The best restaurants in Washwood Heath Birmingham West Midlands

I recently visited Brobuns for the first time and ordered the smash burger meal. My experience was a mixed bag. To start, I was told I had to pay an extra £1 for bottled drinks, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, my meal initially came without any sauce, forcing me to go back and request it- I ended up getting a tiny ketchup and mayo packet. The service was frustrating; the guy at the counter seemed very inexperienced and constantly had to consult with his boss, which slowed everything down and was quite annoying. As for the food, the smash burger was decent. It was a bit cold and dry, but still flavorful. The fries, however, were overly salty and detracted from the meal. Overall, Brobuns has potential. If they can improve their customer service, provide better options for sauces and drinks, and enhance the quality of their fries, they could become a solid fast food option.

Este es un establecimiento muy pequeño, sin embargo, el personal es muy acogedor y amable. La comida es siempre fresca y excelentes raciones. El precio también es muy bueno. Se lo recomendaremos a todos.

Ordered a white kinder bueno milkshake. Ready within minutes and deliciously sweet and tasty.

Incredibly kind Manager took the time to walk through the restaurant with me showing every item that was made to a vegan recipe. More than adequate options to have a substantial meal. He also candidly informed that at a buffet cross-contamination may be possible due to the nature of a buffet. Incredible kindness and customer service; thank you.

The chicken burgers are amazing let’s make that very clear I can’t lie even better than McDees in my opinion! However, I brought 3 chicken burgers, 3 chips & 3 drinks which would of cost less if they as workers and as a company told you as customers that it’s 5.49 if you were to buy the kids meal it may be a slight cheaper option for people as it was way over £25 when I could of saved myself some ££ this day and age everyone looks/wants a bargain however you should be vocal with your customers, tell them it’s cheaper this way but money really TALKS. Of course they won’t tell us to buy it as a kids meal they want the money but in this economy it’s crazy business. I would be a returning customer but I won’t be! 11 hours after eating this me and my husband got food poisoning.. that’s grim you know because how surely if it’s cooked proper we wouldn’t be bent over the toilets tryna calling 111 for help.. unless the cleaning of hands and general hygiene isn’t kept right? Either way.. That’s disgusting! £14 for two rice box meals just to get food poisoning must be some sort of secret ingredient because it didn’t state food poisoning will follow you eleven hours after. Ha.

Worst food ever and man serving is clueless.

Nice chargha and affordable as well. This place is good overall if you have a craving for authentic desi food.

My god ordered cod fish the guy said he would make it fresh if I didn't mind waiting nearly gagged at the smell of the fish don't know how long it had been there took it straight back to him did refund me but guaranteed food poisoning if I had ate it steer Wei clear.

I ordered a pizza it’s came after 2 hour and totally damaged, and they send the wrong drink as well, highly not recommend unless if someone wants to spoil his dinner

Å spoons is a spoons is a spoons. The food is wonderful, the staff polite and helpful (even when I asked for stuff that was on display but not set up on the system, they really tried)

First time food was really good

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place but once I have tried it I personally won’t recommend this to anyone the food they give is have some kind of wired smell and lamb chops was not well cooked 0 out of 10
