They steal Ur money and don't deliver

Paid for food through just eat and it just flat out didn’t turn up. Estimated delivery between 2:20 and 2:40am still no food at 3:30. Then get told my delivery time has ‘slightly changed’ to 4:15. Waited till 5am and STILL no food, then they told justeat that it got delivered. Avoid!

Ordered a pizza and burger from here, the worst food i've ever had. Pizza ingredients were off, pizza base tasted like they've used unwashed trays to cook it in. I'm a head chef myself so excuses like "it doesn't fit your tastes" don't work. Pizza sauce was off too, tasted sour like had vinegar in it. Mushrooms tasted like they were kept in chemical cupboard. Disgusting food!!! I hope someone reports this place and it gets shut asap.

Food said delivered but didn't receive it. Phone goes to voice mail. Avoid at all costs. Feel like this company needs taking to trading standards and get shut down with how they operate their business. Considering making a call myself.

AVOID! at every cost i wouldn't even buy from here in my life ever ever again. The donner meat was stale tasted like it was warmed up microwave stuff from lidl. the pizza was so dry and not even tomatoey. rang multiple times and no one wanted to answer. these guys genuinely need to get shut down im so unsatisfied. i've never had food as bad as this in my life. i actually cannot believe how bad. would like to add i waited 3 hours for this and i'm so so SO disappointed. defo never ordering again 🤢🤢

Place is closing down therefore they've increased prices to squeeze every penny out of you. So you can imagine how much they care about hygiene. Not that they cared at all before, let alone now. Horrible pizzas tasting like urine like beer. Delivery charge is double the price of the items. Who the f does prices delivery this way?

I should have read the reviews before buying the food 🥲🥲. The chicken wasn't fresh and didn't taste good either. The staff were ok but that doesn't change anything. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from here.

Thought reviews were fake but my god were they real waited an hour and half over the time limit i was given after trying to contact several times with no answer i thought i was scammed but after calling the tenth time someone picked up and said that a driver will finally come. food was absolutely horrid so to wait over 1hour 30 mins over the time limit is disgusting. place should be shut down immediately. Rude staff, poor food quality. I ordered a donner kebab in pita and got 8 strips of leather and a raw tortilla... I also ordered a pizza and phoned in to clarify I had an allergy. I received the allergen on my food. Luckily I checked and called to get it replaced. It never came. Tbh I'm glad.

What a dump, ordered food through uber eats, 40 minutes late so phoned them only to be told that the food was waiting on the counter but they had no drivers so we could either wait or pick it up ourselves! Useless sacks!

Never again best part of the experience was the driver going above and beyond and the pop..chips were just about edible and the chicken was the worst I have ever tasted..totally gross..at least the bin got fed 🤮🤮🤮

Placed an order on Uber eats. Paid £28.27. Delivered by there driver and was only given 2 burgers the rest of the order was missing. Delivery driver was very rude on the phone and when my partner went out to collect the order. Tried to call back and couldn’t get in contact with the store or delivery driver.

Food was cold they charged me extra for chicken but didn't get it very rude costumer service I phoned landline number and asked my postcode then off the landline number on me I'm very angry nasty shop wouldn't recommend going to have to pay them a visit soon.

PLEASE NEVER EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! I ordered through Uber eats and despite being a 10 minute WALK from the shop it took over an hour and a half to come and wouldn't let me cancel despite saying it would take around 20 minutes.They also deliver the food themselves so there is no way of tracking the order at all and when you request and update on the app nothing happens. On top of that the food is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a pizza and it came uncut, the base was chewy and I got the wrong toppings. I also ordered chicken, chips and a drink which never arrived, I also ordered a cookie dough dessert pizza which was quite literally chocolate sauce, chocolate buttons and cardboard (I'm not exaggerating by the way they litteraly gave me a cardboard disk.) I had to throw what did arrive in the bin and it was a terrible experience over all, if I could rate it a zero I could. Trampy restaurant and should be shut down.

Best wings I've ever had in my entire life. They made me cry like a baby. It was the best thing I've ever tasted in my many years of being alive. The tantalising flavours hitting my tounge with the perfect amount of spices anyone could ask for, the peri peri salt made me nearly have a orgasm. I never felt the same again after having the wings. Give Abdullah and James a raise because their service really outdid themselves. These wings were the best wings I have ever and I recommend anyone to come to this very establishment. 10/10 would definitely come again anytime.

Honestly if there was a button where I could tag this place as ‘the worst’ I would spam the button as fast as I can. Firstly, inappropriate and poor behaviour from staff giving false information about delivery times. I placed my order three hours ago and still have not received my food. I rang this place at least 54 times and the line keeps ringing but seems like the staff have just decided to avoid any calls whatsoever. Poor behaviour and the worst place I have ever tried placing an order from. Guys stay away from this place as far as you can!

It's not a bad place but the one thing I recommend them to do is to make the fries more cheaper and I bought larg cheesy fries for £3.60 and they gave it to me on a kids box .

Do not, I repeat do not order from here. Not just from this review, but the many other reviews posted before mine. "we will deliver between 00:55 and 01:15" my partner went to the gate of our accomodation for the latest time and came back upstairs fourty minutes later claiming they had not yet shown up, and every time he called the shop he just recieved the same message "please hold, the person you are calling knows you are calling." I then proceeded to call them multiple times, it kept ringing out as if they hung up without even answering. Finally, they answered and I very calmly told them about the order we placed over an hour ago and asked about it, they asked for my address and name, and then asked me to give them a moment which I kindly told them I would, they proceeded to hang up on me. I called them straight back, when they answered I told them it was rude of them to hang up on me instead of taking the moment to check what they had to check, before they asked me for the same details. They passed me over to the driver who said he would be on his way, he ended up at the wrong address (Birmingham Queen Elizabeth hospital instead of our student accomodation), when he finally arrived he tried to get my partner to claim on uber eats the order arrived on time, which he declined to do. We will not be ordering here again.

This is the first time I ate from this shop. The most discusting and sickening food I've ever eaten. I felt sick all night and puked in the middle of the night after eating there food. Also I got fully ripped off. Ordered on uber and they took near enough 2 hours to deliver and once I got the food so much was missing. They still owe me 4 chickens, 6 wings and 3 box of fries. I was going to go back to collect the rest of the food next day but I'm not looking to be sick again. Ñever will go back hear and also would not recommend anyone to eat from hear. 🤢

They deliver their orders themselves so you can’t even track the driver on the app and when I called the restaurant for an update, they lied and said they were on their way. After attempting to call again for an update, they stopped answering the phone. I had to call uber eats helpline to cancel the order. completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

A disgusting joke. Spent £10 on a meal. This meal is supposed to have 3 chicken wings, not 3 freezer chicken nuggets, lower quality than the cheapest Aldi nuggets there are. On top of that it took over an hour to arrive and every time I called the restaurant they hung up within 45 seconds. Honestly the worse food I’ve ever ordered with the biggest ever hassle, if you see this don’t even bother you’ll just waste your time.

Ordered via Uber and food was delivered late after several phone calls. The wings tasted nothing like the usual Chicken.com I have eaten at before. They looked fresh but were bland and lacked any flavour at all. The driver tried to make me select the delivery was on time on the app and when I didn't he commented "so you're going to report us?" Very poor all round.

Don’t bother ordering. Placed an order tonight, delivery was due at 23:10, it arrived at 23:50. Then we found out that one of our chicken burgers had no chicken in it at all and the second double chicken burger only had one piece. Called up and they hung up on us, then called again to complain and said we wanted replacement burgers that actually had chicken and they could have the original ones back. There was a lot of shouting going on on the other end of the phone not sure what was being said, then they apologised and said they’d get some replacement burgers made and delivered to us in the next 15 minutes. This was at 23:55. Well it’s now 1:20 and still no food. If you like being taken for a joke, having your money taken and having no food delivered then by all means place an order, but for the rest of us. Just avoid them.

I ordered on just eats at 3:02 am said my food would arrive at between 3:30 - 3:50 am I have a train at 5:20 am so this was food for my daughter . I called the resturant they answered and said they are sending the food now it is 4:42 am and my food still is not here . No refund nothing honestly I feel I have been ripped off on my first visit to Birmingham honestly I would avoid at all cost it is horrendous that there service is so terribly bad 2 hours later and I am still waiting and there is not enough time to get something for my five year on the train ride back home seriously upset and disturbing

Wow. Awesome food. The £5 value box is awesome after not eaten all day great customer service from the staff. Their pizza ( I got hot and spicy consisting of chicken, colours and jalapeno) was amazing with 6 dips. So generous toppings. Only£7 for 14 inch pizza. Or£10 for 3 large 12 inch pizza. Best pizza in bromy and one of the best I ever had in UK. Not salty. Not to cheesy. Perfect balance. Base done perfectly.
