Awful! We ordered 4 sandwiches (£30) for the family,l. We visit subway regularly (bromsgrove and Redditch) as it’s our daughters favourite - we always enjoy. Unfortunately, this was the worst subway we have ever had. They got the order wrong on my wife’s sandwich. When she queried, they were rude and unapologetic and were smirking to each other. My sandwich was terrible- 3 bits of chicken and 7 slices of Cucumber for £7.50!! I asked for a refund but was refused. No offer to make a new sandwich and the servers looked and spoke to us like scum. We have never complained before as we are quite relaxed with most things but this was terrible food and terrible service. Avoid!!! Worst Subway. Food cold, soggy, tasteless and inedible . Go elsewhere

They have fitted self service machines which just does not work has if you have 4 sandwiches to buy your there for ages type outwhat i want on sub wont be going again and food was below standard.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Subway have just lost another customer. Sorry for my language but what the actual hell is this new self service checkout. TOOk me 20 mins to get my order which was just a single sub. GET RID OF IT NOW. WONT be coming back until they change it.

Subways have lost a 25 year old customer. Your self service changes have not only caused an inconvenience in time, but the sandwich is horrible because theres no actual communication. Your a sandwich shop, keep it traditional. Sadly that'll be it for me until changes are made

They've introduced a new self checkout system which has completely ruined the subway experience. They now hide behind a facade and stickers so you can't see your subway being made, the system is also really slow so it's not even quicker compared to using the single file system. Overall, pretty disappointing service now.

very rude bad customer service and now they have robots taking me order !!! what has the world come too I want to speak to people not to machines and even then the people there are rude and stingy gave me two bloody pickles when I asked for more and didn’t give me my sauces that I asked for she also charged 10p for another bag when she gave me a broken bag they are also all Indians I think and they were laughing at me and talking in their language in front of me when I came back to get a cookie they argued over who would serve me I was not happy at all and will NOT be coming back I advise you to not go either people 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

can't follow instructions on notes, due to allergy requested to not put any garlic sauce on, sub delivered is smothered with it

Unfortunately this is not a halal place. They handled ham and didn't change gloves when handling other customers food. This is totally unacceptable

the two men working the night shift on 10/08 were rude and tried to lie about the ingredients of the veggie delight. wanted to only put two slice of cheese and no avocado. but still charge me full price. when I told them it’s not how it’s made they denied.

I was served by Gurvinder who was very polite and friendly, the food was also made with care and I will definitely be visiting again soon.

I've said it many times before and I'll say it again, Best sandwich place where you can add "unlimited" fillings 👌. Any other place will charge for each additional filling, but not Subway 🙏

Very nice place and the new menu is very good aswell, staff were really nice and polite aswell, especially Hussain and saksham. I went there this Wednesday and will go again very soon.

One of the best subway we had in our life. Staff was super friendly, we served by gurwinder and she was such a nice member of staff.

Staff was kind and patient with me while I was ordering with a stutter (something I can’t control) and the sandwich was good.

I used to frequent the smaller Subway branch opposite. However, first visit to this bigger branch was yesterday. Two steak and cheese footlongs were ordered along with a carbonated drink and nacho chicken bites (portion of 9 with a single sauce option provided). The service was good and the branch was clean. The toilet was exceptionally clean and bright. Despite the relative size of the branch the seating isn't adequate if it was very busy with patrons. I must say l was impressed with my steak and cheese footlong and it was a added bonus that it was on offer for £4.99!. I would recommend this branch due to location, service and tasty food.

Came during the morning, and it was quiet. I was served promptly by the employee behind the counter. I knew what I wanted, I had asked for the meat to be microwaved and bread to be toasted; the employee accommodated without any fuss. Chose my salads and sauces after.. a very nice chicken tikka sub 👌 Store was clean. Since my last visit to Subway In star city, which was a long while ago; they have moved premises to much bigger shop and its very well laid out with plenty of seating to dine in.

Ordered two roast chicken salads, one with onion sauce and the other with Caesar dressing. However, they forgot the Caesar dressing. Dry chicken salad spoiled my lunch treat I bought for my pal.

Dont order from here, never had a problem with any subways but today i ordered from here and it was actually tasteless and not even filled with topping and there was hardly any sauce in it. Very disappointed.

Item missing. Getting a refund really doesn’t cut it when we end up having to share the food because they left out one of our items. Called them, man doesn’t even understand what I’m sayin I keep telling him I’ve already ordered and they’ve already delivered but forgot one item but he keeps saying your order isn’t here yet or something along those lines so 🤷🏽‍♀️

They are very rude. Today i went there with my subway reward card and they refused to give me more than one sub. Which was very rude. And they staff was so bad. Very rude and unprofessional

Really good experience at this subway. Food hygiene is extremely high, always clean, food prepared exactly how I like it and the customer service from the team is always exemplary especially from Gurvinder. She's a true asset to a well oiled team.

New location doesn’t mean new service. I ordered a Tuna Mayo wrap no cheese with sweetcorn and peppers, an oatmeal cookie and a Pepsi max. 1st attempt had cheese on. 2nd attempt had cucumber and olives. 3rd attempt they picked up a double chocolate cookie. If you want what you’ve ordered, then don’t go to this Subway.

All staff are good. I was really impressed. I visited Last Tuesday, staff working were really professional. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and I’ll definitely be heading back. I was there near quarter to 12. They served very well.

Lovely subway but where was our spinach and our cheese wasn’t melted it was in a long block? If things are running low at least tell your customers by calling £18.99 we paid for 2 subways and some salad and that wasn’t even right? Ps. Your delivery driver is so friendly and is in love with one of my cats.

I popped in on the 26th in the night and honestly I was really impressed. The new store is really family friendly and the best feature is their Eat In system. The 2 lads working last night were really professional and were working hard making sure each customer including my family got a good service. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and I’ll definitely be heading back. 10/10 well done subway staff!

It says online that they close at 12pm. I went in at 10.40pm for a sandwich & the staff said they stop serving sandwiches at 10.30pm. They only serve cookies after 10.30pm! This is ridiculous!

Since one of the staff was unfriendly and behave badly, we decided not to order here.

Loved the margarita pizza the nachos had less cheese and seemed like it was missing also the garlic bread was dry and hard otherwise the food was decent nice cookie do recommend the pizza and get some extra cheese 😋

Poor listening skills displayed by staff. Was given the wrong bread for my sub despite my telling the server what I wanted. Wasn't asked if I wanted it toasted but he went ahead and toasted it anyway. I may as well have just let the server decide what to give me instead of telling him my order since he didn't seem to care. The only good thing he did was to be generous with the salad and the sauces. Despite the place not being busy, it took far too long to receive my order as the staff were too busy chatting with each other and generally displaying obnoxious, loud behaviour that is more suited for a night out with your mates instead of working behind a Subway counter. The fact that this is the only Subway that doesn't offer a blue light discount says it all really.

Pricing is ridiculous for a sandwich wouldn't use again McDonald's is less than half the price and they're food is cooked !!

I ordered Italian herbs but they gave me white bread but the food was still good

Plenty of filling a gorgeous sub and because it’s delivered in a box kept hot a it’s shape. Particularly like that I ordered hash browns and sweet chilli dip. I didn’t notice my phone had rang to ask about a different dip as there was no sweet chilli. My food arrived with a hand written note apologising and they sent me bbq instead. This personal touch was really nice, 5* service.

Worst subway ive ever been to, stingy with meat, poor assembly clumped salad in some.places none in others, and staff either dnt understand english or dnt care as when u ask them to fix it they do not seem to understand

Usually the service here is excellent, but this time it's been naff. They called to say they had no italian in, which was fine so I just chose another, and when I got the order, they put the wrong crisps in as well, I wish if they had any other issues with my order to phone me instead of choosing for me.

The subway sandwiches have always tasted amazing however ordering for delivery from this subway branch has been atrocious. They have cancelled my order numerous times without any reasoning and have always cancelled at the last minute just before it’s expected to be picked up. Customer service could also be improved and the staff could appear to be more friendly and with a smile on their face.

Absolutely disgusting, bought a 12 inch and first found hair stuck to the bread. I should have thrown the baguette away. Rang the store and advised the male manager on Sat 24th Oct 2020. Next day the 2nd half of baguette I took a bite and hair came out from the inside of the baguette. This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. Ended up vomiting and rang store to advise a female manager, who was tbh very polite and sincere. Please please take more measures as you guys are clearly losing hair. On balance of probabilities how many of your customers are eating HAIR. Its simple maths and you guys are sick

Two of the drinks we ordered were missing. Ordered no salad on one of the subs but when it arrived it was covered with lettuce, onions and pickles. Another sub we ordered had no sauce even though it was ordered with sauce. The restaurant is about 3 minutes from my house but the delivery driver took the 10 minute route and still somehow managed to take 20+ minutes to get here. The only redeeming thing was the guy who answered the phone when we called the complain as he was very polite and understanding of the issues and helped us as much as he could.

Disappointed! used to be one of the best subways with great food. now its just chucked together shoved in a bag and sent for delivery.

The food was almost 2 hours late !!! By the time it had arrived there was nothing to show an apology for this. When received the kids sandwich was basically a block of wood not sure how a two year old is expected to eat it as I could not even bite it. Safe to say will not be ordering again
