We ordered a cookie dough and waffle and it was under cooked and so we called the shop up and spoke to the owner of the shop he was very rude and not helpful. I would NEVER recommend this shop

I didn't like the desserts concrete cake tasted off and the waffle was hard in the middle I can see why they have bad reviews. Avoid!!!

A unsettling experience. The shop itself is very outdated and falling apart. It was very badly lit and a strange man was sitting in a dark corner staring at anyone who entered. The staff seemed annoyed by the fact that customers had entered and were not welcoming. I ordered some tango ice blasts which seemed to have been watered down with limited flavour and mostly ice. Unfortunately I will not be returning

Pointless place! The owner needs to learn some manners and simple customer service! The tango ice blast was literally all ice and no taste. They also selling out of date mocktails. Be sure to check the dates, there was no apology and no removal of the bottles. Owner needs to sort himself out otherwise this place will shut before long!

Girlfriend tried to order through just eat and they marked it delivered after calling us to say they couldn't deliver, then they tried to charge her card for lots of different things online, thank god for PayPal security

The female shop assistant was well mannered, but the cake I ordered was dry and couldn't taste the flavour of what it was meant to be (kinder). Tasted like gone off sponge cake

Placed an phone order for an milkshake. Got to store asked for my milkshake then asked if i can pay via contactless. The owners response was “are you serious” all i asked was to pay via contactless. He then said minimum is £5 for contactless whats the difference paying online or contactless? I did not have my card on me to do it online. Owner was so rude tried to make out i was lying that he told me on the phone which he clearly never. After speaking to local people, shops and ex employees they all have the same thing to say about the owner that he is an rude stuck up pri** that needs to take his big head out of his a$$. Not coming back here ever again!! So rude even aruged about how is “are you serious” is rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Placed my order on Uber eats took nearly two hours late when called the restaurant the manager/owner was very disrespectful over thr phone I would highly recommend to avoid this place the desserts was 2 out of 10.

The Desserts are absolutely amazing, my milkshake was amazing, the best I ever tasted. The service and dessert were amazing and something that you will not get anywhere else. Definitely recommend this place.

What a Desert Place.... I have been to many.. in Birmingham and London... and the tall man on the front desk was amazing, couldn’t be more helpful, we had our friends 21st Bday party here, from decorations, to food, to customer service, was FIRST CLASS, just before I was going to write my review I read some of the reviews and I am surprised, I don’t think they have walk into the place. But all I will say is thank you talk man, and the staff, you all were amazing. Thank you sooooo soooo much, I will definately be recommending to all. Desert place to remember.

Manager took my order ... didn't listen gave me oreo instead of kinder Buenos waffles as he was to busy having a rant at his staff .. staff miserable and look scare and overall rubbish experience DESSERT OVERPRICED for Costco cake and tasteless white stuff they wanna call ICECREAM!!!! JUST HAVE A MCFLUFFLY INSTEAD!!

Ordered dessert at 8.20pm they arrived 10.45pm I know it was busy but that's unrealistic via Uber eats. Ordered strawberry waffle and ferero rocher, they don't use real Belgian chocolate they used syrup. They tasted and smelt funky so we ended up throwing them in the bin. In addition to this they we're cold ......much better desset shops out there !!!! Avoid .......

I ordered a waffle and milkshake which took 2hours and 30mins to come . The time was originally set for 40 min wait but somehow didn’t arrive until 2hr and a half later . I called and asked for a update the rude boy on the phone said “ it’s on its way , just wait man“ They said it was to do with the football match however it doesn’t take 2hr and 30 hrs to deliver food to a location 15 mins away . The worst thing is when it finally arrived the milkshake came too thick to even drink out of the straw . You had to use a spoon to drink it. The waffle was cold and they gave a chocolate concrete as gratitude however even that was disgusting and tasted off . This place seriously needs to fix up on the customer service skills & work around outside events appropriately. It is extremely clear they are lacking in service and food .

Made an order with them today mainly due to short waiting time. After them being late 15 minutes we requested an update from restaurant, no update given. half an hour and few more updates requests later I called the restaurant to cancel my order and was informed it cannot be done via phone and I need to contact Uber eats. So now I have no money, no order and wasted half of my evening trying to sort it out with them and Uber eats (which is not over yet and will probably go on for a couple more days) 👌🏼 never ever again.

Food itself is good. The attitude of the staff on the phone when you ask why your order is over an hour late is disgusting, very defensive, ready for an argument. Interesting business model...

Don't know what everyone else is drinking but their milkshakes are one of the best around, especially local and I've tried many.

There Assorted Cookies Sundae and Strawberry Ice Cream to sweets and Strawberry Ice Cream was smaller for £1.50 and Assorted cookies sundae to smaller for £6 Sorry I want be going back here again 😔

I made a order the other day and I was given the wrong item, they gave me an product that contained nuts and I am allergic to nuts. Not long after my throat started to swell up which made me struggle to breath. I have recently been calling the shop asking to speak to the manager and they’re telling me his not in and to call bk. so now over a week later I managed to get in contact with the manger, let’s just say the manager has no manners, he basically tried to make out like it was my fault or I was lying. He then tried to come up with his own lie, where I now had to tell him I was recording the conversation, he then started saying it’s illegal to record the conversation (which it isn’t) personally I think he got upset because he was caught out in a lie, he then caught more of an attitude and hung up the phone on me. This is my health, allergies is a serious thing and he was careless about the whole situation

Ordered desserts from here and i am very very disappointed. Food was stale, but according to the owner we put custard in our dessert which made it stale. The owner was very rude and said i couldn't speak english. He stated that they make their food once a week and how is that normal? Thats like me serving my customer one week old curry and saying its normal. I told him i was going to leave a review and put the phone down. 20 minutes later he rang me back saying that he was not happy about me leaving a bad review, at the end of the day i am entitled to leave my opinion. We did not ask for our refund, we just asked for something to be done but instead he was very condescending. Overall he's conclusion was "i can't do anything because u poured custard over the dessert (cornflake tart/hedgehog)" what is that meant to mean? Would he have taken the food and served it to someone else? Thats something to think about!! Never ordering from there again!!!

what can I say about this place, one star is more then they actually deserve please guys avoid this place they sent me out mouldy cakes, surely someone should check this before they send them out so clearly there not fresh

Ordered the white chocolate cookie dough and double choc cookie dough. It had sauce on top but was just dough with a few choc chips on top which didnt taste very nice. Vanilla milkshake was nice shame about the rest.

Guy on till had very bad attitude, and would not give the offer price on the manu, I would not go there again.

If it was possible not to give this place a star i would definitely not give it even... not worthy of my businesses.. i am all for supporting local businesses... this is the second time I have been in and they charge prices different to those on their leaflet... trading standards need to pay them a visit.. really disappointed.

Ordered here a few times never any problems. Ordered today and very disappointed food ended up in the bin. Also gutted that the man on the phone was trying to make me out as a liar. Thank you for the 25% off for the inconvenience. Maybe next time believe your customer as I have no reason to lie. I've read the reviews just and people said the exact same thing as me regarding your cookie dough and chocolate crunch.

Highly recommend for take out. I’ve ordered the concrete cake and custard twice from this place and it is amazing. The concrete cake is not to hard. And the custard was great too. I haven’t tried anything else yet. But once o get through this craving I’ll be trying other things on the menu. Please try it out. I ordered from Deliveroo but that don’t have a comment section and I had to leave a comment because it was soo good!

regular customer, the owner knows me very well as we go there regularly with family.however very disappointed Today with his attitude. He was ignoring me for long time and then replied that the offers on the menus are expired. I said well that’s fine. Try to order again and he gets busy again. Very disappointed with his behaviour. I will never go there again even my children loves there milk shakes.

Love the milkshakes from this place, really thick and tasted D-E-LICIOUS. These guys use good quality ice cream from Mcnabs which makes all the difference.

The big guy at the front is very very rude.. he doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Me and my friends went there and ordered 3 milkshakes and we’ve been told to wait 10 minutes but after waiting 20 minutes still nothing. Went to ask him and he was very rude. Milkshakes are a disaster. If you go mcdonalds you can find better milkshakes at half of the price. Honestly at least try to improve customer service.

Honestly, don’t even bother ordering from this teddylicious in Aston, I’ve been a frequent customer but last night I waited over 2 hours even until midnight (closing time). Rang them an hour and 30 minutes after I had ordered to say I never received my order yet, he said the driver was out to deliver to me. Waited another hour!!! & rang again, the guy on the phone was disgustingly rude!! Him even knowing I was a frequent customer decided to say that the driver had delivered my order WHEN IN FACT THE ORDER WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT DELIVERED & BLAMED ME! & TWISTED THE WHOLE SITUATION AS IF I WAS LYING. THE DRIVER MUST BE TO INCOMPETENT TO KNOW WHICH HOUSE IS WHAT THEN RIGHT? YOU SHOULDNT HAVE THE NERVE TO SPEAK SO RUDELY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS BUSINESS SHOULDNT EVEN BE ALLOWED OPEN AT THIS POINT. WE GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT SINCE READING ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BUT ALLOT OF CUSTOMERS HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME THING AS US, WAITING SO LONG AND BEING LIED TO OR THE OWNERS BEING DISRESPECTFUL. Went there first time and service was rubbish.. brought cookie dough which wasnt even cooked properly... carrot cake was hard wasnt fresh... the staff was SO RUDE especially the tall guy name was zahid... needs to bloody put a smile on his face and learn how to speak to people with manners ... there was a-girl with headband on was really polite and u can workers are scared of guy called zahid ... wudnt recommend it and am never going again

Actually discusted by the customer service today i was spoken and shouted at like a child because i was using a charging socket claimed it wouldent be a problem if i asked but make it into such a big deal shouted in my face and told me not to come again. Food was not even all that so im not bothered only came cause it is close by but whoever asks i will make sure they dont come as the shop is empty anyway im pretty sure no one will so avoid avoid avoid

Very nice milkshakes especially for the price, also ice cream scoops for £1 is very cheap. Ordered from here again 17/02/18 great value for money.

Ordered over a hour ago, (when the I called I was told 45mins) called back to find out how long and I was told that "I'm waiting for my driver to come back and your next". Not so great service, hope deserts aren't the same....

Was served by a lovely young girl who was very polite and professional. Ordered 2 milkshakes and a waffle. I told the young lady what I wanted on the waffle ( strawberries, nuts, Nutella and cream ) . After I repeated I want cream on it she told me all the waffles come with cream. I said cool! When I got home there was no cream on the waffle! :( . Whilst in the shop, ready to pay, I was made to wait whilst a man ( who I presume is the manager / owner ) was talking on his phone. I was paying by card and it turned out that this transaction was going through him. When I say through him, I mean directly through his mobile phone :/ . This was weird to me as I've never had to do that before, and considering it's my bank details and I was weary I asked what the strange looking device was that I have put my card in, to which this man replied "it's called 21st century technology". WHY SO RUDE??!! I asked a simple question considering this is my bank details we are talking about, only for this man to be rude towards me? It's not very good customer service, quite poor if I'm honest. To top it off my milkshake was watery and waffle was soggy. Very disappointed.

The shakes are great, the customer service is lacking. I'm unsure of how to describe the manager other than ridiculous. They made a mistake with my order twice and then when I called to ask them to rectify he said I was given something for free so I had to pay for the thing I originally ordered. You don't offer something for free because you've made a mistake and then use it against me when I want my original order. Won't be ordering again from them and will ensure my family and friends go to competitors.

Beautiful place to go and relax and eat desserts

This shop is not even worthy of one star. Please do yourself a favour and never order from this shop, as much as it may sound extreme you will be risking your life. I purchased a strawberry cheesecake and after 45 minutes to my surprise the cake was covered with what could be spotted 10 miles away, MOULD. How can any human being sell let alone store such a cake which can lead to FOOD POISONING? With no spoons and undercooked cookie dough which looked like faeces, I am officially put off deserts for the rest of my life!

VILE. One word describes this place very well. The desserts are utterly disgusting here. Not even fit for animal consumption. I was looking forward to my dessert, I picked up my spoon to dig into my strawberry cheesecake, only to realise that there was MOULD. Many patches scattered across the base and strawberry mousse. GREEN, HAIRY WHITE PATCHES, which were visible from a mile away. NEVER have I been so disappointed at a restaurant. I find it PARTICULARLY hard to believe that a worker could actually cut a slice knowing that GREAT WHITE HAIRY FUNGI are growing on it and pop it in a box, ready to send off to a customer. Disgraceful.

Went there on 1 st of may cake was way to sweet ice cream was not right they need an ice cream counter and also try making fresh cream cakes instead of cakes with way to much icing staff were friendly but need uniform.The only reason why I came here was because my regualr ice cream parlour was close anyway if u want good quality homemade cakes ice cream and wicked gelato go to moochie b's it's well worth the wait trust me p.s my opinion is now way biased I hope the owners read this and take this as constructive criticism did not intend to upset anyone
