Lahore Grilled Chicken & Pizza in Birmingham

I ordered a pizza it’s came after 2 hour and totally damaged, and they send the wrong drink as well, highly not recommend unless if someone wants to spoil his dinner

Staff is clueless, dirty tables, no one comes to take order, cold food, microwaved .

Only outlet which is upto the mark in town

I normally stop on my way home from Birmingham, located on the extremely busy Alum Road as someone who is not local, I get served quickly and buy a wide range of curries which I ask not be heated in case I wish to take them home to freeze or re- heat longer than they would on the premises. In terms of quantity for money you can't beat it compared to London. In terms of quality, I accept that it's local and normal only eat the kababs straight away anything else reheat to your own satisfaction. I have never tried the pizza's but seem popular seeing the numbers made. Staff have always been happy to explain the different dishes on display in the cabinet if not local.

Everything is perfect. Food quality, Food prices and awesome customer service.

I usually order from here and love the pizza. I ordered two extra large pizzas today and it was dough. See pictures, the young guy that is leftie was the one that made it and I threw 60% of the pizza.

Pizzas decent but one item not to get is the masala cod in naan. The fish is the size of a fish finger. You will be disappointed for the price you pay and value for money.

Bit over priced for my liking and the quality is quite standard.

Ordered food over an hour ago and nothing was delivered. Delivery driver is beyond rude and stupid. Avoid at all cost!

This restaurants food especially chicken curry is better than big food chains. Pizza is also good I believe if I go to collect I will get even better pizza. You must try their boneless chicken curry either with naan or roti I never went in to eat and I don’t know how it’s chicken pakoras or onion bhajis are not good chaat is alright but if you are curry lover then yes good to try. Fast food is not that brilliant

I ordered pizza as always and chicken fillet burger food was warm and fresh fries were just a bit disappointing BUT they were still warm if eat in the service is just alright I walked in once was not a good experience.

It’s dirty, toilets smell I went around 2 and the toilets are dirty spider webs everywhere workers are putting cheese salad and everything with their hands not hygiene at all surprised there not shut down..

I went for lunch with my family and was treated badly. Only because we didn't order their most expensive meals, they decided to give out my kid's meal extremely late. Truly appalling🤢🤢

Fasting has come around and whilst working away from home it's difficult to find decent home style cooked food. This place was very welcoming and looked after all the customers at fasting opening period with dates and fruit (complimentary) then served freshly grilled food such as their tasty lamb chops and seekh kebabs etc. I was extremely pleased as I'd taken a chance by asking a local guy where I should go! Will definitely return here upon my next visit to Birmingham

Ive been coming here for around 2 years and I have never had a problem with anything such as food or anything. Infact the taste is incredibly beautiful and amazing on each food with just the right texture and flavour. Really good place and i really recommend it if you are thinking about it

The only thing I would recommend is seekh kabab on naan as that was freshly prepared and tasted good apart from that... Shami burger is a total lie....an old kabab of daal would be placed in a dry bun.... Katlama not fresh at all... had to leave half of the food as it wasn't edible at all...

If you intend to use card to pay for your food here , they have all the card machines they even take American express but there machine is never working ??????? Get your card machine working your not in third world country. Fix up Mr Lahore. Don't tell me cash machine down the road.

The worst take away ever non of the food is fresh they ain't got the time to make fresh food everyday food hygiene is fake even the prices are stupidly high £9.99 for a small pizza meal n even if u wanted it delivered it has to be minimum order of £14 thinking they are in city centre

Fresh food, little bit stingy with portion sizes

I had a terrible pizza experience at this place. The crust was soggy, the toppings were scant, and the cheese tasted like plastic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and taste buds, and find a better pizza joint. Pizza Dough was totally uncooked and raw.

What can I say? It's one of many fast-food places along Alum Rock Road selling the same food. Anything spectacular? No. The interior needs a complete revamp; it is past its sell by date. Recommended? Not really.

Ordered online from here. Got 2x pizza meals. Deal 1, small pizza, fries and a drink. The pizza was not small it was more of a medium which is even better for the money, a good portion of fries too and very generous with the dips. Pizzas were the Extra Vaganza which was nice, good amount of topping, crust wasn’t the best. The other pizza was the Vegatarian Variation which wasn’t the greatest but edible, I won’t order that again but I’m not saying it was terrible. The fries were nice, not too soggy or crispy which was fine. The dips were really tasty. Very quick delivery, everything was fresh and hot.

They missed my drink out called the restaurant they said they will need to check CCTV cameras just for can of coke and they never had the decency to call me back to inform me what’s going on infact I had to call them to find out to be told driver will come to give drink still waiting rang up again to find out what’s going on it’s not a matter of crying of split milk it don’t matter if it’s a pound or to it’s a matter of principle

Lahore amazing food inside and out, however the little stall they also do at the front of the store is a must try!! The egg burger is very fresh and also the samosa chaat definitely the best around Birmingham, they do many more and even sugar cane juice which is good price and very good taste

Order x large pizza cheese crust from them first time in Ramadan, and the pizza was cold and nasty pizza no taste less chili sauce in tub not even there and not even cheese crust made properly, worst pizzas makers Lahore pizza never order from them again.

First of all clearly someone couldnt read my notes - couldnt follow order instructions when i asked for chilli and salad on my food. Further more paid £8 for fish in naan only to get the smallest cheapest piece of cod fish they had - i feel like i just got scammed. My pizza was very over cooked as you can see the crust is looking almost like a brownie. Rang the shop to speak to someone who could barley speak a word of english. Just really disappointing when you spend this amount of money to get btec food.

Worst pizza ever! Absolutely revolting. Completely regret getting it delivered and paying cash. £14 straight down the drain. Smelt incredibly meaty like a raw meat shop; so much so that the whole house smelt. Physically made me vomit. Never again.

Brought vegetarian curry dish (lassi saag) and found a snail shell in the food! I’m distraught and in shock how these people can work in a environment where people trust them to bring food from them!

To be honest I want to give this place 0 stars but unfortunately google permits me to give it a 1 star rating. My family who live nearby have ordered from this ' restaurant' over many occasions and they always get the food wrong. There is almost certainly a burger missing, no sauces or no salad. We have had to on multiple occasions ring the restaurant back to ask for missing items to be redilivered. Proper cowboy outfit.

This is a review from my experiences of collection orders only. I think its unfair people to review their just East orders on here, there is an app for that . Your bog standard pizzas here, nothing really good, nothing really bad. Kebabs. This place could also have the best donner kebabs and chicken kebabs on alum rock Road but for a few reasons. The main reason is not slicing the meat fresh off the machine fresh to order. Kebab pot warmers are a massive mistake in the industry, the meat is steamed causing a lot of flavour loss to the meat, which also dries out. The chicken kebab here is probably the best on Alum Rock but yet again, let down by being served out of a warming pot onto a flatop grill and then over grilled causing the meat to go dry and hard. They are now letting the kebab meat go cold in the pots and not even keeping it warm... Resulting in horrible donner meat. SLICE YOUR KEBAB MEAT TO ORDER! - IT TASTE SO MUCH BETTER! The chicken sheesh here is on point, very good kebabs, sometimes can be overcooked but mostly always good. Southern fried chicken isn't great and it is heated up in the microwave which ruins it straight away!, heat lamps only please. Very average food, a tad overpriced... Not great food. But not bad..

I don't usually write reviews but customer service was absolutely poor! A customer made a complaint because his food had hair in it and then the waiter just started being rude to the customer and swearing at him. I can't believe I gave money to a business where the workers have no respect for their customers. I initially Brought a mix grill which was £25 but it was so small, not worth the price and didn't look appetising at all, so I asked for it to go. I came all the way from London and just by seeing the waiter being rude to another customer put me off.

Cockroach and hair in my food FOR THE SECONE TIME. Almost vomited. Eeeeh! How is this place still running? I'd highly recommend if you like cockroach topped cheese burgers and fries with hair. Nasty people.

Food caused an upset stomach, possibly down to poor food preparation. Not sure if the food is fresh. Please cook and prepare meat, vegetables etc according to the food and health standards. Sometimes it's better to pay more elsewhere to get good quality food that's been prepared well.

This hidden gem was an accidentle find whilst we were walking round Alamrock Road. The outside of the premises had a street vendor operating there selling Chaats and the armour coming from the charcoal grill behind the vendor, inside the shop was so nice that we decided to give this a go as it had the feel of an authentic street food type place and we were not disappointed! The seating areas were at the back and the food prep area were at the front which meant that the customers were shielded fro the hustle and bustle on the busy street outside. We ordered a pizza for the kids, shami kebab, samosa chaat and then 1/2 kg lamb karai which came with 4 rotis and a huge plate of halva. We also got 5 drinks to accompany the meals. The food was served in no time except the curry which took a bit longer. I was impressed with the potion size of all the food. The large pizza was just fine, certainly value for money at £5. The chips were fresh and crispy and cooked well, just how we like them. The samosa chaat was OK and just lacked that bit of panache which would have given it the wow factor but as it happens it was OK and perfectly edible. I was impressed with the lamb kharai which was served on the bone and packed a lot of flavour in there. The portion size was reasonable and the rotis were authentic. The food was accompanied by fresh salad and chutney which was a nice touch given that it was almost a fast and furious service. The halva .... that was just amazing and hit the spot! Overall the food offered a real taste of authentic dining which was offered in similar environments to those we would likely experience in a budget dinner back home which was served by honest hard working staff. The total cost of the mean came to £35.60 for 5 of us which I thought was a bargain. I'd recommend this place if your happy to enjoy it for what it is and give food the overaching importance over everything else.

Tried for the first time as i was traveling from Walsall so needed quick munch. Chicken sheekh kebabs were not properly cooked and i could smell meat. Cod fish is just plain. Masala needs to be improved. Guy on the counter needs to be trained as we are in 2021. Old school rough style/ Non cooperative behaviour no longer works. If you are claiming to be Lahore Grilled, then do offer authentic Lahori style food too.

A perfect hotspot in Alum Rock to grab a bite. The workers here are so kind. The salad was freshly cut and the food was very well cooked. This particularly Lahore is soo much better than all the other Lahores on Alum Rock Road. This store is reasonably price and the food portions are quite decent. Would definitely recommend if nearby to visit.

So firstly my food came on time butttt the food was cold,And we asked for the kebab in a naan bread then when we rang the shop they was very argumentative as in shouting down the phone!The fish burger was so over cooked it wasn’t edible for my son,The chips was dry and the kebab meat was full of hard fat bits not to mention how over priced it is for such low standards!!!!THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!! NONE EAT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Avoid at all costs. Placed an order through Just Eat, order was wrong so received a refund from Just Eat, only to called by the restaurant owner on their PERSONAL MOBILE and threatened that if I didn't give them the money back there would be trouble. Just Eat have issued an apology on their behalf which is attached confirming that this event took place.

Found small pieces of glass in the the pizza had it replaced, but then we had a pizza full of bones unbelievable one after the other.

Always my place to go to when I'm craving some food, southern fried chicken, donner, pizza, curry's you name it and they have it.

Literally just walked out very disappointed which is in fact a under statement it was horrible spending almost 20 worst food and stale biryani and sheesh kebab meat stank so bad I was about to vomit and wings were watery inside and red blood. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Poor customer service too. Freshy workers don't understand a word. Waste of money. They tried to pass of days old food to us and there are 2 lahores but this particular one is located to the right side as you enter alum rock Road, the one on the left is pretty decent as I've been der many times especially for there lamb chops and grilled peri peri chicken, so no sure if it's the same owner. This one has a green logo and it's in the same line as Al halal supermarket the last shop as you enter alum rock Road. Totally disappointed. I didn't even bother to kick up a fuss literally left everything there and walked off having not eaten hardly anything.

They open until 4 or 5 in the morning like a few other places on alum rock rd ignore the list at the top. This place is better than the other late night places, but that's not saying much, does the job as long as you have an iron stomach...the guys are all "freshies" apart from the young one, so obviously they don't know a damn thing about hygiene, or even care

The most sickening place I visited ever. No doubt food is good. The hygiene is disgusting had a guy coughing on my food which made me unwell for up to a week.

Ordered whole chicken was disappointed, it was rubbery and dry. Told the owners didn't seem bothered so I won't be going there again
