I order a lot from Chaiiwalas other branches and 8/10 times I am disappointed but when I went to this one I was so relieved to see that they cooked everything properly and perfectly and with the right garnish’s as some branches can’t be bothered. I really enjoyed my food I can’t not say one bad thing about it. Will definitely being again…..

This place are getting away with bad service and terrible food. Stay away from this joint, youd rather go grill some wings at home. I cant believe how restaurants are getting away with food as such. Disgusting 🤮 All the good comments and stars definetly has to be fake. These pakis make asians look bad 👎

One of the best Nandos in Birmingham we’ve been to. Genuinely great staff, food and service. The manager Demartre is absolutely amazing and helpful - high professionalism and polite. Would highly recommend this branch for the Birmingham area

Stood waiting to check-in for an hour and a half. I've stayed at other Britannia hotels before, but for some reason, this one seems to struggle with check-in. Room was clean and we had a big king size bed, but no window in the room and it was stuffy and hot, no TV remote or remote for the air-con.
