The best restaurants in Western Springs Cannock Chase West Midlands

Whilst we always enjoy the food from Roses, the new delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. The past several times we've ordered, food has taken over an hour and a half to be delivered. When you place an order for a 12:15 delivery, you do not expect it to turn up closer to 2:00pm. If this was sorted out, I'd give it a higher rating, but it's unlikely we'll be ordering again as we've never had the food arrive at anything like a decent timeframe and again, we've encountered the same thing. They are clearly overstretched on dealing with deliveries and Uber Eats along with walk-in customers.

Savannah Tea Room in Rugeley is a great restaurant. I had both breakfast and lunch there. The food was delicious and the service was great!!

Best Takeaway In Rugeley, love their tofu and chips and it's my go to as a vegan option! Great prices and deliver to hill ridware!

We had afternoon tea here today. It was really lovely. Gorgeous food, nice staff, good location, lovely atmosphere, great value for money. Highly recommend.

Love this vibrant pub. Plenty of entertainment on weekly and monthly. Clean and presentable, lovely enclosed beer garden with heaters. Lots of parking available.

Quick bite on the go nice place

It is amazing to see that the food here is as good as it was over 30 years ago. Best burger in Rugeley, Fresh, consistent, tasty, and exactly how I remember it being back in the day. So many other businesses come and go around here, too many new takeaways bringing something new, with mostly substandard food and service. Rugeley kebab house keeping it old school, if it works, don’t try and fix it. 10/10

I moved to Rugeley way back in 2004, my loyalty to certain take aways has been stretched and tested to breaking point. In my search I gave Starburger a try and was not disappointed, we are now a big fan. Give them a try, you won't regret it, we didn't. Thank you folks, fresh cooked food, delivered hot and with a 😊

We ordered our food at half past seven and it came at 5 past nine , they claimed we put in the wrong address even though we double checked , would not recommend having delivery.

This visit was to celebrate my 80th birthday. I was so disappointed with the quality of the food and service to the point that I apologised to those friends and relatives who I invited. The food was not like that shown in the menu. The chips were more like fries from MacDs than what was expected. Looked and tasted like Tesco basic. Chips. The Steak pie pastry was so dry that it reminded me of the many years ago when Pubs used to reheat pies several times. Certainly the standard food had gone down. The time to get our order for drinks was not good nearly 15 minutes before our order was taken, following this it was nearly 10 minutes before they were delivered to our table. When our food order was taken it was twenty minutes before it arrived at our table. The place was not very busy. It will be a long time before I visit this restaurant again.

I have the balti and dansak and the chicken is always lovely and soft. You can tell it has been cooked fresh. Staff are lovely and we always enjoy our takeaways from here 😀

Delivery time kept moving back 45 mins for a coffee is a tad extreme but worth the wait when I finally got it
