Domino's Pizza in Birmingham

One pizza was fine chicken wings fine no hot sauce. Other pizza was disgraceful tasted odd. Took back refused to give another pizza or refund. Refused to take it back.

Pizza was dry, there was not enough sauce and fairly mid, fast prep time though. Not as good as other dominos branches I’ve had

We ordered a pizza delivery via their website. Got the special offer of any large for £12. Ordered the half and half which was great. Delivery didn't take to long. Pizza was hot and tasted great. Only let down was that there really should have been a meatball on each slice on the half that was the Meateor.

This is by far THE worst franchise of Dominos I've ever had the misfortune to use. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! On the other hand if you like rude, ignorant staff that lie to customers, and like eating cold food, then yes use them. We decided years ago, after a series of cock-ups from this place, not to use them. I recently made the mistake of ordering (by accident) from them online. The Dominos app told me my food was eventually on its way, twenty minutes later, (bearing in mind they are a three minute drive from my house) still no food. I call the store, the phone was answered by someone with a really thick accent, who couldn't speak English clearly. He, in broken English told me that the driver had two deliveries and we were the second. I wasn't happy, and I told him that unless he hurried up the food would be inedible. A further twenty minutes later, still no food! I called back, to be told that my food hadn't even left the shop, and they'd made a mistake on the App. I wasn't happy, and told the woman that answered the phone, that I'd be raising a complaint. Literally five minutes after I terminated the call, there's a knock at the door. Our food arrives stone cold. There's no way this had been cooked fresh and rushed to us, I can only surmise it had been in the delivery driver's car all along and God knows where he had been. I raised a complaint with Dominos UK, they passed me onto a lady called Carole Dellow. It was obvious from the start that Carole wasn't interested in dealing with yet another complaint about this store, chucking throw-away comments about 'training issues' out and disingenuously thanking me for my feedback. I've honestly had more sincerity from an Amazon delivery driver, and we all know what they are like! The bad reviews on this store have been going on for literally YEARS, and with attitudes from senior management, like this, it's not surprising. I've been completely clear with Carole about how bad things are at this store, and how I won't be using them again, and to prove how much she listened to me, she offers me £30 voucher with terms and conditions attached, to be used AT THE SAME STORE,,,, When I refused, and offered an opinion that if the 'training issues' have been going on this long then its clearly an issue with the people training them, she replies that as we can't come to any form of agreement, they no longer want me as a customer. This woman is in total denial, clearly doesn't listen to customer feedback and honestly doesn't care.

Pizza crust too thick and stodgy, unusual as used to be good. Not much else too add but review has to be a minimum of 100 characters

Had to wait for the delivery driver to go back to the store to bring the rest of our order. Other food had gone cold by the time we got the rest of our order. Was hoping to sit and eat together as a family at the same time.

Pagué en línea según lo solicitado por la tienda y luego esperé más de una hora. Llamé a la tienda y declararon que no habían hecho mi pedido o planearon entregarlo. No han devuelto los 20 que pagué y no tienen intención de hacerlo, luego dejaron de responder mis llamadas y les pidieron un reembolso ya que no había recibido mi pedido. ¡Una experiencia realmente perturbadora no vayas allí si no quieres ser estafado! ! ! !

Rude staff and the food was incorrect. Over a month of emails and complaints still waiting for my refund to actually turn up.

One large vegetarian pizza - cost £21.00 plus. Very poor value for money! One small slice is over £2.00 each. Quality of food was fairly good. Delivery, 15 minutes later than advised.

Have used this Domino's for years for home delivery and it's usually a bit hit and miss but tonight's delivery was appalling. Delivery was 15 minutes late and this never bodes well. Pizza was stone cold. Driver tried to argue that he had literally just come from the shop. I knew he was not telling the truth as the pizza box was literally thrown at me and it wasn't in the usual insulation bag. I tried to complain but he just drove off !!

They are usually very good and I've been using this Domino's for a very long time food is done quickly and tasted good never had any issues

Pizza just as expected. Kept me informed how long it would take. A bit awkward to park as it is off a quite busy roundabout so if it is before 6pm remember to take 40p with you

Called to make order over the phone 2 large vegetarian pizzas, garlic bread, wedges and a bottle of pop. Pizza arrived some time after look like they cut it up into 10 pieces to look like a large pizza but was medium plus food was cold was not happy so called the store was told he can't do any thing about it until the Manager was back tomorrow an to call back tomorrow was not happy. As we was eating my miss bit into chicken this was meant to be a vegetarian pizza at this stage I was absolutely fuming called back yet again was told yet again The manager will call me back tomorrow and they will come and collect the pizza and give a refund but there nothing he can do this was absolutely bad service and Poor food quality Will never use Domino's again

This was a take away delivered to the hotel I was staying in Yardley, Birmingham. The person I spoke to on the telephone offered me a discount coupon after she took my order. The delivery turned up on time (30 minutes) as agreed. The delivery man was very polite. The food turned up piping hot and very good quality pizza. We had just finished a training course being held at the hotel and this was a pick up!

Went to collect pizza, girl on front serving was very rude and told me I need to hurry up and make a order, I told her not to be so rude after she went off and started to talk about me to her colleagues and they kept looking over until she sent another guy who handed my order to me and spoke very rudely and said "here take it." Full of rude people who have no customer service skills, and she was chewing gum whilst preparing food. Highly unprofessional, I asked for managers name to which they replied we don't know.
