BRRGRR® CO Handmade Burgers in Birmingham

Absolute worse experience. Ordered through uber eats at about 10 pm said my order will be delivered around 10:30. Never received the order and their phone number also doesn’t work.

I order the food in uber eats. I order loaded box and Chicken bites but they give me chicken nuggets and the loaded box are very worst. the taste is very bad and chicken fully burned. worst restaurant ever.

I ordered food from just eat, they delay the order and mark it delivered when it's not. I am not able to call or contact the restaurant. This is not acceptable for a restaurant.

Doesn’t even deserve even 1 star ordered food worth about £40 from uber eats didn’t even turn up SCAMMERS PEOPLE BEWARE kept saying order delayed didn’t even turn up never use this place !!!!

I ordered food through uber eats which said it will be arrived in an hour but it took more than two hours. I tried to call them more than 20 times but the restaurant shut down their phone. I ordered chicken burger, chicken wings and coke. Chicken burger highly dissatisfied me. And the chicken wings was a bit satisfied and i didn't received my coke.And the last one disappointing thing was the driver said that there was a traffic at midnight🙄

The food and staff are great the only issue is driving to the location just going here you will end up getting so many fines through your letter box as this place involves turning through bus lane.. please avoid bridge street and walk it to here otherwise it’s fab

Avoid avoid avoid , totally unprofessional, deceptive, cold soggy food , came very very late, cold, soggy and inedible, no customer service phone just rings but no answer. food arrived over 1 hour late of the original time they gave and the excuse they used was " too much traffic" I live 3 minutes away!!. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Worst place to order from THEY ARE A SCAM. I placed an order via Uber eats they were running some offers going on buy 1 get 1 on food I placed my order for over £30 and as soon as my order was placed the restaurant shut down their phone service I was never able to contact them I waited for over 1 hr but nothing at the end the order never came. Don't fall for their scam.

No point of ordering delivery from this restaurant cuz it never delivers its food and doesn’t even pick up calls when you want to know where your food is at

I placed an order which said it will be ready in a hour,it had been over a hour,my food didn’t arrive.i tried calling the store more than 20 times and there was no answer. Absolutely waste of time if you’re hungry and expecting a fast delivery. Why have a landline if your not going to answer it.simple courtesy would be to answer and say your busy or ask to return the call,Not ignore the calls. We also didn’t receive the food and fell asleep .

It showing it’s close 5 o clock in the morning got a delivery from this shop then didn’t anyone and found shop closed , bastered

Best affordable and delicious burger here at Brgrr. Been daily customer here at burger feels so greatful finding that the staffs do have great hospitality treament to the guest. Do visit brgrr and comment down your thoughts.

i ordered via uber eats and i ordered loaded chicken fries. tell me why it was a box of plain fries w a bit of cheese sauce and it was salty. the chicken burger was dry and overcooked.

I went the place brrgrr Soho road last night ,the atmosphere, food , positive vibes , customer service by cute girl Ritika everything was amazing and must try their spicy naga burger highly recommended .

Sorry but not cause im not happy with this place, staff have a far right attitude problem, the negativity they splur out is disgusting, u tell then to get the order right yet they mess up and dont want to admit that they r wrong and delivery driver that delivered my food had no sense at all. Tell me who bangs the door down instead of knocking like is he that def who in the hell bangs down someone's door late into the night instead of knocking on normally like normal ppl do .

I attend here every week. I would highly recommend this food. The staff are really friendly and approachable. The service, food and pricing is amazing. It’s a go to.

The order was delayed for more than 50 min and it was long wait for about 1h 30min , the burger was nice but the chicken cheese and fries were the worst thing ive ever tasted . The milkshake is so sweet and doesn’t even like a milkshake, the worker was also lying when i asked where my order was as in the app was showing arrived but it was not in front of my door saying there is traffic at 1 am😂🤣

Over charged me and had to ask 3 times for the receipt.. food was cold... the chicken wings had blood still in the middle of them.. would never go there again..

Waste of space..tried to charge me over £12 for fries and burger when challenged it was £9 and change. Also wanted grilled burger instead got a fried burger that had been micro waved heated must have been sitting around for a while , cold fries. Bad customer service terrible communication ,not focused at all . This shop will be closing soon.

Good Ramadhan Box and the smash burger is nice. Although portions are small for the price and the loaded fries had a sprinkle of mince not much at all

One of the worst food I’ve ever had! My children were ill for a week from food poisoning! They found a massive bone in their chicken wrap which my 4 year old nearly choked on. I found hair in my not so grilled tots and customer service was appalling! Waited 1.5 hours for frozen beef pattys! Spoke to the manager Zain who couldn’t string a sentence together to why my food was taking so long. I would never come back to this takeaway as the staff had no communication skills and did I forget to mention the bun was stale and hair was found on my apparently Oreo milkshake which tasted like gone off milk. 0/10

Will not be coming here again it was like they rationed on their food ordered a messy fries which should have beef and fries but there was probably the odd few peices of beef and it was burnt

‘Sid’ just scammed us! Ordered buy one get one free on Uber eats, he called to tell us he’s not honouring the deal online and if he does he’ll be fired. Worst possible customer service why are we being guilt tripped by security of a employee job when we ordered because it was buy one get one free and now they won’t honour it nor will they allow us to cancel In any capacity. This is ridiculous, how dare they not let us cancel a order

Sid has been a pleasure to have as a host, he is very polite and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and food quality. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere with good music taste. The food is soooooo good too but what has stole my heart are the mocktails.

I called before I placed an order on Uber eats to confirm if they are still accepting orders, I was told yes so I went ahead and placed an order all for the restaurant to close 10 minutes after. So I had my order cancelled but why would you say you are accepting orders if you are not?

My first time coming here the service was phenomenal I was served by SID great guy, you don’t get service like this nowadays in an Asian place so thank you for that….. The food was great just a small suggestion next time please make the fries crispy it would taste much better but everything else was perfect..
