The kitchen well..I came for breakfast and was definitely not disappointed! The cafe was very clean and food was amazing, cooked just as I asked well done bacon and a runny egg! Staff were lovely and polite. Lisa took my order and was very polite and helpful, Sam cooked my food to perfection and came over to clear my plate afterwards she was also very polite and engaged in a lovely conversation! Definitely recommend!

Great little sandwich shop. We are a local small business who regularly order hot and cold sandwiches at lunchtime from The Kitchen, anywhere from 2-40 a month. We have always found the sandwiches to be great tasting, very fresh, excellent value. Of course there are times when they have ran out of certain items like crusty bread, but this is the nature of running a small business with fresh produce and you don’t know what orders are going to come in that day. The shop is clean, tidy and well run. They also take a lot of telephone orders, so this can be deceiving when you visit and they appear to be quiet. Highly recommend

Very good & tasty food. I regularly order from the kitchen most mornings. Personally there sausage, bacon & egg baguettes are amazing. All Ingredients and products used are of a high quality & the premises is very clean and safe. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming and always ready to assist with any dietary needs when ordering food. Also I must mention they provide a Caribbean night on Fridays which is so soo good, & A real hit within the area and general community. I work locally and cannot count the amount of times people have come into my work either looking for it or eager to tell me how good the food is. I’m lucky enough to have tryed pretty much everything on the menu myself and would advise anybody to get down to the kitchen and try there food, as you honestly won’t be disappointed and will join the rest of the community in falling in love with there amazing food. Been visiting since it opened it's doors last year. Always great food and service to match. The staff are very friendly and always cater to my needs and the coffees great too...! Highly recommend a visit.

Went for a takeaway tuna baguette on a quiet Thursday lunchtime and it was 15 minutes before I got it! Clearly understaffed and as the previous reviewer said, the staff don’t like their jobs. Several other people appeared to be waiting a long time too, standing inside, with no masks on and staff didn’t care. Not good enough in the current climate

Lovely bacon sandwich, but terrible slow service The young girl behind the counter, was unfriendly, I stood there for ages, and not acknowledge by any staff member, not even a thank you
