Savannah tea room in Cannock Chase

The café just has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere and has the most genuine and kind staff i have ever came across. Definitely recommend the milkshakes and the english breakfast as well.

A brilliant tea room with friendly staff and cakes to die for you would not be disappointed. So if ever you find yourself in this part of the world please pop in i would gladly recommend this place.

Oh dear. Went in at 11.10 and yes it was busy, but boy was it disorganised. Ordered two all-day breakfasts with tea. The food arrived 34 minutes later, but we discovered that our tea had been sitting on the counter THE WHOLE TIME. The member of staff was adamant that she had told my husband he had to fetch it himself when he ordered (she hadn't) and walked off sulking while I was still talking to her. You obviously have to be in the know in this cafe. There was then an amount of over-acting, welcoming regulars, but then I got a chair shoved into my back to make way for an elderly lady. I walked out. The chairs are uncomfortable and too low for the tables, the staff need training, the cafe needs better organisation, but I won't ever go back to find out.

I went into Lichfield after craving a proper good full English breakfast for weeks, I finally managed to get a morning free with my partner to go and get that well deserved Full English.. to leave completely disappointed.. the following week i decide that the terrible breakfast I had the week previous needed rectifying with a GOOD English breakfast and these guys did not disappoint!! Thank you so much for curbing my craving for a full English and the best bit was it only came to £13 for 2 coffees and 2 large breakfasts! ❤️ we will defo be coming here again! Everything was cooked to perfection 👌🏻 staff were polite and coffee was done to my exact tastes ❤️

Toast clearly burnt, bacon hard, egg yolk solid, hash brown over cooked, sausage ok and tinned tomatoes ok. Too much pre-prepping? whatever, poor breakfast.

Very pleasant staff and good service, had a piece of Toffee Apple Cake with my coffee, presented very attractively with stawberry, biscuit and chocolate sauce. Nice atmosphere, with mix of families, shoppers, older people and so on. Pictures on the wall regarding the Rugeley Poisoner, whose house this was in the 1850's, so an interesting if notorious bit of local history. Definitely recommended, hope to go back soon as the cooked breakfasts also looked very tempting!

Passing through Rugeley looking for a lunch stop. Came across Savannah's Tea Room by chance. Immaculate, exceptionally clean (and chairs and tables cleaned when customers leave). Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Good food. WiFi. Would definitely return if passing this way again. Support small businesses!

Savannah's is my "go to" place when in Rugeley. The food is excellent, the venue is spotless and the staff are polite and caring. From full breakfasts to teacakes and coffee I always enjoy my visits here!

Girls serving are excellent , happy chatty... and staff very nice. I would recommend anytime .. clean bright, and very friendly atmosphere..

Visited this tea room whilst walking the canals. Lovely welcome, good menu choice & friendly efficient staff. Venue clean with well spaced chairs/tables. Had the mega breakfast, well worth the money & kept me going for next 7 hours. Thank you.

We had a lovely lunch of sandwiches and cake, food was reasonably priced, staff were very friendly, cafe was well set out and very clean, would definitely go there again when next visiting Rugeley
