Give em a 3. Never once have they provided the salad as detailed on the menu. If I knew then I'd have ordered salad.

My food was awful. I ordered a peri chicken burger & chips. The chips were cold & undercooked and then I went onto the chicken burger it was also cold but seriously overcooked & dry to the point I couldn’t bite into it properly. It was truly awful I’ve never eaten food this bad it was inedible

Ordered a 12" Pizza... it was Hot and Fresh, however overall it tasted quite bland. I beleive this because there was minimal tomato sauce base and the flavour in the tomato base needs intensifying somewhat... i would also reccomend improving the flavour of the cheese in the stuffed crust... just a bit of constructive criticism 👍 thanks for my order

Had a couple of takeaways from here last couple of months. Food is lovely and quick delivery. Bang on.

Terrible terrible service! Food was delivered extremely late, after being told to call to change anything to the online order which is what we did, the order was still incorrect, upon phoning again the order was then redelivered again, but much later than promised. Asked for a refund in a very courteous manner and was shouted at and sworn at in a threatening manner, and wouldn’t let me get a word in edgeways, even told me to get to the shop now (at 11pm at night) to ‘sort it out’! I have never been spoken to like it!

First time visit, but my son orders regularly and recommended it. Had the Peri Peri chicken lemon & herb salad with Peri fries on the side. I'm very particular - food has to be good and it didn't disappoint, the salad was lovely and fresh, chicken was delicious, I will definitely be visiting again, one happy customer.

Went above and beyond with our order on Mother’s Day. They wrote a message on my Moms burger box saying Happy Mother’s Day. The lady who delivered the food wanted to wish my mom happy Mother’s Day at the door unfortunately she didn’t answer but the lady still asked me to pass the message on. Thank you so much x

Very poor from service to food - shame been here lots over last 12 months but gradually got worse . Never again

Absolute SHAMBLES. After waiting for 2 hours and over 50 calls to them it then states DELIVERED. I jump in the car and drive down to see the lads working hard in there and so I called what looked like the bloke who was the manager and asked if they were having issues with their phone. I stood in front of him and called their number and it showed as engaged, yet the phone was on the counter. He then admitted they were so busy on the phone they switched it off. Turns out my food was in the car round the back ready to be delivered and by this point its 2hrs 15mins. He offered me a can of coke for my inconvenience... despite delivery being £2.50 and having to collect it myself. Food is nice, lads in there seem pleasant and hard working but it's a shambles for home deliveries and certainly won't be going back there and will suggest to all I've recommended it to that they go elsewhere. I get that people get busy but 1 hour should never turn into 2 and switching the phone off is just unprofessional and the guy in charge simply didn't care. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassles of poor customer service and poor delivery promises. Worst food delivery experience I've ever received hands down.

Appreciate it is a Saturday & they are busy, but 30mins over the estimated delivery time is not acceptable. Especially when we already waited 60mins! The delivery driver was very polite & it was not their fault for being late. I believe they don't have enough drivers! I rang the restaurant (on auto redial) over 100 times, no one answered the phone! Shame as I did like this place! Refund please I think

Wow beautiful lasagne did not dissapoint was lovely just like everything else I've tried.... Peri chicken and rice was really tasty and something different to the usual chips. Thankyou will definitely be ordering again!

1st time tonight for me & the wife using this cottage. We ordered to collect & was ready when I got there. 2 different 10" pizzas & wow the base was fresh the toppings & sauce was Amazing & if you collect your pizza you get free fries 👍🏻 staff very friendly & excellent chefs highly recommended will definitely use more from now on.

Oh my gosh I ordered from here and value for money is an understatement. £20 got a whole chicken 4pcs garlic bread, rice and chips, no where sells this kind of value for money anymore. Then I ate it and woa I was just so amazed, better than Nandos. Just so super nice. I am now a regular customer Thank-you!

Me and my partner have ordered from here a few times now. The food is nice when it is delivered on time. Yesterday we ordered two meals, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to us on a Wednesday evening. My partner's burger was cold and the chips was just warm. My advice is to order in-store or order to pick up otherwise you could be waiting a while.

Had a peri chicken burger with peri fries and a drink. Burger was tasty and freshly cooked, honestly so much better than nandos!

We live locally to peri cottage and it is a favourite in this house, they go above and beyond for there customers, This week during our order they didn't send out the drink, we are all human and forget things, what makes this better is I rang up to mention it and as I was on the phone they had already realised there mistake and someone was at the door with it. There is a variety on the menu, and yet to have a bad meal yet, and the bonus is you can order from there sister desert shop at the same time.

Recently visited OPC. Absolutely outstanding hospitality and amazing food. The peri chicken was beautifully cooked and the spice level absolutely perfect. My new favourite Peri Chicken place!

Only had pizza This place has massive potential but does need work the pizza sauce is like water and does affect the pizza alot I'm not saying its bad but it makes the pizza sloppy and all cheese and topping fell off. This is my first time trying it so I will go again to see it it was just a one off no were is perfect every time let's be honest. Little improvements like this and this place could take over the area

1st time ordering yesterday meal was fabulous very tasty chicken and rice .Made a mistake on my order and phoned just as it was about to go out for delivery .Couldn’t have been more helpful changed my item nothing was to much trouble extremely pleasant even though it was my mistake. Definitely be ordering again .

Wife ordered wings and rice and salad The chicken had no seasoning on when she requested medium and the chicken also tasted like it had been cooked in a oven and was dry The rice had no flavour to it The only part of the meal she enjoyed was the salad and Diet Coke Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place Stay away

Ordered a half chicken and fries online for collection The order was ready when I arrived and the staff were friendly The food was perfectly cooked but I was a little disappointed as the extra hot peri peri I had requested had very little spice when I came to eat it That said I will be using them again

I was not aware this new fast original peri cottage had opened, this is something I regret! I ordered a chicken burger and American burger, they were both cooked on the flame grill and you could taste it. Great menu, reasonable prices and amazingly tasty. 100% recommend 100% be returning
