It is such a nice place to have pizza. Kids love it. We regularly visit this place. Staff are very polite, kind and amazing, Hassan in particular is a star! He really knows how to treat well his customers very well. My little daughter only love to have pizza city Kebab, which is very local to us.

I had a wonderful experience at Kebab House! The food was delicious, especially the kebabs, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. A special mention to Hasad, who was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable.

Terrible terrible establishment. I wouldn’t eat here if it was the last thing on earth and was starving. The portion size is small. Plus the service is terrible. They claim to accept cash and card however when attempting to use card their machine is dodgy. It kept saying non authorised however my money left my account TWICE. I stated this and they simply did not care. So now I’ve lost a whole £10 and have no food. They refused to give me the food even though I showed on my statement numerous times they took the money even if the card machine says non authorised. Terrible people with terrible service who now have me calling up my bank for a charge back as if we can’t all read a bank statement. As if they’re not going to throw away the food now anyway. Eat here at your own risk.

Wow, words cannot begin to explain or fathom the flavour of this establishments food. From the molecules of potatoes in the fluffy chips to the expertly cooked pizza this place did not disappoint. Service was impeccable with a very caring bossman leading the front and the prices excellent and affordable to cater to everyone. I cannot recommend this place enough and if you are in the area pop in and give it a go so you can try it for yourself.

Fantastic and caring staff catered to our needs, not to mention the tongue-tingling quality of the food. The donner naan might just be the best thing I've tasted in my life. Would recommmend to anyone looking for an affordable but great experience at a food shop, although it really is just so much more than that!

Dry an hard needed more pizza sauce

Horrible experience me and my friends ordered a kebab from here after a night out … we have all been sick and had diarrhoea very badly! When we called the shop to explain this is from there food the man on the phone was very rude and ended the phone on us We went to the shop and they did nothing about it I would advise NEVER TO EAT FROM HERE !!!!!!! Horrible

Avoid if you want good food it’s catered too Drunk people. Guy at counter had zero customer service pizza was bland and chips severed were scraps. Won’t be visiting again plenty of better option in local area.

order took almost 2 hours I rang 3 times every time I was told food was 3 mins away then was told food was stuck in traffic which cant be true we live around the corner the food was cold and disgusting worst experience I've ever I had am a regular customer and will never be ordering from here again and I'm not happy I've paid for that awful service and vile food don't think ill be letting you get away with this I'm very angry about this and will be doing something about it so see you soon and good luck also quality of the meat you use is gross

Mix meat and chips and salad was absolutely divine. A warm piping hot packed with fresh chips. Right tomato salad delivered with the service with smile with a very friendly regular driver had the wings the next day flavoursome

Came in as was hungry and in a bit of a rush had 9inch pizza fries and a drink (7up) the pizza and fries (£5.00) were lovely and tasty and freshly made will definitely go again when i am in the area

I normally order from here and the food is decent or good quality. However, on this order i was very disappointed. I ordered large donner meat and chips with salad and mayo. The food i recieved was first a medium size, secondly no sauces were applied but most importantly the donner was burnt to bits and really dry with a horrible smell. So bad I had to put it in the bin and considering their prices the food was a REAL let down. Last time i order from here

Kebab meat and chips was COLD. Not warm, not slightly hot, COLD. All the other foods were hot and tasty, but the kebab meat was cold. Ruined our entire meal as I had to share my pizza with my very annoyed husband!

When I mean this place is the best for naan and donner meet kebab and salad and the chips where fresh and hot crispy very nice and tasty 10/10 foods dangerously toooo nice this kebab was fiiiiiiiirrrrre the first bite felt like you stepped in a room and everyone cheering you on its was a great kebab. I recommend this shop for kebabs best in Birmingham. Also there nan bread is really tasty. Got to say aswell there presentation was nice didn’t expect that but food is breaking scales litterally lol. I ordered my food and received my delivery with the owner delivering me my food who's a very well mannered man, clean and very much a people person. We exchanged good words and he let me eat. As usual my food was piping hot and was made with effort. The chips is always fresh and the pizzas are top notch! Very plentiful with the toppings and high achievers in their field of making pizzas. As i've been ordering with them since early 2016 maybe before i've never ordered outside of City Kebab Pizza at least not to my knowledge. Has been my number one take out shop since i've been living within Bham. Thank you to the owner for my order!

Food was nice and arrived on time. The only problem I have is that I ordered Donor Kebab and Chips but instead received Chicken Kebab and Chips. I dont know if thats because they misread the order or didnt have any left. If it was because they ran out then I would of preferred if they rang me to ask because I would of probably ordered something else as Im not much of a fan for chicken donor

Ordered a bunch of items: Mix Doner Wrap, Hot Chicken Wings, Sausage, Spring Roll, Fish Cake and Potato Scallop. I would say the food quality was pretty average or even below average. The best food for me was the Potato Scallop, which surprisingly only cost 50p. The menu is huge and the prices are very competitive. Maybe I should treat that as a warning sign for the quality? I also planned to have a try with their Cod and Pizza. But after the experience, I might change my schedule. Hopefully, I will not get sick after finishing all the items. Cash only, but the service was good. There are definitely better alternatives nearby. Take your time and make your choice wisely.

Ordered from here after few years, got daddy burger but was left disappointed it was burnt and smelled like charcoal. Standards have dropped. One guy was doing everything he was bound to mess up some orders. Wont be going there again
