Never order delivery, took 3 hours. Doesn’t even say how long it takes they keep lying about the delivery timings Appalling service

Yesterday we asked to cater for our party. They made our day. Food was on time, better quality than expected and most importantly pleased my guests. I feel like I can rely on them, I have tried from many other south Asian restaurants and none of them has been as trustworthy for good quality food as them.

The staffs are too bad , they don’t treat anyone good and their behaviour is bad towards us and even it cost us two dishes 40 pounds and quantity, is like less than 200ml water.

My order was placed 15:19 pm and was delivered 17:31. One of my worst experiences. The food was cold also when I try to call the restaurant it was busy for more than a hour.

I'm a regular customer here and absolutely love the food. The waitress Puneetha always greets us with a cheerful smile and tends to us very affectionately. Will go again and again.

The food taste was good. We ordered keli parota, masal dosa, chicken manjurian ,motton fry and briyani with affordable price. Customer service & atmosphere not well.

The food is great. But if you are ordering a take away, please make sure you place the order atleast 3 days in advance. I have used Uber Eats in 7 countries. I would rate this restaurant as the worst of em all in terms of delivery!

The new staff is incompetent. Does NOT respects your choice. Fed mutton biriyani to us vegetarians. No onion preference was discarded. Accepts CASH ONLY. Heater doesn’t work, sat in cold environment. Over all a very poor experience. Completely deteriorated quality and customer service.

Food is not that great. They are unprofessional. They don’t pick up the call when called to check the status of the food.

Maya has also been very kind. We regularly purchase from the store and love interact with them feels home food and people 💕

I’m still here waiting for my food to arrive but on the app it says food has been delivered and when I called them up they said 5-10mins but it’s been 20mins now and the food still haven’t arrived yet very disappointing

Ask for the party order and running behind for almost two weeks to get a quote. No proper response for call, A boy answered twice after so many calls and used to say I'll ask my sir and let you know.. After long wait got call and discussed about the menu and no follow-up .. So finally successfully party finished with good service and food BUT NOT HERE ..anyway thanks for Everything..Good luck

We went there near to closing time yet they served us good food that filled our bellies and our hearts. The two waitresses were extremely welcoming.

Had a lovely Onam Sadya yesterday. The curries were very authentic and each curry was wholesome and very flavourful. The food was very satisfying and reminded us of Onam back home. Lovely Punitha was an excellent hostess.

Food is good. I have sensitive stomach so far the restraunt didn’t disappoint me. The two ladies in the restraunt providing wonderful service with smiling face. One area to improve will be time taken in preparation of food.

Great food but worst customer interaction skills. I've just called to place an order and the receiver was so damn rude and doesn't have minimum customer service skills. I wonder how they hire such people as it effects their business. Even the tone was so arrogant and disconnected the call.

Dosa aas extreme oily and the 0.5L Coke I ordered never arrived for which I got charged. I used to like the food from here but the quality has gone down hill in a matter of months.

I am a regular customer at Tamils taste of Asia …. Their food tastes good and have a variety of options for veg . I was disappointed during my last visit to the place . The way they talk to customers were rude and unprofessional. They created a ruckus for asking a cup of raita . They said the dish doesn’t come with it and provided with one cup for which I am happy but after that the 2 ladies started discussing at a very loud voice on we should not provide it else the manager will not accept which made me very uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying extra for it but talking behind customers back plus everyone in the restaurant could hear them . I felt really bad about this incident from which I decided I will never visit this place with worst customer service again .

Food can never go wrong here. Been here so many times and the quality is always the same. I love their Malai methi chaman and parotta which is my go to. We’ve had Punitha server us and she was very kind and attentive and friendly.

Ordered a pick up takeaway masala dosa, chilli dosa, vadai sambhar. Got notification in email that order was delayed due to place being very busy but I went to pick up as stated in first email and the order was ready 👍. The food taste was lovely and authentic South Indian but beware how hot you can handle. I am North Indian and eat fairly hot food but this was above normal 🌶️ level I think even for a South Indian. My chilli dosa 😂 please look at photo for yourself. All the best.
