Ordered two of the same drink with different milks. They didn't come labeled so we had no idea which one was which.

Delivery women very good. However the hot chocolates I ordered did not have chocolate dust on them or caramel syrup we did not get what we paid for. Would help if the staff read the order correctly considering I go in there all the time! Very disappointed waist of money this time not happy

Much like any other Costa. Staff at this coffee shop helpful. Busy most of the time. Gluten free options of food very limited, if any! Plenty of parking nearby.

A busy Costa next to Tesco and B&M... loads of free parking and a few seats outside. Clean and well run, service with a smile! A good range of coffees and treats 👌

Friendly staff, quiet and lovely place. We have a problem with the internet and the phone does not work inside the coffee. . They don't have free internet

Went in this week at 17.30 and when the staff make you feel like you are a burden to them!! It's not a very welcoming atmosphere to be in!!! No hello, the team member grunted his words when he eventually spoke, no communication what soever, no customer service skills, I asked if they did BLC, which he said Yeh & on both orders he didn't apply it. The drinks were okay, food okay but again no communication, they were just left on the side for us to collect 2 Very miserable staff members and the place was very untidy a lot of mess everywhere, especially by the food prep area If I was a mystery shopper, it would have been a Big 0 I've used this costa in the past, would I return? Definitely not.

Noticed that when tables are cleaned lots of stuff is just wiped onto the floor! Staff polite, coffee was ok but experience let down by the way tables cleaned. I don’t like sitting drinking coffee in a cafe where litter and food is on the floor.

Great staff, seems to attract tedious toddlers (every single time!). Good coffee though!

These were all stone cold and the order was wrong everything we paid for was missing in regards to extras.

Never seems to be hardly any flavoured syrup in drink that we pay extra for and Original delivery said 15-30 mins, time kept updating eventually delivered about 50 mins after ordering. Just eat or Costas problem I’m not sure.

Went to collect a paid for Too Good To Go Bag and the boy had no idea why I was there and stated there was no surplus food. Although there was plenty to be seen. Costa, this app is about saving waste and helping the environment I had a completely wasted journey to your store today. These boys need training on how to work the app or you need to come off and allow other businesses to help prevent waste and help the environment

Terrible latte very foamy. After working for costa for 7 years i don’t believe this standard of drink is acceptable. We were delivered a mango bubble frappe without any mango bubbles and NO STRAW. Luckily i have some at home but its not good enough. I have pictures to prove this. The driver was lovely though on the plus side. But costa this is not acceptable.

As regular visitors to this store it seems to have gone down hill. And Holly the new woman gets orders wrong plus shes puffing and blowing when store gets busy not very professional. looks like going elsewhere We miss Julie she was fab very pleasant its not the same anymore.

Do not use, this restaurant had my order and was preparing it to be delivered at 13:55pm at 14:30 still no sign and still stated on the app that it was being prepared to be delivered at 13:55. Contacted just eat who are looking into it. The order now states delivered at 15:23 when it wasn’t. Phone lines are currently unavailable so unable to query at the restaurant. Appalling service.

I used to love this Costa but over the years the staff have changed and every time I give it another chance it always disappoints. The staff are disorganised and service is really slow. I couldn’t have bought food if I wanted as all of the cakes were mislabelled and I couldn’t guess by reading the labels. There was only one couple in front of me with two drinks however it took over ten minutes to be served and finally to receive my order.

Stood waiting 5-10 minutes before anyone served me and the staff came out laughing and being very rude Service was appalling Julie was rude and had a bad attitude with the way she spoke to myself and my family member was disrespectful don’t know how she has a job with her attitude

Great cost coffee a little hidden as it's around the side of the big Tesco so you have to look for it

I am now a frequent visitor. This coffee shop is lovely, well all costas are but the staff here are lovely and helpful. The staff will explain what they sell and offer alternatives if they haven't got what you want. There are regulars that go here and I can see why.

Walked out , staff happy to chat to each other and not a will be with you in a minute .. stood there for 4 minutes without a word only me waiting .. no idea about service..

15 minutes, to get 2 small coffees, from 4 members of staff.

Always a good experience and good coffee ... any issues which Is rare is delt with in a sufficient Manor. Lovely staff who are polite and helpful

Came in for a bacon roll and tea

3/4 staff on, yet no table service, when your order was ready, it got called out, even though, the shop was not busy. Food and drink was lovely as usual. We had to clean our table, before we could sit. Staff not that great. Pleasant, but. Didnt clean tables after taking cups rubbish away.

Julie served my food today and was extremely rude and standoffish. This was unprovoked by me or anyone else in the store. I have lodged a complaint in regarding her conduct. This is a shame as the other staff are consistently professional and polite.

Delivery driver was really nice n had a great way of delivering food, all in all food was great n the man was a legend

Ordered a hot egg, mushroom and spinach breakfast bap and got sent a cold egg and cress lunch sandwich. Not really what you want for breakfast

Good cup of coffee, but staff need some training in customer service skills. If you have a queue of customers waiting for drinks it may be worth calling out the orders so that customers know they can collect their drinks. Oh and it may be worth your staff not looking at you with surprise when a customer asks if their drink is ready after 10 minutes of waiting.

Didn’t get the caramel waffles! Drinks were good but no waffles, just a bay that empty :/

The perfect place to go to unwind or for your office party. An electric atmosphere but you're still able to grab a comfy seat and watch what's going on. Maybe even join in. Staff are great and work at lightening speed to serve everyone. Remember where there's a queue there's a great cafe.

A really nicely decorated space especially given it's not a big shop - there's a feature wall and the board behind the counter is well laid out. Staff are friendly too. The hot chocolate was only OK though - a little bitter and made with semi-skimmed. Not sure if it was worth the price. The food on offer is a selection of the usual Costa fare, and is quite pricey so we didn't partake. Will probably stick to one of independent cafes in future.

Awful ! No tea. Place is filty. Staff are blunt.

Had a large hot chocolate which wasn’t very hot, should have been called a lukewarm chocolate. Was really tasty though so can’t fault that. Both my mug & my brothers were chipped which I don’t think is acceptable. Service was slow. Non of the tables were clean & most of the walls had coffee spilt up them. At £8 for two coffees you expect the place to be not so shabby.

Worst costa ever. I had a vanilla latte, the boy with brown hair and glasses and spots made it with the wrong sauce, I took it back and He had to re make my drink and all he did was swear and grunt under his breath in front of many other customers, When he re made it it was all Froff. His customer skills and manners are atrocious, he really needs some training on his drinks. costa hednesford you should be ashamed of him working for you. It was a bit of a mess in the shop no staff knew what they was doing and all seemed so unhappy.

Not the cleanest today. Had to clear the table myself, then request for the table to be cleaned. Also unable to scan the app and use blue light card together here, whereas some costas do offer this.

We had two large latte's. Mine was fine and tasted of coffee. My partnes was milky and weak. I returned it and was promptly made another. It was worse than the first. It was really busy and I felt uncomfortable returning a second drink. Sorry Costa Hednesford but better coffee in the cafe upstairs that's cheaper too!.

I am really disappointed that I placed an order for 3 millionaires shortbread and I was only delivered 1. I mean I’m not sure how you can miss that to be honest and I’m really frustrated. It’s not like they’re cheap, especially as you are t always guaranteed a refund through these apps. How disappointing. 😔 otherwise lovely thank you. Impressed with the anti spill coffee cup design.

Left my order on a neighbours doorstep after spilling it everywhere. Not a problem with Costa; never had an issue with them before but the delivery service was awful.

Not the most dynamic staff. Avoid lunch times, unless you rather like queing.

Incredibly slow service. Definitely will go elsewhere in future as this is consistent everytime I come.

Regular Customer , drinks are always hot and staff are super friendly and welcoming ! If there has ever been a mistake usually when their busy so no fault of their own their only human at the end of day they quickly to apologise and make the drink quickly again.

Same problem as every Costa 2bh ... Great for coffee but the food range is appalling... always running out.. if you've ran out of most food by 1pm there's a problem!! This is a consistent problem at every costa I go too Hednesford orbital Lichfield... all as bad as eachother

Went for coffee and cake with a friend and was met with “in or out ! “ from the trainee .. quite rude and needs more training from his parents in manners before being let loose on the customers. We sat on a table in the corner and although a man came around and cleared the dirty cups, no one wiped or cleaned the table. With Covid 19 still around I carry antibacterial wipes and used one of those to wipe the table over . I was shocked on how much dirt came off on the wipe !!! When was the last time this place was cleaned !!! Certainly no deep clean has happened in the last few month it was filthy !! On a plus note the coffee and cake was lovely as always but for everyone’s sake CLEAN THE BL**DY PLACE !!! 😡

Went to costa in hednesford this morning, approached the front of the shop and put my mask on. I noticed no one was waiting outside so I went in and joined the queue after hand sanitising my hands. After waiting a couple of minutes a member of staff came up to me and started telling me off saying that there was a queue outside and told me that I can’t just jump queue and that I need to go outside and Abide by the ‘2 meter rule’ (which I was!). So I was marched outside where there was 1 person waiting I told the lady that when I arrived there was no one outside and that I did check but she continued to complain and then walked away. The guy waiting outside kindly said I could go before him as he had just arrived. When I was finally allowed to go back inside I joined the inside queue again and ordered my drink to go with a toastie to sit in. I waiting to the side after ordering and paying making sure to leave plenty of room. When my drink was ready with a small pot of milk it wasn’t on a tray so took the drink and pot of milk to my table and walked back to the waiting area for my toastie. (The next person was ordering so I was the only one waiting in that area at the time. I noticed up to 3 people can wait in that area) This is where the same lady who marched me outside approached me again and asked if I was okay. To which I replied ‘yes thank you I’m just waiting for my toastie’. I was then rudely told ‘go sit down I’ll bring it to you’. I found the lady very rude and disrespectful. The shop is only little so while being frogmarched out everyone was listening and looking which made me feel very uncomfortable.
