Ordered on food hub , let down balti king express cancelled my order not very professional will never order again so can’t rate the food .joke !!

Had a takeaway last night disgusting is the only word I can use to describe it. Was like water no taste even the chips and rice were rank! Couldn't even eat it and waited two and half hours do not recommend

I cannot tell everybody just how good this food is. My husband and I will not go anywhere else for a curry. It's the best madras and chicken dopiaza weve EVER HAD. The rice is so light and fluffy and not greasy. And the naan breads are the freshest and tastiest weve ever had. Honestly people TRY THESE GUYS OUT. YOU WONT GO ANY ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN I'd love to know how you make your Bombay potato I absolutely love love love it. Thankyou for making the best. Xx

Sadly would only order again from here if we collect: for years have always found the staff actually in the shop very nice. This driver is totally unsuitable to be talking to customers on the phone or face to face. Arrogant in the extreme.

Good service very clean and good food

We have used Balti king many time and always had good food and good service but tonight the service was appalling ! The delivery guy was aggressive and rude because he couldn’t find us. I said it’s never been a problem before maybe I should go somewhere else? He said yes do. So I will !!!!

Ordered 4 cheese chilli nans. Got cheese slices put into the nan. Wasn't even worth eating, decided to take out the cheese slices and use as plain nans, with food cooked at home. A waste of £10.

Food tasted ok...... sadly....... we had to chase missing dishes even though already late!! After phone calls to get sorted, not even an apology. Appreciate things sometimes go amiss but please have the decency to acknowledge the fact. We've used the place before and has been ok..... but please guys sort your selves out. Its jog the cheapest takeaway, so at least give a little customer care, we weren't asking for any money off etc. Its a tad disappointing.

Fabulous food delivered last night by a polite young man. Food was plentiful, lots of meat in the curry, flavoursome, thick sauce and can honestly say haven’t enjoyed a curry soo much. Will definitely be ordering again.

Reasonably good Indian takeaway, no real problems, tend to order same dish ( chicken tikka miricha ) which is always pretty good, nice kick to it, very tasty perhaps on occasion the chicken is slightly more chewy than others but otherwise to that, sound.

Our regular indian was closed and got recommended this... only thing that was good, was it was hot in temperature when it got here. The 2 curries were tasteless, the prawn tandoori was £8 for 5 prawns..and the rice was watery. So I will not be ordering from here ever again!!

Awful customer service this evening - ordered online at 7pm, 10.20pm and many phone calls later - we are still waiting. Appreciate you just be very busy however you should stop taking orders at the point you can’t fulfil them. Oh, and repeatedly lying on calls stating the good is on way js not cool. On way from London?! Not acceptable.

Had a tikka masala and just tasted like it does from the jar ordered 7 poppadoms and only 1 came had to request 3 pound back from delivery driver no good dont have chiefs special tikka masala

Just had a delivery 05/12/19 must say it’s the worst curry we have had from here burnt naan bread burnt chips hard bits in my curry and we order regularly from here...

Our second takeaway. Quality chicken, superb curries. Fantastico What more can I say. When are you going to open a restaurarant?

Not impressed, stale poppadoms, curry's was spicy but overall bland not flavour, samosas tasted like dirty oil. Won't return

I normally find an Indian takeaway a bit of a let down but not this one! Everything was well cooked and packed with flavour. Will certainly be making this my go to place. Surprising as it’s round the corner and not much to look at. Don’t judge a book by its cover! Friendly. Tasty. Five stars.

We alway order from here as it’s very close to where we live but also everything we order is great. I have a chicken tikka masala I normally ask them to make it creamy which they do and it’s so nice, my partner gets the jalfrezi which he really enjoys. Nan breads and rice are big and are really good price for the size. I have recommended it to our friends and family and they have started going now and they love it.

Never had a bad meal in 10 years and they are willing to customize food to your liking pleasant and friendly

First time trying. Helpful staff on the phone. The food was delicious, delivered fast and hot. Top tip...set meals are for 1 but big enough for 2. We ordered 2 and there was so much food, which was great but be extremely hungry lol...Will order again.

Takeaway staff friendly but food a bit bland seemed my Curry had been frozen and reheated. The Naan was cold and live within 3 minutes of the shop.
