Great customer service great staff highly recommend staff was on point taking orders very friendly and very welcoming

Snappy Pizza were once the best. We ordered 2 large pizza's this weekend. The quality has gone right downhill. A bland, sogging mess. No texture, no flavour. A waste of time waiting and a bigger waste of money. Get yourself a pizza tray and make your own at home!

After placing my order I asked to pay by card. Snappy‘s response was, “I’m sorry we are too busy, cash only”….really…! Fortunately I have the cash and it would have been much preferable to pay by card but what if I hadn’t. This is extremely poor. Handing over my card details to process a payment would taken approximately 30 seconds! Either step up or employee more staff to compensate your busy weekend orders

Ordered a giant pizza an hour in advance and was given a specific time for our delivery, but it was late, so we called up and they said it was on the way. 20 mins later we call back and they say he just left, and then 20 mins later we are still waiting. it was an expensive order and we were constantly given false information. disappointing service.

We had a special pizza with my family great stuff friendly Best pizza in Coventry tray it guys......

They chips and nuggets were over cooked and they were missing one of the puddings. When we phoned the restaurant to complain they did not care and just put down the phone. To say I was disappointed was an understatement

Arrived on time, however all cold and one of the burgers was wrong. No chips with over £5 kids meal.....tried to call no answer....save yourself some money and goto McDonald’s!

Cheese on pizza was not melted! To much topping was awful! Plus the chocolate cake was frozen.

Food was tasty but was disappointed with the service. First delivery they were the wrong pizza’s or maybe just a poor attempt of trying to make something similar. We got in contact and they sorted a replacement but that came after 30-40. Bad experience, I personally won’t be returning.

Pizza arrived 30 mins late and was barley warm and was soggy and wet, not hot and crispy

Well worth a visit ,ate in with my daughter we had a pizza to share. My half was south of the border & OMG it was the BEST pizza I ever had , freshly cooked, piping hot , I can’t wait to go back . My daughter had Hawaiian , ham & Pineapple with her half . The manager was extremely helpful . Very good service really pleasant attitude . I have only had delivery from here before which is great but really enjoyed the eat in , I recommend to all .

Pizza is terrible the cheese just falls off leaving some greasy base, fix up. Cheese is very chewy and just creates a big mound taste very cheap and not well executed. Chicken burger was okay.

ordered from here at 6pm got our food at 7 and opened the box the pepperoni was burnt crusts are hard

Absolutely fantastic, kids meal chips were cold but that was fine as my daughter hates hot food anyway!😂 Will 100% be ordering again!

I can't quite put my finger on what it was, but my whole pizza had a weird aniseed flavour to it that I did not enjoy at all.

Only a margarita still can't get it right!!! Burnt and cold

Lovely food as always, had mixed kebab wrap with nice fresh salad, cheesy fries. Ordered online and collected it was ready in no time, paid cash on collection and great service. Thank you 😊

The only problem was that I never received the onion rings and I did ask the delivery guy where were they he said I had them when in fact I could see something in the bag.

I regularly have food delivered from here never have any issues with location off my house. Tonight the delivery guy was extremely rude ringing me too walk down my drive when I said I couldn’t as I had children he then put the phone down. When he eventually came to my house he hammered my door then huffed and puffed when I didn’t have the right amount off money and needed change. Customer service like this puts people off using your takeaway why would I pay to be insulted.

We went to this Snappy Tomato Pizza House last night and ordered a Rocky Mountain High. When we got it home it was terrible. Firstly a Rocky Mountain High is supposed to be square and we have always had this one before and they have always been lovely. This one was awful ..firstly it was round and had very very little tomato sauce on the base so when we cut into it the toppings just slid off and there a lot lot less topping than there normally is also. I rang up today to tell them about it and found that there is new management there which i thought may be the case as we didnt see the owner we have seeing there for years. When i complained about my pizza the new owner slammed the phone down on me. Needless to say we will never be going there again. Kathy.

Refusing to swap a wrong pizza to a correct because and I quote "its friday we to busy" 🤬 was not the only item ordered so not a cheap total , will never be ordering or using these again RUDE STAFF WRONG ORDERS

Awful awful delivery service it’s a once a year event to get pizza delivery as we usually make our own. Last time we ordered we were left waiting for hours this time it was 90 minutes. When it arrived it was cold and you could bounce the doh off the floor and back again it tasted stale and horrible. Never again shall I get a no so snappy stale tomato pizza from here

Food should of been with me for 19:45, instead it turned up at 20:10. I don't know if he was doing multiple deliveries but my pizza was barely warm at best so ended up chucking most of it away. At least my ice cream stayed frozen!!! Won't be ordering again

Worst experience of my life. Forgot parts of my order and would highly recommend dominos as they have better quality food and service. Maybe even papa johns if you don't mind the buttery dip. pizzas aren't even square anymore, absolute joke ☹️

After being a Snappy Tomato Pizza customer for many years I cannot understand what has gone wrong with their delivery service! Twice now we have ordered Pizza using the online service and they just do not read the delivery detail! The first time we pre-ordered for my Son as we were going out detailing that we wanted the delivery at 4pm and as we were leaving the house 15 min later at 2.15pm the delivery turned up. We took it and my son ate it later cold. The second time we ordered again for my son online and detailed the delivery address at his friends where they were staying and the delivery did not turn up. This was for around 12 am and when my son called them at 12.30 to ask where the Pizza was he got told they had tried to deliver it and they where now closed when in fact they say they are open until 1am. So they ordered a Pizza from Domino's instead. I called Snappy the following day when I heard about this and I could just about understand the person on the phone as their English was poor and he lied to me saying the delivery driver had been knocking the door and when they had no answer they went to number 9 next door and fact is their is no number 9 next door! I truly believe the staff either do not read or understand delivery details given so my future custom will go else where!

Excellent apart from we ordered a chilli dip and did not receive it, we got sour cream & chive and 2 garlic mayo when I ordered one of each

I placed order for 5 pizzas and they brought the wrong ones so had to wait another 50 minutes for the right order and the food was not nice atall frozen pizzas are better than this I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN SHOCKING!!

Quick delivery and beautiful hot food

Food was nice - The delivery driver calling my mobile for me to come out of my house and collect the order as it was raining was comical, but not appreciated. when you place an order you expect delivery to the door not the kerb. This hasn't been the first time this has happened and would impact if I ordered again.

Wow, such a disappointment! I have previously ordered these burgers to the point of being fed up with the same thing. So after months, I actually fancied one! I dont usually have sauce as the burgers are usually succulent enough, any additions makes it "sloppy". What arrived tonight were 2 overcooked, dried out disasters, it took several drinks of water to get through it. On top of that, the incorrect cakes were delivered. Sorry, it will be more than months before I even think of ordering again

The pizza was not sliced correctly, my Irish friend had a topping malfunction which resulted in wasted toppings. Adequate amount of plastic tables. The delivery man charmed us.

Order came on time of the time said via just eat. Food all of good quality. They forgot the chocolate fudge cake but called up and delivered another and the fudge cake was worth the wait it was delicious!!

Meal was fine apart from the garlic bread cooked to solid block unfortunately uneadible could have been warmer other pizza was fine

snappy have been in cov for so long. before pizza hut n dominos. always liked the square pizzas and the tomato they use. last time we ordered takeaway my daughter wasn't too keen on it and left most of hers which is why i'm giving it a 3. i've been using for years and would probably have given it a 4 under normal circumstances.

Pizza arrived half an hour later than scheduled delivery time and was stone cold. Chicken side order was cold and dry.

I love the south of the border and always ask for extra jalapenos & they give me tons. The pizzas are packed with toppings, Alex deserves a mention for his wonderful skills and he is always laughing and cheerful. Well done!

I only started ordering from this place recently. They keep adding on 10mins to your delivery time. For the first few deliveries they were early. But tonight, they were 10mins late, the pizza's were luke warm and the only things that were hot were the potato skins

The square pizza really is the fun factor in this place. Delivery was quick and the pizza tasted good. Healthy amount of topping for the price.

Order wrong again forgot cheesy fries and was cold after being delivered at 22:30 insted of confirmed time of 21:55. Order went through 21:10! Second time an error has occured safe to say it was dissapointing

Pre ordered at 11.30 told it would be delivered around 12.45, food hadn't turned up by 1.30 so rang and was told it would be there any minute, food arrived luke warm some of it was burnt. Wouldn't recommend using them

Always great value for money Snappy's. My only criticism is that the tomato base could be a little more tangy. South of the Boarder has always been a firm favourite!

Always enjoy food but never get delivery times right I asked for 7.30 and I got it at 6.30-6.45 this is three times its happened so don't preorder from this company!

Food was average at best and not very good value for money paying £10 for a 9" pizza on its own compared to other places doing far more for the same price or less with chips and wings and drinks on top for that price.

Got given a delivery time, they were 30minutes late had to call them up, took 1 hour and half to get to me and then it was cold not very happy will not be ordering again from here.

Got the orders wrong, didn't bring apple pie which I was still charged for and was 30 minutes late. Food was okay

Very disappointed in the food quality, by the time the food eventually got to us, it was Luke warm. I left a note about BBQ basing and they totally disregarded the note. We had family round who had to wait over two hours for the correct order. They also forgot the ice cream.

I was missing my salad and sauce off of my kebab and I also paid extra for a sauce hat didn't arrive. However the service was quick and pleasant and the food was very good quality.

Although food was hot upon arrival, there was significant oil residue atop of the food, resulting in the pizza layers all feeling very separate and filling in an uncomfortable way.

Gone down hill, worst pizza ive ever had from here! Unless my next order is like the pizza's used to be and CORRECT then i wont be ordering again!

Shocking tonight.. Cheesy garlic bread under cooked and stuck together and pizzas have no taste.. Will stear clear of Snappys for a while. We work hard for our money and expect to get a good standard of pizza and service 🚫

Pizza very sloppy, and cheese didn't seem cooked enough, one bite took whole topping off, stuffed crust tasted like mature cheese?! Sorry if this is how regular customers like it!

Our chicken bites were burnt, potato skins were dry with hard lumps of cheese on them, chicken wings were fatty, pizza itself was ok, but the stuffed crust was hard sticks of unmelted cheese. When we phoned and complained after eating 2 slices of the pizza, and 1 piece from each side we were told we could be refunded £15 from a £34 order. No way had we eaten £18 worth of food! Ended up being refunded £20 but definitely wouldn't order again.

I ordered a beast for my family. I requested sweetcorn only for one corner of it as my son doesnt eat the other bits. Instead the put sweetcorn along one quarter but with the other ingredients too. My youngest son couldnt eat it and i had to order another takeaway for him. We were not happy about this

We've ordered from here a few times and had no problems. Tonight however... the delivery time was longer as to be expected on bonfire night and was estimated to arrive at 10:05. I called at 10:15 to query how long we should expect to wait. I offered my address to which the person on the end of the phone shouted 'he's on the way, why you not answer the door?'. Obviously I queried this contradictory statement, to which he responded by asking the same question. He then asked why I did not answer the phone. I did not receive any phone calls at any time, and we have a dog that reacts when anybody walks past the front of the house let alone when someone knocks the door, so there is no chance a delivery was attempted. We finally received our food which took over two hours to arrive, and received no apology at any point. I asked to speak to the manager to which the advisor replied 'yes'. Terrible, terrible service which is a shame given past experiences which have been positive.
