Disgusting uncooked food, overpriced and staff are very disrespectful. Spent about £50 and they still asked me to charge me for some ketchup dip. Don’t recommend eating here if you’re hungry.

Enjoyed the pizza but chicken wings wasn’t very nice funny taste to the chicken like it had been sitting there for a while or not kept in the fridge properly. Delivery time was very poor waited like an hour in half for delivery.

Caprinos Pizza is great location for those looking to get pizza, especially on the late night. The service—firstly—was good, even for it being about 1-2am when we went, the severs there were a bit tough on English, but they still got the job done. When the food came out, it was fresh, and delicious. Such a warm thing to have late at night. The store was also very clean so hygienic weren’t an issue, just a sweet night staff, hot pizza, and a good time overall. Would def recommend, especially since it’s open so late.

even though caprinos has a name and its food is good but since administration of this particular branch has been changed, they show zero courtesy. Because of their rude behaviour not gonna come back and won’t recommend it to anyone else.

Every time I eat from here it is like Jesus Christ himself is dancing on my taste beds. Personally I believe pizza is just a vessel for sauces but these sweet slices are even gone alone and dry! (I personally get the seafood option). On this occasion I got the seafood pizza extra tuna and anchovies and wedges with a variety of tasty dips that just made my night. I'd call that a win! But that's besides the point, I'd say if you're looking to kick up your paws to the Dan and Phil Mukbang video.

Absolutely discussing 🤢. Spent over £13 for a tiny four slice pizza fries and a drink. The best bit was the drink as it was in a can! The pizza was called a deluxe pepperoni 🤣🤣🤣. Tiny tiny tiny pizza that was burnt and cold. Some of the fries were bordering on raw and others were burnt at the ends, again cold. I would never order from there again and will discourage others from ordering. I threw the whole thing in the bin. An absolute joke tbh

did not deliver food, never tried to get in touch even if they said they tried multiple times. restaurant worker was less than helpful. hopefully, just eat refunds me and i can never use the app or this restaurant ever again. :)

ordered two pizzas last night on the tablet, I paid and everything went through fine. The machine gave me an order number but no receipt. The staff were trying to make out I was lying even though I shown them several times payment was made, one of the guys even put my order into the till and it came up to the same amount. They then told me to reorder and pay again, which I refused and asked me to give bank details so the could refund me once they received the money. Avoid at all costs.

The chips was nice and the chicken wings but unfortunately the kebab Rap was very cold. if it wasn't for the 25% offer it's not worth full price.

Cannot follow basic instructions- I asked for no mushrooms and they added them. Fries were under cooked, when challenged they said they follow the company’s cooking time, use your initiative- if something is under cooked you cook it until it’s ready! They then sent me a replacement pizza 3 hours after the time I put an order through. Food was horrible and service was disgusting.

Its the best pizza in coventry. This was our go to place for last year but due to a rude interaction with the staff, we stopped going there. But I’m glad the manager sorted it out and gave us the best delivery as before 😊

Have been a regular customer and loved their pizza but really disappointed by their rude behaviour today. Have always been great but looks like administration changed. Person says he’s the owner and behaved so rudely. Always get half n half for kids but he refused saying its his choice he is the owner and he can refuse it and its not his problem. Showed zero courtesy. Not gonna come back again.

Order came hour late and also stone cold rang them twice only to be told it was on way then 10 mins quality of the food was so poor I had to throw everything in the bin after spending £35 what a waste of money and most likely won’t even get a refund what a joke

This was our second order from here. Both times the fries were undercooked and almost still frozen. We thought we would give them another try as it may have been an off day, but sad to say the fries were again severely undercooked and inedible. It seems they send the fries for customers to cook at home. To end on a positive, the veg pizza was quite nice.

Arrived 45 minutes late pizzas was cold chips where half cooked really disappointed.
