Caspian Pizza in Birmingham

Absolutely lovely pizza! And the fries were just perfect. Still crispy when I got them home. Family l9ved the food.

Well I paid extra for pineapple topping but I hardly find any … atleast justify toppings for d amount being charged dude 😤

All was awesome like Pizza, Salad and Mostly environment.👍

Order was wrong. Orders 2x large and gave me small.

Portions and toppings for pizza were abysmal. Food was cold and the wrong size pizza was sent, won't be ordering again.

Every time I order, they always change the time. I have been waiting for nearly two hours now. The app says it has been delivered and it has not. This is the last time. Terrible delivery times

The food was very disappointing, small scraps of doner meat and dry chicken pieces. The chicken wings were also dry, will not order from them again, surprised it had 4 stars.

Great pizzas been coming for years ask for the special burger.

If I could give it no stars I would. My god, it was so dreadful. Ordered through Uber eats and it was absolutely swimming in grease to the point my burger bun disintegrated when I tried to pick it up and it was stone cold.... The cheese fries had only a couple of sprigs of grated cheese and had melted the box so box had a giant hole in it and fries poking all out. Definitely do not recommend food went into bin

Friendly guys, always a smile from these gentlemen. Never ever had a bad pizza. Local to me and a life saver for them nights i don’t want to cook. These uncles work very hard and even with the cost of living, the food is still a very reasonable price

Im very fussy when it comes to pizza ! Caspian pizza is always delicious , the staff are always welcoming and friendly on the phone as we order online . fast delivery very fresh and delivered with a smile , i wont go anywhere else for pizza Caspian every time :)

Disgusting food, they even poked my fish burger and could see the finger poke in my burger. Young gangster wanna be kids lots of swearing serving staff including standing outside with parked cars, never again will I be going near this shop ever again

Good Quality is Worst, badly smelling

Can be decent at times but other times very disappointing, received food late, over 90 minutes after order was placed. Pizza was poorly cut, base was cardboard like after not too long and no one enjoyed.

Great pizza, even better fries.

I would avoid, place looks tired and food ingredients when I got home didn't taste the freshest. Only went in because it says Caspian's outside and although close in taste to many other Caspian franchises, this one was clearly different....in a bad way.

It was my first time here and its HALAL. I tried tandori chicken and Bombay bad boys pizza, both were delicious. Very good taste, very good form and well cooked. Because of long que its take bit time. I think other items in the Takeaway will be good as well. Staff behaviour was good very friendly and cooperative. It's ££. Do have the parking st the front and road is bit quite as well. I will go there again if have a chance. I strongly recommend to those who like to have quality pizza. Only thing need to be improve is communication skills, for staff who dealing with public over the phone.

Food is great can't knock it but tonight dinner came one chips not in order. when phoned them up they made out that I ordered one not 2. I do not care about a bag of chips but I paid for it they put phoned down. no apologies at all so rude not going to that one again

Extremely rude staff. Customer service .. What is that? Placed an order Pizza £5.99 + Free Delivery. I confirmed 2 times with the staff member will it be delivered free of cost or is there a fee. He clearly said FREE Delivery total £5.99 as you’re in our free 3 miles radius. Delivery driver turns up asking for £10. I contacted the branch again to confirm the price and he suddenly says no the pizza is £8.99 plus £1 Delivery and mentioned that I should know that you can’t get a pizza for £5.99 anywhere? Learn some customer service from your competitors, try ringing them and you’ll notice the difference yourself .( dominos / Pizza Hut / Broadway Pizza / Apna Pizza ) I’ll never order from You again. You must be thinking why I ordered from Caspian Pizza is because they were the nearest one.

Best branch in Birmingham hands down, the customer service is unbeatable staff are welcoming & friendly very pleasant atmosphere. The food is to die for always cooked to perfection no complaints, only place I ever buy my pizzas from. They really put love & care in whilst making the food no wonder it tastes so delicious. The prices are reasonable for the quality & quantity of the food worth every penny. Highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed :)

Used to be good but not anymore

Well placed an order on there website for delivery, it says they’re open, the order gets accepted and money gets withdrawn. The time goes on and on till an hour and 20 minutes have gone by, ring them several times and get no answer. Drive down to there to discover the shutters aren’t even open. Use these all the time but have to say I’m really disappointed.

Very rude staff there is a girl she is very very rude she doesn't know even how to talk to customers.

Takes ages for staff to answer the phone, even if you do manage to order over the phone orders are never ready when you go to pick it up. Really bad service, shame cus the food is nice

There is rats in there and outside and smoke drugs while on duty + rubbish always on floor outside and bin lids are no always shutting hense rats it's not clean it's needing environmental health because there is so many issues and on just eat there under so many names because business is bad !!

Average pizza at an above average price

Very disappointed with the attitude that was shown towards me and my partner as I walked in . It says in the door no smoking not no gays 😂 looks like they had a new customer waiting around 🖕😂

After a very busy day and not feeling like cooking we stopped off here to get Pizza. The outlet was quite grubby and I almost turned and walked out but one of the lads spoke to me. Very polite and courteous. So we ordered our pizzas. The guy preparing the pizza put them in the oven then walked out the front door to have a smoke. Then he walked back in to finish off our pizza. I know he didn’t touch out pizzas but I didn’t like the idea of him just finishing a cigarette and then preparing our food. Again I wanted to walk out but didn’t. We did enjoy the pizzas but it’s not a place I’d think about returning to. Sorry lads.

just found some meat in a veggie burger spoke to manager who said he will come to mine with a new burger and no point making it public as people will always be hungary and continue to use the shop

I love Caspian's and despite this branch being around the corner from me i choose to go 5miles to another branch.. The Food is disgusting! Hygiene is another Issue and the staff apart from the owner seem high as hell and rude as ever…

Pizza made us ill, despite leaving most of it as it didnt taste right and was very greasy. Visit the place before ordering and you'll know whym

Vile !! Please consider somewhere else this place is disgusting I've actually logged a hygiene complaint .. staff need to change clothes as they were covered in old food stains uuurrrrrgggghhh ...lesson learnt

Atrocious service. Guy behind counter is asleep. Messed up my order and couldn't even be bothered to apologise. Won't be going again at all and wouldn't recommend it at all.

Always good pizza at reasonable prices

Really disappointed..ordered a large margarita pizza some fries and chicken..pizza was way too cheesy and when delivered they put the sauce pot in the box which dropped onto the pizza..and the kids couldn't eat it due to the spice of the sauce..not only that fries where burnt to a crisp as well as the chicken..went straight into the bin..should have just thrown my money into the bin ..
