The best restaurants in Nechells Birmingham West Midlands

Looked like a nice restaurant, but the staff member I came across was very rude and essentially ignored my existence. So I left. Would not recommend.

I order 2 extra large pizza quality is good in a reasonable price served in right time.customer service is goog

Pizza was burned, base was disgusting and it just tasted like tasteless dough it was honestly disgusting and the best part was the cans were cold

Over priced and small portions, Menu does not clearly state sizes and their "regular" is a small by any other UK standard. Not a terrible pizza but the juice is not worth the squeeze.

Been waiting over 1.5 hours for food to arrive! Do expect people to eat past midnight Tacobell? There’s no update on food arrival time. At this rate it looks like we paid for next day delivery on our order, not the 30 mins delivery that was advertised. For the price charged you would be expecting a better service. Would never have again 👎

Please don’t waste your money and time at the Weatherspoons NEC Birmingham. I paid over £30 for tuna ciabatta and burger and it was a load of crap.Took over 30 minutes and had to complain due to lack of tuna.It was replaced with a ciabatta with two slices of tomato only on one side.The burger was cold and staff totally clueless,never again,ruined my day at the caravan show.

Dont bother with this place. Customer service is rubbish!! We waited half an hour for 3 meals and milkshakes. After half an hour they finally called my number but without actually checking they gave my food to another customer! When the server realised her mistake, she brought the food tray back up and tried to pass it to me like nothing had happened. They wanted me to take food that someone else could have touched without replacing so I refused and asked for a refund. When I complained to customer service, they told me that a replacement was offered to me. NO it was not- the server assured me food wasnt touched and wanted me to take that one. Milkshakes had been drunk by other customers too whom then realised it was the wrong order. Same thing happened to someone else I know. So clearly this is a common problem at archies. Customer service is absolutely rubbish and the wait for food is not worth it. I wouldnt even bother visiting.

Visited this place for lunch when in Birmingham. The menu is very limited but that's no problem. There is enough to choose from. We ordered 1 x chicken with jasmine rice 1 x chicken noodles. Both meals were very tasty. The beer is very expensive £4.50 for q small bottle. We were served by a jolly young man who gave excellent friendly service. Overall a decent place to eat but don't expect lots of choice.

One pizza was fine chicken wings fine no hot sauce. Other pizza was disgraceful tasted odd. Took back refused to give another pizza or refund. Refused to take it back.

Bastante pobre Papas fritas sucias, poco cocinadas, probablemente congeladas y una hamburguesa insípida para 13. Buena camarera, pero incluso después de no comer todo el día, podría soportar terminarlo.

The couple that run the place are so nice the food is amazing great prices

Had hunters chicken with salad but could have had veg and chips. Chicken very tasty salad fresh nothing special. Had a cake from the daily cake choice. Special offer on cakes from top shelf with a hot drink reduced price. They also serve ice cream Sundays

Absolutely gone down hill, they have changed it too a halal kfc and it's so disgusting now..... used to be one of the best KFC's but as soon as they cater for ONLY one particular kind of people it has lost everything.... quality has never been worse
