Bought chicken nuggets meal for my granddaughter and she enjoyed the meal.

Right on the doorstep and a usual abode went again for breakfast and came within 8-10 mins food well cooked and staff friendly again another spoons that if with families sit towards the back of the pub or upstairs due to mainly regulars by the bar can be rowdy

I took my granddaughters for tea last night (Friday). It was buzzing 😀 The staff were all lovely. Timely service. Food was spot on, and we were all happy. I tried the new dish, vegetable ramen. Delicious. Would definitely recommend. You know exactly what to expect from Wetherspoons and they didn't disappoint.

Work next door been a few times and I tell ya being mix race this place is amazing such lovely people everyone offers u a drink the people who work there are such lovely souls I love to come here and I will recommend anyone who likes a nice wholesome vibe to go there such a lit place and big up Sian she is amazing xxxx

Food is typical of any spoons, fine for the money and well priced drinks. Cleanliness isn't great due to lack of staff so tables don't get cleaned quickly enough often. Nice beer garden apart from the steps a ramp would be great. Staff are usually friendly just not very fast but as I've said they are definitely under staffed it seems.

Service good and usually a good atmosphere.

Usual tasty food served quickly by pleasant friendly staff. Use 'spoons regularly in different parts of the country and although always busy they manage to produce a consistent quality and good customer service. Brilliant!

A typical spoons. Real ale is a bit hit and miss. Food is normally on the good side of the spoons in the area. Having the plates warmed is a plus.

Food was amazin and overhall a nice place

I've not been in since it was a cinema, the way the place has been refurbished keeping old cinema elements is remarkable. Entering everywhere is very clean, lots of different seating options on many levels to choose, outside really big and lots of room. Ordered food and drink with the app all came quickly and as ordered, had the all day brunch which for the price is superb. When I visited it was quiet, can imagine it would get busy at weekends, well worth a visit.

Steak night two steaks were like leather at least my dogs eat them ( well with a little encouragement. Never had a problem before

Visited here on a Saturday lunchtime. Got a table and ordered no problem. Food and drink arrived quickly. However upon looking around our surroundings we noticed the dirt, grime and dust around us. From the tables, to the carpets, railings and lamps, all were pretty gross 😝. Just a general lack of attention to cleanliness throughout. When our deserts arrived, they weren't as expected. We ordered the millionaires shortbread, described on the menu as "two vanilla ice cream scoops, shortbread biscuit, belgium chocolate sauce and toffee sauce". When it came, it was ice cream with the sauce on top and a small sprinkle of shortbread crumbs, rather than the 3 layer millionaires shortbread you expect. We went to the bar as this was really disappointing and not as described in the menu. The woman behind the bar proceeded to argue with me when I said that millionaires shortbread is a 3 layer biscuit dessert, not shortbread crumbs. I was very shocked at her attitude and therefore asked for a refund for this and the other dessert, as she was being very rude and argumentative. She refused at first, but then she begrudgingly asked her manager, who did kindly refund me right away without any trouble. Her attitude was terrible and do not think she is suited to a customer facing role. Plates, glasses and cutlery were also not clean and when we pointed out dirty cutlery to the manager, he just said "yeah". As you can imagine we weren't very impressed and would suggest they rethink their bar staff and update the menu to have correct descriptions. You maybe find you order a sandwich here and you get breadcrumbs rather than bread!!

Visited today, very lovely spoons, I have been to many Wetherspoons around the u.k and this is up there in my favourites, beautiful building with lovely features, plenty of seating, large outdoor area, very clean, hot and tasty food, lovely and friendly staff, definitely will be back soon, highly recommended.

Lovely big pub and nice to find the toilets on the same level as the bar . Very friendly and helpful staff but was very busy. Very large outdoors areas for smoking and non smoking 🚭. Alot of different levels that would be an issue for disabled people. The interior is lovely and have done well to keep the feel of an old picture house. Didn't eat but will go back and try the food

Always went here with pleasure whilst living in Rugeley. I'll miss this place now I've moved away.

Just popped in for a quick meal. Typical pub grub, vindaloo was quite spicy but great value as ever with wetherspoons.

Convenient to my home, a 10 minute walk. Always a good selection of Proper Beers at a stupid low price. Pleasant staff and always clean rest rooms. The only downside is that you cannot bring dogs into the Beer Garden

Rapid response bar staff excellent at restocking the chiller cabinet and emptying the pot washer. Somewhat less skilled at spotting punters waiting to be served.

Terrible service from one of your staff called adam , he knew I was old enough as he’s served me multiple times before ans all because I was with someone he diddnt like he refused to serve me and swap the drink .

I’m no stranger to a cheap and cheerful weatherspoons lunch but today was very disappointing. My partner ordered a January vegan stack burger, I ordered a Tennessee from the gourmet burger menu. Both burgers were totally dehydrated, the buns were dry, the bacon on the Tennessee was undercooked and stringy! The sauce was far too sugary. The meat was bone dry and flavourless. My parters meal looked totally underwhelming. She had about 10 chips on her plate. I shared mine with her, I had a healthier portion of chips and onion rings but over all both meals were exceptionally disappointing and not good value for even the low weatherspoons price tag! Staff were friendly and service was fast and efficient! Just a shame the end product was very poor!

Nice pub, very spacious with a good atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and friendly. It has a very nice garden area at the back with plenty of seating, ideal for relaxing on a warm summer day

Came here for the good old Full English Breakfast and was not disappointed. Did the job and hit the spot. And the unlimited coffees were a nice bonus..

Food can be a bit hit and miss here, sometimes overcooked, once I've waited 32 minutes when it wasn't even busy so against other spoons it ain't great. Drinks wise it's great!! Always good ale and friendly people behind the bar

Still no soya milk, they've stopped doing it, they have changed it to oat milk which is no good if your celiac and lactose free. This has been flagged up a number of times. Coffee is weak, and only getting half cups, staff are ok, atmosphere was flat, luckily for wetherspoons its the only place who does coffee in the evening, so there's nit much choice, if the staff smiled it would help.

We had fish,chips and mushy peas fish came U shaped batter uncooked on inside, chips look warm and mushy peas more like pea soup visited 1 12 23

You get quality beer at a very reasonable price every time. Some times it a little busy and some of the clientele are a little loud. But you cannot dispute the selection of beer wine and ale. Update - Stlill great.

Excellent breakfast good service good value good access for disabled people

Stopped off for breakfast on the bikes, en route to the peak district. Lovely sausage and egg baps served with a cup of coffee, all for a bargain price.

Go every Friday for a breakfast and coffee 10 minutes it's brought to your table cheap and cheerful

First time we have been in, went in for breakfast and was very surprised by the size of inside

Visit this place every week. The staff are great here. Today was an off day. Chip portions have shrunk to an unacceptable level. My wife's scampi meal was only lukewarm. Sent it back and the return meal was no better. The mango chutney was missing from my curry meal too. Its normally good here but not today. Let's hope its back to normal next week. Please give out a proper portion of chips served hot.

So much nicer place than the cannock and hednesford branches, really large place with a great garden out back. Food and drinks are all the same but the atmosphere is nicer there
