Delivery was on time but took almost an hour

We had a missing item but the other food was brilliant and the delivery was so early! Thank you shame about the missing item but still really nice

would have already taken minimum an hour to be delivered, then was delayed by a further 30 minutes only for it to come another 30 minutes later totalling 2 hour wait time.

Food was late as restaurant was busy and waiting on drivers, the staff were very helpful locating the order and explained the delay. The food did arrive hot and was really nice.

Esperé 2 horas y media para mi parto. No pude llamar por teléfono para comprobar el estado del pedido, ya que fue directamente al buzón de voz, enviado por correo electrónico y sin respuesta. El orden finalmente llegó y estaba mal, tenía artículos faltantes. Trató de llamar de nuevo para quejarse, pero de nuevo fue al buzón de voz. ¡Asqueroso! ¡Nunca pediré de nuevo!

Siempre encontrar problemas con este lugar como mal servicio, personal apático, etc En mi casa un domingo a las 9 de la noche. 30 pm, así que no mucho abierto. Estaba sintiendo picota, así que pedí una porción de peri peri papas fritas - fiel a la forma, estaban frías. Para los alimentos congelados recalentados - sus precios son baratos. Puedo entender por qué tienen muchas malas críticas. No puedo verme usarlos nunca más

Después de pedir una Peri Peri envoltura de pollo con papas fritas Peri me decepcionó mucho recibir comida de calidad inferior teniendo en cuenta que era alrededor de 5. 30 pm y apenas una hora ocupada del día. Cuando me dieron las papas fritas, estaban frías y literalmente eran media bolsa. Cuando me quejé con el conductor, dijo que volvería a la tienda y me traería más papas fritas frescas para acompañar mi envoltura. Las papas fritas nunca llegaron así que aquí estoy, atención al cliente horrible y comida horrible, evita como Covid 19 .

Pide pollo con mango y lima. El pollo estaba bien picante pensando que la elección sería suave considerando que el mango es dulce. El nivel de especias no se muestra en el sitio web. Al hablar con el personal fueron muy groseros y desdeñosos, no dispuestos a ser útiles. Incluso riéndose de mí por teléfono. Hablé con alguien que decía ser un gerente llamado Tony, que realmente no se llama Tony, así que no sé a quién creen que engañaban. ¡Broma absoluta de un negocio y cero atención al cliente que solo están interesados en el flujo de dinero! I haven't had my delivery yet, please help

Absolutely awful service, no body has a clue what they are doing. Spoke to 3 people on the phone and had to tell each of them my issue. Waited over 90 mins for food, then forgot half the order then refused a refund only to offer to send out more food 45 mins later. Not to mention they said they would call me back 5 mins later. I had to call them 25 minutes after to see what their resolution was. Pathetic service.

Segunda vez que han arruinado mi pedido Entró para llevar. Considerando que vivo a 5 millas de distancia tuve que volver a la calle 1 con el resto de la orden La segunda vez dijeron que necesitaba volver y reordenar. ¡¡No volveré allí nunca más!!! Was supposed to be delivered between 8.30 and 8.50. The food arrived at 9.50. We had to call the shop 2 times to keep chasing and we had not heard anything from them. To top it off the food was cold when it arrived. Very disappointing

Restaurant submitted a driver is on its way notification , waited 15 minutes called and the food was only just leaving. Absolute joke!!!!

Order was down as delivered when it clearly wasn’t as it hadn’t left the shop. Waited another 30 minutes for it to arrive no courtesy call to explain and then the manager refused to come on the phone to speak to me as the service I’ve received is disgusting. 2 hours from ordering to being delivered.

Pericos has become So inconsistent, which is frustrating. It used to be bang on all the times but now you never know what you’re going to get. Sometimes you get hot fresh juicy chicken and then other times it’s dry and luke warm.

Delicious however forgot cheese in my wrap and had to used plastic cheese from my fridge which was disappointing. Still nice. Not all my chips in my peri chip bag were peri some might say half were plain. Overall very tasty would order again

Short on drivers… short on communication. The chicken must have had several birthday parties before it got to us. It had grey hair and a bit of a limp. 1.5 hours for a delivery. Driver must have been waiting to pass their test before delivering to us. It would have been quicker to go to the Chickens Home and rehome a chicken. Next time we’ll go somewhere else. We didn’t even order chicken - we ordered 2 pizzas. Got to wait for the cow to make some milk so we can wait for the cheese to go on top of our pizza… thanks Perico !

Got a text at 20:00 saying was on the way. I leave about 10 mins away if that. Didn’t come within timeframe so called they then went to call the driver didn’t inform me afterwards. Food came at 20:46 when was supposed to be here between 20:00-20:15. Completely shocked as always on time or early when I’ve ordered from here in the past

Over an hour late.. arrived cold. Rang twice to see where it was, told twice it had just left the shop!! Obviously taking orders with no available drivers to deliver them.

Garbage!! Never again. Ordered mild wings and they blew my lips to smithereens they were that spicy. Dreading the ring sting in the morning. Pizza was cack. Hardly any base sauce, if any at all in places, portion of fries looked like they were half eaten. Poor all round and £35 lighter!

Late and cold , disappointed as normally good

Ordered over 2 hours ago, no food and well out of estimated delivery time. Asked for an SMS update, nothing. Call the restaurant at least 5 times, no one answers or cuts the call. Can only advise to avoid like the plague. Shocking.

We waited 1hr 15min for the food, when it arrived my food and my wife's food was cold. The kids meal was missing. When I phoned I was told they would bring the missing meal, this took another 15min. So, my wife and I had to re-heat our food in the micro, our grandson had to wait 2hrs for his food. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Quality and freshness of the food is never an issue however I placed my order at 6:20pm followed by a phone call to confirm the order. I didn’t get my delivery till 8:09! I called the shop 3 times to see if my order had left and each time I was told 5 minutes! On the last call I was told they’re short of driver’s, if I’d have been told this when I called the shop I’d have happily collected. Only ordered on the app because they don’t take card payments over the phone anymore.

Food arrived 2 hours after order 1 hour after stated delivered had to call the restaurant twice. Lady on phone very respectful & apologetic only decent thing about the restaurant, I was told when food arrived would be hot and fresh came and all food was stone cold. Waited 2 hours to be very disappointed! Not happy at all.

Pizza was supposed to be double pepperoni, hardly any pepperoni and overdone. Peri fries had hardly any seasoning and luke warm. Wings were delicious...shame the delivery was late and I had to chase twice. Shop staff polite, no apology from delivery driver
