Thought I would try the chippy as it has just reopened again, not impressed though chips were not cooked enough the sausage was alright but I think the drink was the best part of the meal

WHAT HAS HAPPEND TO THIS FISH SHOP .HAVE THEY POISONED US ALL?

Don't appear to be open anymore despite google saying it is and their website allowing you to make an order. Waited half an hour and realised my order on their website hadn't even been accepted yet but money had been taken out of my account. Tried to call them on the phone number on Google and on their website and it said both numbers do not exist. Thankfully got an instant refund once i cancelled the order but if you are closed it would be helpful if you updated your site and Google also... and if you aren't closed then why is your service so bad, and your phone numbers don't work?

Extremely poor, placed an order online, 40 minutes later they cancelled blaming high number of orders! Only took them 40 minutes to realise? Was much better when you could order via just eat, they always managed to deliver great food then without cancelling! Won’t use them again which is a shame because the food is good. Poor service!

I’ve tried ordering twice in the last fortnight from this company, who used to be one of our favourites. Both times, the order was cancelled, after 15 minutes, without any form of explanation. Also ringing through, both times, without a response. We’ve had a couple of problems in the past, too, which we thought were flukes - very disinterested, both times - but this is now a pattern. Won’t bother again, which will lose them a lot of money

Used to be my fav chippy, and today, after waiting for 40 minutes, my online order was cancelled without giving me a reason????? I also tried to call them multiple times and was ignored ❤️

Very poor customer service. Ordered off Uber eats. Food came and a whole meal was missing . Called them up and they flat out denied it saying it was definitely in there and wouldn’t listen to the fact I wouldn’t be calling if my food was there. They wouldn’t offer to send one out and told me there is nothing they will do. The girl on the phone couldn't care less. Lost a customer . Terrible

bought many times from here. almost always perfect quality and good sizes of portion. but not this time. few days ago bought lamb donner in naan bread and when come back at home found that portion is very small, not at all what it was always before. stayed hungry :(

Ordered from here via Uber eats, we received the food and one item was missing. After contacting the chip shop on the phone they were rude and hung up on us multiple times. Would definitely not recommend!

We had a chicken curry & rice from here yesterday, husband pre ordered it day before. Not going to lie it was absolutely gorgeous, sauce was amazing, loads of real pieces of chicken not processed. Will definitely order again. Thank you! Chips were gorgeous too.

Portion sizes were amazing and the food was brilliant. For takeaway food, the food was very fresh and carefully packaged so that it was well presented when it got to us!

Always my favourite chippy to order from. i got myself the tikka chicken and chips with burger sauce as a meal deal and it was so tasty! My siblings also enjoyed their meals and we will definitely be ordering from here again! Great value, amazing food and good quality service. Every time.

Quick delivery, lovely kebab but chips were very hard/crispy. Not to the usual standard.

Kebabs were nice, delivery was quick only downfalls are the chips were really soft and mushy all stuck together and you didn't send the can of Coke we ordered. Not sure if we will use again

Great food again. However. After ordering they added 30 mins on to delivery so it took 1hr 15mins..

i have ordered x2 fish n chips from the mune and i have only received fish i tried to call them no respond so ever i contact just eat they tried to call them too no answer what a bad service it was waste of money

As a take away service their prompt delivery was very appreciated however the food let them down, our order tasted like it had been left in the silver hot boxes for a very long time. Dry and not much taste. Sorry.

Sorry but we have ordered from you to my work plenty of times recently and food and portions were amazing. So used you again tonight at home telling everyone how good it is and it was horrible very little meat salad had been minced chips were horrible.

I ordered Haddock and Chips, the Haddock was the worse I've ever tasted, the batter was thick I couldn't even bite through it, the fish was black. The worse Fish I've ever tasted.

Delivery came over half an hour quicker than estimated.. even though i had a phone call to say they will be 5min late which no takeaway has done before..would 100% recomend food was piping hot and freshly made..Delivery man was friendly..will definately order again..Thanks Guys

First time ordering from this chippy and the driver was 15 mins early. Food was not only really really nice but also very hot. Deffo ordering from here again. Brilliant chippy keep it up.

Food was 45 mins late when i called he said the driver left 30 mins ago and food would be fresh...when it finally arrived fish was burnt and dry, no salt and vinegar on the chips which werent the best tasting either. One positive they apologised for being late but dont think i would order from here again!

Food was amazing. A little delay in it arriving but, it's Saturday evening, these guys were busy (which is always a good indicator that the food is gonna be good :)) portion sizes large! Ordered for two people and it fed three of us :) will definitely be ordering again :)
