Great Wall House in Birmingham

Service is always quick and food piping hot . Depending how much you spend you always get freebies. We spent £30 and got prawn crackers spring rolls and a bottle of pop and this time with it been new year a box of celebrations as well. Thank you Great Wall !

Not too bad but for some unknown reason they don’t accept card payments just cash only. Strange as during the pandemic vast majority of places insisted or preferred card payments only. Unsure why this restaurant has an exception

Absolutely awful, stale chips and spring rolls, watery chowmein with Absolutely no flavor and burnt meat, what tasted like last weeks egg fried rice plus rude woman on the phone. threw straight in the bin AVOID!!!

Don’t order early as you will end up with last nights warm ups, I had spare ribs and prawn toast as a starter both were like bullets and dried out , the mains were not so different, chicken chow mien and mushroom rice, the saving grace was the Cantonese style sweet and sour chicken which was nice, disappointed overall.

Never had a bad meal in the years I’ve been having take a ways highly recommend

Would just like to say that when great wall reopened the food was fantastic large spring roll was crispy no grease or over oiled ordered food tonight an bam its all straight back to too much oil in the currys spring rolls (everything even the chips tasted like some kind of sea food ) thank god no one in my household is allergic to seafood i wont be ordering from here again!!!

Best Chinese take away in the local area.

Used to be nice food from here. Not any more. Always cold on delivery, food seems warmed up from day before. Never fresh. Curry is watered down. No wonder they give you free prawn crackers to. Sweeten you up and even them taste stale. So if you want to enjoy a meal. Go else where. Oh and they charge for delivery even tho they within distsnce

Telephoned to place my order and was told 10-15 minutes. Was pleasantly surprised that my order was awaiting me upon my arrival. Because my order was large I recieved free prawn crackers, free spring rolls and a free bottle of pop. The food was good too. I would have given 5 stars, but my Singapore noodles were'nt spicy enough. Certainly worth 4 and a half!! I certainly recomend this place and am considering driving past my local to return to Great Wall House.

Amazing prices and great communication between you and them they have great variation to food and I like it compared to other places around the area
