I recently ordered takeaway from Peppers and loved it! I was unsure what to choose, but Neha suggested the spicy hot flavor chicken with rice, and it was perfect! The chicken was tender and had just the right kick. Neha’s friendly service made it even better. I’ll definitely be back for more—Highly recommended!

I had the large takeaway breakfast. Bacon not cooked properly, after asking for it crispy. Little to no bake beans, even though in the picture online, there was loads & the chopped tomatoes were cold. Better off going to Rossi's Café, you'll pay a little bit more, but at least you get what you've paid for. Update: Went back to give it a second chance and again, next to no bake beans, was given a grilled tomato when I asked for chopped tomatoes. I mentioned that I asked for chopped tomatoes and also asked for some more bake beans and all I got was attitude back. That's it now. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a pizza through deliveroo, the order was accepted by pizza hot, waited over half an hour just for them to cancel the order without a reason.

Absolutely appalling paid for food online never arrived no answer at all to phone calls email or Facebook message avoid at all costs

Just visited Sicily. Sicily guy made me fresh chips, fresh kebab and salad. Top service and good quality of food.

We ordered a family bundle pizza, which includes two pizzas, but only received one. When I called to address the error, they hung up on me rudely, offering no apology.

Ordered on the website and order never arrived, but my cards been charged! Will be getting a refund through my bank, avoid this place.

For a few years now I've been ordering all the family birthday cakes from here, even order for friends and recommend work colleagues to them but I was disappointed this time. Because the kids love their cakes so much I decided to order a larger cake for my son's birthday, big mistake. The sponge were so dry, I called them to let them know and they said I have to bring the cake back in for them to test it themselves before they can do anything about it. That wouldn't be a problem except I live in a different town and I start work early and finish late. Didn't have the time to do that plus they may have turn round and tell me it's fine for them after driving all the way there again. I feel they could have at least offer me a discount on my next order.

Lovely refurb. Heather is an even better new addition to the place . Outstanding customer service esp the way I saw her with SEN and young children . Obviously loves her job and very professional and takes pride in the job. Asking us to come back soon we certainly shall. Recommend the carvery as very tasty and the gravy piping hot (win win). …had no room for pudding oops! 10/10

The rice was in ver cooked more like a porridge, no spice at all , just some boiled veggies and shredded chicken and stale shrimps . The oil was stale too . Had a funny taste . The worst chinese food i have ever tried in Coventry. Please avoid this place like the plague.
