Ordered at around 2pm food didn’t come til 3:20pm. Food was cold. Ordered initially at 1:30pm on Deliveroo and was told 25minutes after it was rejected due to issue with Esther kitchen card machine. Called at 14:05 for them to call back 14:15 they had no oxtail. Next they said they going to deliver by half 2 and came so late. I was told the manager would discuss the issue and ended up paying full price for terrible customer service had a bad experience won’t be supporting this again.
