Bro Buns in Birmingham

I recently visited Brobuns for the first time and ordered the smash burger meal. My experience was a mixed bag. To start, I was told I had to pay an extra £1 for bottled drinks, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, my meal initially came without any sauce, forcing me to go back and request it- I ended up getting a tiny ketchup and mayo packet. The service was frustrating; the guy at the counter seemed very inexperienced and constantly had to consult with his boss, which slowed everything down and was quite annoying. As for the food, the smash burger was decent. It was a bit cold and dry, but still flavorful. The fries, however, were overly salty and detracted from the meal. Overall, Brobuns has potential. If they can improve their customer service, provide better options for sauces and drinks, and enhance the quality of their fries, they could become a solid fast food option.

The worst place I’ve ever ordered from! Food was 45 minutes late, freezing cold and 3 items missing. I rang up to get it sorted just to be told I was lying and the food was all there, he also said he tried to deliver but I wasn’t there, when I was! Don’t order from this place the staff are rude, you don’t get what you order and the food is seriously below average

Cold food Poor customer service ordered a naga meal got 3 strips of cold chicken and a drink no chips . Out if 5 meals 1 drink and 2 chips were missing . Driver said he tried too deliver food even though we were waiting g food turned up 20 mins after that time .

No updates rubbish services driver don’t even knw where his going phone lines not clear he rings to say come out after 5 mins he says it was a mistake his got the wrong order and it’s taken another 20 mins after that

That mocktal strawberry, kiwi and raspberry is really nice 👌 deffo a summer drink and cookie dough cold but was nice 😊

There was a problem with the delivery, but that got sorted out in the end and the shop showed impeccable customer service skills. The delivery driver was lovely and polite and the food was delicious. All the food was amazing, but the cookie dough and donuts were made to perfection. I will be definitely ordering from here again.

One item ordered was out of stock - restaurant called to apologise immediately and happy to replace with something else. Friendly staff, delivery on time, good portion size, food was hot on delivery despite over 20 min drive and great flavour all around.

First time ordering from bro buns and it wasnt a disappointment! I was hungry and ordered a combo meal. It was a really good filling meal for £19. Wings were tasty, burger was yummy, donner was great! So was the milkshake. Great portion sizes, cant complain!

Order white bueno shake didn’t taste right they added some dark chocolate syrup at the bottom so I think they gave me the wrong shake Order cheese burger they gave me a smash burger with some next sauce which was spicy not great for a kid Wouldn’t recommend

1st time ordering from this place and i would defo order again from here. Food was great. Ordered the box meal and would say that it is one of the best meals I've had in a while

I came to BroBuns recently and ordered the naga burger with signature fries, the naga burger was spectacular, the flavour cannot be described. If you’re a person who likes spice this is the one for you (the flavour is not overthrown my the spice in anyway). The signature fries were on a different level. The cheese and the sauce they use is nothing ordinary. The milkcake had to be the best thing to finish my meal. It was not too sweet and not drenched in milk like most places. The staff were super polite and helpful when it came to recommendations.

The smash burger tasted more burnt then I expected + smaller too for the price of the meal, the milkcake portion was also way smaller than expected. The chicken loaded fries was perfect though

WHATTTT! How can the food be so good and a milkshake be such a big disappointment. I brought it milkshakes and Yano what I’d rather just get vanilla ice cream let it melt in the sun then add random chocolate bits into it. Major let down 👊

Unbelievable! Hidden Gem. The honey BBQ chicken burger something special. Friendly service went through Uber eats quick service along with nice Uber delivery guy. Defo would recommend. Allah put barqah in this restaurante!

Loved the spicy naga chicken dipper burger. So juicy and spicy, definitely recommend! The donner and fries were amazing too and the milkshakes were very tasty! Would recommend 100%

This genuinely has to be the worst takeaway ever ordered. I’m lost for words. There was so much grease everywhere. The burger was falling apart and the cardboard box was soaked in grease. The strawberry waffle had about three strawberries and was drenched in chocolate and was also greasy ! The bottom of the box was soaking up the butter/oil. I’ve never seen a waffle greasy. Didn’t even think that was possible . I have no idea how the business is even operating but given all the buy one get one free offers on the Uber eats site (which we used), it probably is struggling.

Very bland and completely over priced. £13.99 for a smaller burger than kfc! £43 for two loaded fries and two burgers

The food if you can call it that is the most repulsive I’ve ever tried. I can normally eat anything but one bite of this and I had to through it away. Avoid this place like the plague !!!

The food was so amazing!! The portion size for the price is a bargain! Friendly staff even went across the road to get drink as I'm diabetic can't do sugary drinks so they went and got me Pepsi Max can I asked for. Was okay but smash burger wasn't the best I've ever had was bland with sauce to give it flavour the fries were soggy would recommend putting salt on fries also the donner and naan was average nothing special hopefully can get even better as its a new shop.

Ordered: 1x Smash Burger 1x Chicken Dipper Burger (Naga Flavour) 1x Bro Buns Special Doner Meal Packaging for the food items was very professional quite suitable for the ordered items to be in. Cutlery, extra sauces (Algeriénne, mild chilli and mild curry) and napkins were provided which is great as some restaurants don't supply them or they charge extra. Smash Burger £6.49: 2x 2oz Smashed Beef Patties served in a soft brioche bun with special sauce, american cheese and salad (lettuce and tomatoes). On the first bite you can taste the juicy and tender beef cooked to perfection, the beef wasn't too chewy. The brioche bun was very fluffy and soft which tasted great. The salad in the burger was fresh and added a slight crunch contrary to the softness of the pattie and bread. The special sauce was tasty and the right amount was added. Great flavour and condiment control all around, all together everything tasted amazing and fresh. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Chicken dipper burger £8.00: Fried chicken fillet served in a brioche bun with special sauce and salad (lettuce and tomatoes). The chicken was cooked well just like the beef patties in the smash burger, no chewy bits or overcooked hard bits just cooked really well. I ordered the naga flavour which tasted great, the flavour wasn't overpowering as you could taste the chicken and the naga together instead of one or the other. The burger bun was soft and very fluffy and complimented the crispiness of the chicken fillet jacket and salad well. The burger sauce distribution was good too, you can taste the burger sauce separately from the naga sauce from the chicken. For this item, great flavour and condiment control all around, all together everything tasted amazing and fresh. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bros Buns Special Doner £8.99: Chopped and grilled doner mixed together with onions, fries, special sauce and finally topped with salad and served with a drink of choice. The portion for this is large but for the price is reasonable. The doner was thinly sliced and cooked well, no burnt or overly chewy pieces, although quite greasy but that gets overshadowed by the taste of the special sauce which was quite tangy and went well with the rest of the ingredients in general. The fries was were soggy but reasonably so and they were mixed with the sauce and doner so had no crunch but still tasted good. The onions were crunchy and mixed in well but in my opinion they were undercooked a little. Yet again great flavour and condiment control all around for this food item, all together everything tasted good and fresh. Quite greasy though so order accordingly. 🌟🌟🌟🌟½ Overall the food quality was consistently good for all the food items. The packaging of the food, the cutlery and the condiments were a suitable yet considerate choice. In my opinion the quality of the food is very good but it's just about worth the price you pay for it especially given the rise of consumer good although for some it will be too expensive but in my opinion if you're looking for good quality, tasty fast food it's definitely worth a try despite the price. This is a new shop & the burger meal is tasty. There's many varieties of flavours at this place. The staff here are amazing. This place is halal too. I would recommend to family & friends. I will order from this place again.

The food was exceptionally nice especially the Chicken Dipper Burger (mango and hot flavour). The portion was really good size and they provided extra cutlery’s, sauces and napkins. Will definitely be ordering again!
