A massive thanks to Grant and Jordan for their help in arranging a baby shower in the Mezzanine. An even bigger thanks to Liz and her amazing team for their patience and assistance where nothing was too much trouble. A fantastic spread and a lovely setting overlooking the lake

Visited today with my 93 year old mother and a friend. Great accessibility for wheelchairs and pushchairs. , the café is spacious without losing a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Great selection of coffees and teas, we had the whole range from Latte, Flat White to Americano and all were excellently presented and efficiently served. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and it was clear that they all enjoy working in hospitality. Fantastic views across the lake which entices you to stay for longer! The pistachio cheesecake was beautiful and hot sausage rolls very tasty and satisfying. I will definitely be back to sample the other snacks and cakes which looked very appealing. All in all a great spot to sit and relax following a glorious walk around the lake. Redditch you are lucky to have this place!

The cafe is in a nice spot overlooking the water It was very busy but that’s fine it’s the summer holidays I haven’t eaten here before & I met a friend for lunch I ordered a jacket potato which was not great for £7.50 It was really small, not hot and the topping was pretty awful I had paid for tuna and cheese and I wish I had a photo now because it was really poor for the money. If You’re charging over £7 for a potato it should be worth it not serving up what I received. I’ll not be going for lunch again unfortunately. Coffee was nice though.

Lovely coffee/cake /breakfast/lunch cafe...Nice selection of hot food and cakes .Plenty of seating with outside balcony that over looks the lake. Regular user and feel its a real addition to the area .Staff are very friendly snd polite and there is a nice atmosphere . Great also if you fancy an ice cream. It's also licenced and outside there is the cafe selling hot and cold drinks with a limited selection of food .

We went on a Sunday afternoon. The queue was to the door, but not too bad I thought. What I hadn't realised was how slow the staff worked. 45 minutes later I got my drinks. It took less time to walk around the lake.

I do love this place, we only found out about the cafe three a family member. When we started going the original staff (Jordan, Courtney & Louis) were all very friendly and funny and went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately lately you don’t see the older staff around Louis has left and Courtney and Jordan are hardly ever on shift. The place has picked up pace and is always filled with customers however there are never enough staff on the bar to make drinks or take orders and you can be waiting 30 mins plus to be served. There are some new great staff here, I only know a few of their names (Liz and Star) the Irish lady in the kitchen is so funny!! Get her a bigger kitchen!! She is a diamond in that little cupboard. Please put more staff on at the bar area, I honestly don’t know how the women cope having to make so many drinks in a row none stop they look like they are burning out. The guys who work there now don’t look like they enjoy their jobs and usually walk around half asleep. I love this place but you do need more than one person making coffee at a time especially when there are 20+ people waiting to be served.

On my holiday to the UK I have spent many relaxing hours in this coffee shop. The staff are excellent, and so is the coffee. The wifi is speedy and easy to connect to. I wish the store were a bit bigger; it can get jam-packed, so there is no seating on weekends. As it's an open space in a mall, it's not so quiet, but bring your headphones to block out foot traffic and other people making calls, kids playing, babies crying, etc. This is the only downside, but not enough to mark the shop down from 5 stars.

First time visit to this pub and must say we were very impressed, we had 7 seated and tables were laid out very well. Service was very prompt and friendly. Decor of the restaurant was clean and fresh. We all ordered 2 courses of the 3 course easter special menu. The starters came out within 10 mins of ordering and looked very well presented. I had the scotch egg and it tasted amazing. Followed later with the roast beef dinner, which had generous portions. I also ordered the cauliflower cheese as an extra. All in all very well presented and hot food. Prompt service and polite staff. Thouroughly recommended.

Use to be the number one chippy in Redditch but it's hit or miss these days since the ownership changed hands. Can't deny the fish was quite good the other week so went again recently. These are the first times we've gone to them for a good couple of years. The most recent visit however I felt was met with rudeness for requesting an item that wasn't on the menu. The answer given "There's always one isn't there" is not very professional when the customer is literally stood 6ft from you... In hindsight I should've just said "ok no worries, I'll go else where" because the kebab that was ordered literally fell apart and the portion sizes are really low compared to past experiences. They get the 2 stars because at least the food was good quality but we won't be visiting again I'm afraid.

Charged £33.60 for two scrambled eggs/salmon on toast, one tea and one coffee. Watery scrambled eggs, small slice of salmon and one slice of toast. An extortionate price for what we got. Still, live and lean and won't return.
