I’ve been here 4 times and on each occasion the food has been excellent, though It’s sometimes hit and miss with the staff. On our first couple of visits the waitresses couldn’t have been more helpful. They advised what would go with what, made up a dipping sauce and were happy to make suggestions. However, a couple of weeks ago we were greeted with what could only be described as apathy from both the waitress and the gent at the counter. Luckily a young couple on a neighbouring table were more than happy to advise. So, no problems with the food, but you take your chances with the staff. Also, not sure about the £16-£24 guide given in the price range. Meal for two was about £65.... but I will be going again.
This place is by far Worcester’s best coffee shop / brunch place. I have been here twice this month, once with work and then with family. During both visits I have experienced great service and high quality food that is not only aesthetically pleasing but really tasty also. In addition to this I couldn’t believe how quick the food came when this place was close to full. Great selection on the menu and reasonably priced!
Shrewsbury has many secret and special offerings but as a porridge fanatic, Cups Coffee and Creators provides a direct, fibre-optic connection to heaven. Please, please, please, choose their Biscoff/Caramel version. It is the most divine energy substance in the discovered cosmos.
If questioned, pretend there is a Scottish side of your family tree and sprinkle a little salt on it. Performing this discrete, Mason-like ettiquette, notifies the serving-staff that you merit special treatment from that point forward. You'll remember how good the BCP tasted for the rest of your life in much the same way that you might recall precisely where you were, the moment Donald Trump first stepped-foot on the planet of Jupiter.
In October 2024, there was talk of removing the Biscoff/Caramel topping option due to local-council regulations. With your support, this absurdity can be turned around and Shrewsbury could become the Biscoff/Caramel Porridge Capital of the World, where pilgrims will humbly queue from the renovating train station (due for completion in 2094), all the way up the hill, past the castle and into Cups (if you reach Marks & Spencer, you've gone too far, go back a bit).
Cups features in-built, charming and welcoming staff (not for sale), who pro-actively extend friendliness and courtesy to all. It's a safe place for everyone, particularly mothers with children, dog owners (with dogs), laptop workers and other carbon-based life-forms, like myself, with mental irregularities.
From its corner vantage-point on Castle Street, Cups is a great people-watching location allowing the monitoring of network-traffic flowing in and out of Shrewsbury's river-looped town centre along this (one of only three) Tarmac Access Gateway (TAG).
Cups Coffee and Creators is hospitable to community groups and activities as well.
Wonderful helpful staff really friendly and helpful. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly . My husband enjoyed the pie the pastry wasn't too thick. This was a return as we had come across the place 2days before by accident and were impressed

A massive thanks to Grant and Jordan for their help in arranging a baby shower in the Mezzanine. An even bigger thanks to Liz and her amazing team for their patience and assistance where nothing was too much trouble. A fantastic spread and a lovely setting overlooking the lake
Dinner and drinks with family. After hearing good things about Cristi’s we thought we’d give them a go. Our evening there was perfect. We’d booked a table for 6.30pm (6th March 2024) to coincide with their midweek 2-4-1 on cocktails and bottled beers. We received a warm, friendly welcome. We ordered a selection of food to share between the three of us - Cristi’s garlic bread, Italian antipasti board, mozzarella sticks, mini bruschettas, olives and Cristi’s slaw. It all tasted amazing. We couldn’t fault any of it. Whilst we were waiting we ordered cocktails - the Pink Dragon and Cioccolatini were delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout the time we were there. We had a lovely evening from start to finish. Toilets were spotless too.
Lovely people producing high quality meats. It’s difficult to pick a favourite as everything we bought here was delicious. Really well flavoured salamis, prosciutto and coppa and definitely try the black bacon cured in molasses for a really top notch breakfast. Also stocks a small range of good, mostly local preserves, cheeses and eggs.
This is our favourite cafe in the Kingfisher shopping centre & has recently been renamed and the service & quality of the food was excellent as usual. The staff are very attentive & the tables are kept spotlessly clean & it's always a pleasure to visit.
I booked this for my 50th birthday - firstly because I used to play golf at Church Stretton and so have many fond memories of being there as a kid, and secondly because we'd been there for a tapas evening previously and the food was fantastic.
Everything that Rita made for the grazing table/buffet was amazing (especially the home-made scotch eggs). It also looked amazing and the birthday cake was delicious.
Ben and his team gave great friendly service from behind the bar and ensured that all of our guests had a great time. There was a large screen TV, so we also managed to have the Word Cup rugby on. Nothing was too much trouble.
We hired a local singer, who they managed to make room for in addition to the 75+ guests.
Highly recommended as a venue. It was so much cozier/nicer than a village hall, and it was great to have the whole place to ourselves which you don't get at a pub/restaurant. This was in winter and so it was dark outside, but in summer it has lovely views over the town
Beautifully clean and Tidy, good food and service is excellent, Tuna crunch sandwich was the size of a doorstop, my jacket potato was piping hot and the chilli con carne was lovely, we couldn’t fit any cakes in but they look Amazing and we will definitely be retuning. We think we have found a little gem!
We waited 40 minutes for food when there was only 2 other tables there so don’t get how it took so long. And the food was clearly frozen food wasn’t the best so very plain with no flavour.
Tonight I purchased a sandwich at T1, Mumbai Airport and while making payment one of staff (Wearing Glass). She is weirdly laughing at me. Your staff served me poor Treatment.
