Perico Pizza & Peri Peri Chicken in Birmingham

I payed for cheese on the burger. It arrived without cheese!

Food was Delivered hours last not happy with service called the restaurant few time staff was putting the phone down not explaining where is the order is I will definitely not recommend this restaurant

Great food, good size portions. The order was running late as per Saturday night; regardless, I have to comment on the team's professional approach to the issue. Overall very positive impression. Will definitely order again. Thank you for the food!

Absolutely awful service, no body has a clue what they are doing. Spoke to 3 people on the phone and had to tell each of them my issue. Waited over 90 mins for food, then forgot half the order then refused a refund only to offer to send out more food 45 mins later. Not to mention they said they would call me back 5 mins later. I had to call them 25 minutes after to see what their resolution was. Pathetic service.

Was supposed to be delivered between 8.30 and 8.50. The food arrived at 9.50. We had to call the shop 2 times to keep chasing and we had not heard anything from them. To top it off the food was cold when it arrived. Very disappointing

Restaurant submitted a driver is on its way notification , waited 15 minutes called and the food was only just leaving. Absolute joke!!!!

Order was down as delivered when it clearly wasn’t as it hadn’t left the shop. Waited another 30 minutes for it to arrive no courtesy call to explain and then the manager refused to come on the phone to speak to me as the service I’ve received is disgusting. 2 hours from ordering to being delivered.

Pericos has become So inconsistent, which is frustrating. It used to be bang on all the times but now you never know what you’re going to get. Sometimes you get hot fresh juicy chicken and then other times it’s dry and luke warm.

One of the pizzas was incorrect and the driver didn't deliver it to the building. I had to walk up to his car, where he was sitting there waiting for me.

Terrible service … Do not use … Staff need to be taken out!! Can’t even take your order properly but don’t want to rectify… They want you to order again so they can try to get it right!!

Delicious however forgot cheese in my wrap and had to used plastic cheese from my fridge which was disappointing. Still nice. Not all my chips in my peri chip bag were peri some might say half were plain. Overall very tasty would order again

Food arrived 1.5hrs after ordering resulting in the food being barely warm. We Usually have good service from Pericos . However we’ve been very disappointed tonight.

Short on drivers… short on communication. The chicken must have had several birthday parties before it got to us. It had grey hair and a bit of a limp. 1.5 hours for a delivery. Driver must have been waiting to pass their test before delivering to us. It would have been quicker to go to the Chickens Home and rehome a chicken. Next time we’ll go somewhere else. We didn’t even order chicken - we ordered 2 pizzas. Got to wait for the cow to make some milk so we can wait for the cheese to go on top of our pizza… thanks Perico !

Got a text at 20:00 saying was on the way. I leave about 10 mins away if that. Didn’t come within timeframe so called they then went to call the driver didn’t inform me afterwards. Food came at 20:46 when was supposed to be here between 20:00-20:15. Completely shocked as always on time or early when I’ve ordered from here in the past

Over an hour late.. arrived cold. Rang twice to see where it was, told twice it had just left the shop!! Obviously taking orders with no available drivers to deliver them.

Garbage!! Never again. Ordered mild wings and they blew my lips to smithereens they were that spicy. Dreading the ring sting in the morning. Pizza was cack. Hardly any base sauce, if any at all in places, portion of fries looked like they were half eaten. Poor all round and £35 lighter!

Ordered over 2 hours ago, no food and well out of estimated delivery time. Asked for an SMS update, nothing. Call the restaurant at least 5 times, no one answers or cuts the call. Can only advise to avoid like the plague. Shocking.

Late and cold , disappointed as normally good

We waited 1hr 15min for the food, when it arrived my food and my wife's food was cold. The kids meal was missing. When I phoned I was told they would bring the missing meal, this took another 15min. So, my wife and I had to re-heat our food in the micro, our grandson had to wait 2hrs for his food. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Lady on phone very respectful & apologetic only decent thing about the restaurant, I was told when food arrived would be hot and fresh came and all food was stone cold. Waited 2 hours to be very disappointed! Not happy at all.

Quality and freshness of the food is never an issue however I placed my order at 6:20pm followed by a phone call to confirm the order. I didn’t get my delivery till 8:09! I called the shop 3 times to see if my order had left and each time I was told 5 minutes! On the last call I was told they’re short of driver’s, if I’d have been told this when I called the shop I’d have happily collected. Only ordered on the app because they don’t take card payments over the phone anymore.

Pizza was supposed to be double pepperoni, hardly any pepperoni and overdone. Peri fries had hardly any seasoning and luke warm. Wings were delicious...shame the delivery was late and I had to chase twice. Shop staff polite, no apology from delivery driver

I have received the worst customer service and worst experience of ordering food in my life with pericos tipton branch I ordered a meal for two which was a pepperoni pizza a meat meast pizza two garlic breads wedges onion rings and bottle.of Pepsi this all came to over 26 pound all that came was the meat feast the wedges and onion rings and garlic bread I told the driver who said he didnt speak English and to call the shop which I did when I was met with a very rude call handler. She left me on the side on the fne while she carried on with orders for over ten minutes and then continued to put the phone down on me. the order took over an hour to get to me. I will be contacting my bank for a full refund I will be leaving a very bad review on google and I will never eat from your establishment again the first and very last time. They also have underage usually girls working at their tipton branch that get paid cash in hand to avoid the tax man. They still never sent the rest od my order and haven't issued a refund avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Even though items were missing, the other food was hot and fresh. Shame about the missing stuff but this is rare for them, we order here all the time and it’s always great usually

The food wasnt upto its usual standard. I have been ordering from here for 10 years now. When I lived in birmingham i use to order all the time. Then moved to Walsall 5 years ago. Still have been ordering from here. First time i was disappointed.

1.5hours for the initial delivery, so 30 minutes late, then it's the wrong pizza entirely, so they send the correct one out, but despite selecting double toppings, there were barely any toppings on it at all. This is the last time we will be ordering from pericos and it's a shame because we always ordered from there but it's really gone downhill.

I’m a regular customer and usual leave great reviews. However last night I ordered veggie received chicken. The young lady over the telephone was very helpful and resolved the issue. However listen to the customer first, not the gentleman who just past the telephone to the young lady. Without telling me first, unprofessional, I have worked in hospitality and aware of the busy pace, however customers whether over the telephone or face to face are valuable.

Ordered from perico several times now, never had a bad meal, always packed with flavour, good quality ingredients, never had wings so tender the bones just fall straight out! 11/10

Got my order wrong and refused to correct it or refund my money. Wasn’t understanding or compassionate about an error made on their behalf.

I phoned twice to chase the order. I was told that it was with the driver. When it finally arrived the driver said he had only been given it in the shop 10 minutes ago. The wrap was so spicy it was inedible by my wife who usually enjoys spicy food. The garlic bread was stone cold and hard, onion rings were cold. Very very poor service and quality

Ordered for delivery, perico said it was collection at 10pm only by checking the app where my order is I found out it was collection. Food was cold and they just shoved it in the microwave. Won’t be ordering from these again
