we could sit outside as they didn't have tables inside.I asked the girl (blond hair) what was with all the empty tables in view of us she had to ask a manager . We got a table and were looking forward to a nice dinner. we waited and waited and waited . The staff were going around in circles or leaning on counter tops. We tried to get the attention of them several times but alas we left. I wouldn't say there was a lack of staff just seemed a lack of order or leadership.

Looking at the last few reviews I can certainly say nothing has been done to improve the service here lately. I came here with my partner for breakfast and whilst the food was acceptable, my order did come out wrong and I didn’t receive the coffee I ordered. Service was pretty slow throughout, probably due to one member of staff having to look after all the tables. Poor show.

We have been many times to this Bella and it is by far the best one out of them all. The decor is something else, very modern and retro and wow not to mention funky. Not like the one in Birmingham. The staff are friendly and always come and chat and have a bit of banter, and the service is brilliant. Sadly our last experience was a tad slow on service, and we had plans to meet friends after so could not stay long, but in general the service is great too.

Ate here last night following the cinema. I have to admit not a massive fan of these "multiscreen neighbours" kind of places but we tried Bella since the others here all fail to win my vote.We had booked a table prior to coming in and we were a couple of minutes late but we're still asked to wait. The waitress then showed me to a single diner table presumably because the Wife had disappeared to the toilet !. Our table was small, circular and right next to the window - not entirely "cozy".Drinks were expectedly expensive (but still cheaper than the disgraceful cinema prices) and took a while to arrive. The starters came along quickly, followed by our mains. I don't recall anyone coming over to ask if all was OK.We had a voucher code for 40% off the mains which meant the waiter had to disappear with my phone which seemed odd. Take away the cinema trade, and I do think the place would be very quiet.Would visit again for the same reasoning, but wouldn't go out of my way just for a meal here.

We were here for a family meal, it's our 1st visit, but certainly not our last food was piping hot, always a plus for me, food was excellent,

Whent to Bella Italian for lunch today with my two sons and grandchildren the food was tasty and well presented it was very busy well it was father's day the service was excellent will certainly return again

A midweek treat that we wished we would have saved for somewhere else. A very prompt greeting and seating, credit here. Im afraid to say it all went downhill from here. It was clear to see that you were understaffed and the staff that were on didn’t mind expressing this with the lack of smiles and basic service. It was disappointing that our food sat on the hot plate for over 5 minutes while several staff members walked past and then to top this off at no point did anyone ask us if everything was ok with our food. We will not be rushing back.

Being gluten free I was so happy to see that all the pizzas are gf. The pizza was absolutely delicious! This place is a bit pricey but pay for what you get. Only thing that let it down was the service on terms of having to get someone's attention as it was so busy. Definately going back!

Popped in for tea b4 going to see a film staff very friendly and very clean.However had lasagne evan thow it looked nice and plenty of sauce there was no meat in it.I did mention it to young lady who served us when she collected are plates .She was very good to tell her manager and they took it off the bill .I feel if you dont tell staff they dont know and able to correct the problem so you'll go back again.We have eaten here b4 and it was nice and a nice clean place to eat b4 the cinema.

Me and fiancé had a voucher for Christmas and exchanged the original voucher to eat here instead. We were not dissapointed. Although a set meal their was a lot of choice. And the food was delicious. Although yet Sicilian Lemon pud was very tangy! We attended with our 3 month old and were given a booth so she could remain asleep in her car seat whilst we ate which was a treat itself. Service was great we were served promptly for every course and drinks offered constantly. Would reccommend to others and we will certainly return ourselves.

Really should have been better - but special offers take their toll if staff don't ensure stock levels

We visited tonight whilst staying in the area.When we arrived we were greeted by a waitress who asked us to take a seat near the bar whilst she cleared a table for us. After a couple of minutes she returned and showed us to our table. The restaurant had a really good, funky and fresh look to it, our table was fab, with very comfy red seating. We ordered drinks (the Italian beer on tap was very nice.) from a waitress and waited a few minutes for these to arrive. We then ordered our meals. We chose two starters to share and when they arrived the waitress immediately went to get us sharing plates. We had calamari and mushrooms, both were really pretty good. We both ordered different rigatoni pastas. Both were really nice and full of flavour, the waitress provided us with lots of Parmesan too which was fab as we both really enjoy it. We didn’t fancy any of the desserts and were both feeling happily filled. We have a Dine card so got 25% off our entire bill. The waitress had no issue with this and took the details quickly. We saved nearly £12 which we thought was very good! We had two starters, mains and a drink each for approximately £35. The venue was good, the staff were friendly and the food was nice. We were impressed and would happily return in the future.

Visited on 10/4/19 as a group of 4. Was greeted by very friendly staff who quickly showed us the way to our table. Starters, main and desert dishes all very nice indeed. Was quite busy but service was prompt and efficient and we used some discount offers to bring the final bill down. Would have no qualms about recommending or visiting again. Thank you Bella Italia !

We booked a table for a party of 11. The booking was for 8.30pm and we arrived at 8.05pm. We were told the table wasn’t ready (as we expected) and were asked to take a seat in the waiting area. We waited for 25 mins and not a single member of staff asked whether we would like drinks or gave us any update on the table situation. The restaurant was quiet yet no table was getting made up for us. There were no bar staff serving drinks. We tried to get the attention of a staff on a couple of occasions but were blanked. We decided to leave simply due to the complete lack of communication and poor level of service and a complete lack of courtesy.

Had lunch for 2 today this is a restaurant we have used before and have never been disappointed. Its light and airy room with all kinds of seating and modern bright décor.The menu is varied and interesting my friend had the tried and tested Spaghetti Bolognese with lots of parmesan cheese. I have a few dietary issue's but thanks to our waiter Ashley tweaking the menue I had a very tasty Ceaser Salad with again lots of parmesan chesse. We shared a basket of various breads with dips all tasty. Followed by Honeycombe Gelato with caramel sauce and for me Raspberry Sorbet a great choice to finish the meal. The service from our waiter Ashley was friendly, polite and helpful.

Visited Bella Italia with friends and children. Had a lovely meal and the service from Rachael made the meal a lot of fun and a great experience. She was excellent with the children, made some great meal recommendations and efficient too: a credit to the team.

Just me and my girlfriend had 3 courses each of which were tiny portions for the extortionate price they charge. Only had about 4 small chicken pieces in my pasta. Absolute rip off will not go again.

Food was good but the service was rubbish half hour for table due to being busy then had to wait to be served then wait for food nearly 2 hours in there not impressed.

Went yesterday on a Groupon meal which was 3 courses for £18 and cannot give them enough praise. The meal was just fabulous and such good value for money. Pleasant waiting staff too.Lots of atmosphere in there and can highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited Bella on a busy Friday night. We had pre-booked, so there was no wait for our table. Service was a little slow, which wasn't a major problem to us as we were busy chatting and drinking. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium to well and it was a little more on the medium side and a side order of mushroom sauce was missing, but this was soon rectified. We had one of our bottles of wine knocked off the bill to compensate for the slow service and also a round of limoncello's on the house which was a nice touch. We took advantage of the 50% off mains deal. All in all an enjoyable evening with good food.

My main course of steak was suppossed to be medium rare, waitress said it was medium but was more like a well done steak, didnt want to have to wait another 20 minutes for a meduim rare steak so i dealt with it. Also never had our side orders which we orerded and paid for so not very happy with the food we had. May have been busy as it was a Saturday evening but no excuses for missing food but still charging customers.

I’ve read previous reviews on here and seriously have no idea what people are moaning about.My husband and I eat here at least once a week as the food & service is always amazing. The food is always fresh, the service great and for those complaining about service, have you ever worked in a food service industry where customers think you have 4 pairs of hands.? Unless there’s something to complain about, don’t. Enjoy your meal and evening.

Me, and my family attended last night. We were told that for a table there is a ‘half hour wait’, even though we are regulars and have never had to wait.We were quickly ushered to the bar, at this point my young children just wanted deserts. I told the lady this and she slapped down 4 menus on the bar and said ‘here you go’.A few moments later another family appeared, no booked table but were seated quite quickly. I looked around and there were at least 6/7 tables free for a table of 4.This is the first time I have felt that maybe someone like me and my family are not welcome at this restaurant. Even though we have spent many birthdays, anniversaries and celebrated other functions at this restaurant.I am very disappointed and hurt. Some of the experienced staff know me, as I mentioned we are ‘regulars’. However this unwelcoming approach, has left me feeling sad and distressed.I hope this review, will highlight that everyone’s money is the same and we all deserve to be treated with respect.

Visited Bella Italia Castle Gate for meal with my sister-in-law ,disappointed with service very slow under staffed.Food ok but not brilliant.seating terrible was very cold and uncomfortable would not recommend this restaurant.

I usually like going to Bella Italia, but they have changed their menus so many times recently that I hardly go anymore. Went for the first time in a couple of months and we had possibly the rudest waitress! Arriving we said we had a table booked for ... and she said 80?! And frowned at us. Like yeah obviously us 3 girls need a table for 80. Shouted at for taking a seat at the table assigned to us as she needed to clean it first (fair enough she needed to clean it but to be shouted at in front of other diners and have to hover around them while she cleaned isn't fair on anybody and is plain awkward, should of asked us to wait at the door while she cleaned) Asked for something from the festive menu and was told several times. "We don't do it" manager came over and said thats fine its doable. Plates thrown onto the table. Snatched. Sleeves from her shirt went into my garlic bread. Frowned when we said we had discount. Just overall attitude problem. Food was nice tho.

I visited the restraining my husband.was a Sunday evening, it was very quiet at the restraunt in Dudley.i ordered grilled chicken which was quite simply the worst meal I have ever had whilst eating out. The chicken was not a fresh chicken breast. It was most definitely one of those frozen chicken breasts you buy in a pack.it was rubbery and no texture to it at all. Plus it was over cooked, the knife they provided couldn't even cut through it. The mushrooms were under cooked and also quite cold. My husband had spaghetti & meatballs.they were the processed meatballs, not meaty at all. Like the ones that come in a vacuum pack. very disappointed and will certainly not be going back EVER.

We made a reservation to have lunch here. On a arrival I was directed to my table, however the young waitress threw the menus on the table and walked off. After about 15 minutes the same waitress returned and took our food and drinks order. Her colleague who I think is Italian came with our bottle of wine to sample. She was very professional, courteous and made us feel very comfortable.Our meals arrived and very nice this was. Desserts followed shortly after and again very nice this was too.A pleasant afternoon had and we never felt rushed to leave. Will visit again soon.

Every time we come here the service is on point. The staff are very friendly and know how to treat customers. The food is indescribably good. I cannot stress enough how good the food is! We will continue to return here as it is by far the nicest restaurant we have eaten in.

I ordered food from Mac Shack (part of this Bella Italia) two nights in a row and both times the pasta was so cold that I had to reheat in the microwave. (I live a 5 minute drive from here so it’s not a delivery issue)

Great Italian decor. Lovely spag bol and dough and marshmallows dessert. We've been twice and will be back in a couple of weeks.

Decent 'Italian' place to eat. Very much a chain style restaurant. Not too expensive but not the cheapest.

What a treat, everything was just wright. Service was real friendly, food was good, very tasty, just enough and the white housewine was surprisingly good. Enjoyed our 3 courses and we can recommend it to anyone. Welldone!

Yo, mi novio y mi familia visitó aquí para novios 23 cumpleaños. Tomé globos y mesa de sprinklers en el día y pidió que se ponen para cuando llegamos, me llamó antes de que nos fuéramos para asegurarse de que no había olvidado y que tenían ya listas! Muy impresionado ya que era 45 minutos temprano. Nuestra camarera era increíble, era tan amable y servicial y el servicio fue rápido y sencillo. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa y el precio era muy razonable. También es una bonita decoración interior. Todos tuvimos nada más que cosas buenas que decir sobre él. Bien hecho Bella Italia!

Visitamos aquí con amigos y nuestros hijos por capricho en medio plazo, esperamos un largo tiempo para la comida, el servicio era muy lento. Cuando por fin llegó la comida, todos los adultos estaban tibios y verduras fue hecha. Las comidas de niños estaban bien, pero la comida era asquerosa. hamburguesa para niños No nos volveremos, tipo vosotros! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

have been several times with both friends and work colleagues and always had a friendly waitress and good service with a smile. Food is hot and well cooked, although portion sizes are quite small. Ice cream choice is good.

Went here a couple of weeks ago on a Wednesday for my birthday meal.. there was only us and another table full in there yet still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a drink and at least 40 mins for the food!

Era un viernes por la noche cuando fuimos y estaba bastante concurrida. El equipo de cuidados de forma profesional y amable, incluso cuando estaban claramente cansados de servir a mucha gente. Tuvimos que esperar un poco más de lo usual para nuestra comida, pero cuando llegó, era precioso. Nuestros hijos tenían el menú infantil, que era muy bueno comparado con otros restaurantes de la familia. El gerente del restaurante fue muy paciente con nosotros cuando tuvimos una consulta con nuestra cuenta incluso cuando no era su culpa nuestra. Nos alojamos en un hotel cerca y es muy práctico. Sin duda recomendaría este, familias o de lo contrario.

La comida era buena. El servicio era horrible! Camarera para volver a nuestra olvidó mesa de tomar nuestro pedido (y admitió que ella tenía) que le dieron la orden de bebidas bebidas mal (la orden que nos recordó su). Ella consiguió el pedido de postre equivocada. Si más de una cena '3 órdenes de los vasos de chupito postres 'parece que siempre obtenga la combinación equivocada. Esto me ha pasado en varias ocasiones. Tuvimos que recordarle que estábamos esperando para otra orden que bebidas vino a la mesa tan tarde que no pudo acabar la botella de vino. (Afortunadamente teníamos un tornillo! Llegó a casa! ) no pudimos conseguir la atención de alguien para obtener la factura. El personal era abrazando y charlando con su espalda a las mesas. Personal muy profesional que necesitan para aprender a estar atentos a sus comensales y hacer algo de entrenamiento cerebral para aumentar su memoria span! No me impresionó!

Nos encanta la comida Bella Italia! Siempre el primero en mi lista cuando vas por la comida, eso si me han pagado como es bastante caro. Incluso si tienes un vale para la cuenta de la comida.

Visitamos temprano en la noche con amigos. El restaurante estaba bastante concurrido, pero recibimos una bienvenida fantástica de la camarera que siguió atento y conversador durante toda nuestra visita - un crédito para el establecimiento. La comida estaba bien, pero nada presentable bastante espectacular. Mi amigo tenía un vale, lo que significaba que era una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Everything we asked for they did. Food hot,fresh and tasty.Staff lovely. Adequate time between courses. Well worth it, drinks a bit pricey but got a deal on food so can't complain. Averaged out at £15 per person, 2 courses and drinks included

Acabamos de regresar después de una gran comida familiar. Rachael M nos sirvió y ella era fantástica, mostró a nuestros niños el bar helado y nos hicimos amigos con nuestra hija y nuestro hijo muy inescrupulosos. Nada era demasiado problema, comprendió exactamente lo que se siente al estar con una familia joven y cómo mantener a los niños felices y los padres menos estresados! La comida era rápido y sabroso, el restaurante luce genial. De lejos, el mejor servicio que he recibido en un restaurante.

I've visited a few Bella Italia in the past but this was my first visit to this one. The surroundings are lovely, the food was excellent and the service was pleasant, fast and efficient. Who could ask for more!

Me puedo quejar de la comida o el servicio, el personal era encantador y acogedor, sin embargo, no contento con el precio de una copa de vino creo que 7 libras. 60 es muy caro también una pequeña porción de patatas fritas era de £4. 00. No me di cuenta hasta que recibimos la factura. Lo siento, pero por esta razón no pensamos volver

We have been several times over the past few months and the service, food and drinks are consistently good. There is also a nice atmosphere although the bar waiting area can get a little busy at times. We will return again for sure.

Started with chilli bread and warm breads with dip. Abs lovely. Then 5 diff main courses and all were delicious. Waitress was very friendly . Just the right amount of time between courses. Cant wait to go back. Thanks for the stella glass 😊

Meals are very good especially as there is a limited amount of staff.But the drinks are to expensive beer and lager being extortiate.

Myself and 2 others went for an impromptu big breakfast there and we had to send the sausages back as they were still pink and no hint of brown on them at all. They didn't come back much better cooked so we left them. Compared to other restaurants we frequent, the breakfast was edible but overpriced. The restaurant was all stick and span but there was no atmoshere in there and the female workers were pleasant enough but felt as though they were just doing the basic in their job and not aiding customers to enjoy the experience more. A conversation would have been a bonus but hey ho, won't hold my breath. Not in a rush to return. Going to frankie and bennys two doors up next time as the atmosphere and music is always spot on there.
