Los pasteles son deliciosos, pero el personal es irreal esta es la segunda vez que vengo a interrumpir una reunión familiar detrás del mostrador, y para ser ignorado no podría molestarme en esperar en esta ocasión. Tal vez si quieres una caja de pasteles lo mejor sería pedir en línea.

For a few years now I've been ordering all the family birthday cakes from here, even order for friends and recommend work colleagues to them but I was disappointed this time. Because the kids love their cakes so much I decided to order a larger cake for my son's birthday, big mistake. The sponge were so dry, I called them to let them know and they said I have to bring the cake back in for them to test it themselves before they can do anything about it. That wouldn't be a problem except I live in a different town and I start work early and finish late. Didn't have the time to do that plus they may have turn round and tell me it's fine for them after driving all the way there again. I feel they could have at least offer me a discount on my next order.

I ordered a 16th Birthday cake for my son , staff were very helpful and friendly . Shop was fresh and clean . Cake was gorgeous!! Son was very happy . Thank you Walsgrave cake box

Disappointed this time as the fruit were off and the almond flakes were off too. The cream and sponge tasted nice but what a shame. Off putting this time as usually very nice.
