Turtle Bay in Solihull

Visité este restaurante anoche para la comida de San Valentín con mi marido, que lo organizó para nosotros , fue una experiencia realmente encantadora de principio a fin , fácil de encontrar aparcamiento, bienvenida fue realmente relajado profesional y muy acogedor, el servicio se entregó con cuidado y la comida era absolutamente fantástico cada bocado estaba lleno de sabor, los chefs trabajan duro. Sin duda volveré y recomendaré, Gracias a todo el personal hizo que nuestra noche fuera muy agradable

Vengo a esta bahía de tortugas al menos dos veces al año. Vine con mi marido para una noche muy necesaria sin los niños. El servicio era pobre de nuestra camarera, el hombre que nos sentó era más interactivo y más rápido con el servicio que la señora que iba a cuidar de nosotros. Pagué por un brunch sin fondo y se fue incluso antes de que terminara debido a la lentitud del servicio. Será reacio a regresar después de esto. Muy decepcionado con mi visita. Entiendo que era un poco más ocupado de lo habitual debido al día de San Valentín, pero había un par detrás de nosotros que se sentó después y estaba más cuidado que nosotros, tenía 2 bebidas servidas antes de nuestra 1 bebida y estaba constantemente atendido. Los anfitriones masculinos que se sentaron merecen un 5 estrellas.

La comida era de buena calidad, pero no debería tener que esperar una hora para el plato principal. No volvería a esa sucursal de nuevo. La comida en sí era comestible, pero la espera no era aceptable.

Siempre me encantó este restaurante, pero la última visita el servicio era demasiado lento y hacía tanto frío allí. ¡Sólo otros dos comiendo, pero muchos comen pedidos de los que habla el personal junto con todos sus planes de vacaciones! Normalmente no puedo oír la cocina, pero como era tan silencioso que podíamos oír el microondas ping! La comida seguía siendo agradable, pero simplemente tardó demasiado en llegar a pesar de que el lugar estaba casi vacío.

Second visit and would come again! Grace was lovely despite the morning starting off quite short staffed, she made sure we had plenty to drink on our bottomless brunch!

A groups of us went to turtle bay we had Betta as our waitress she was so friendly and helpful always happy to help made our experience so much more fun ! ☺️

me and my mom went for bottomless brunch, we’re regulars at this point but still treated with so much respect!! our server grace had drinks flowing constantly and always made sure we were never without, even before we’d finished our previous drink. so much personal appreciation for these guys, always make you feel so comfortable and a really nice personal touch, would definitely recommend xx

Excellent food - trini cod main outstanding as were the jerk chicken wings - some great offers on the app -the best turtle bay in the UK compared to others i've visited - long established in Solihull.

Called in for lunch having never been before and what a great place to visit. We were greeted by a very polite friendly guy called San who chatted with us and offered us our choice of tables to sit at. The restaurant was very clean, tidy and very relaxing. We ordered our food and drinks with another guy called Rio who again was polite, friendly and very welcoming. Our lunch arrived and wow it was amazing full of flavour and good portion sizes. Cocktails were just as tasty and great value at 2-4-1. Overall very impressed with Turtle Bay and we will definitely be returning.

Brilliant service, food excellent and the atmosphere was amazing apart from being cold but loved my hot water mug provided by sanjeev who shared his tip with the chefs. What a fab place to celebrate!!

The food was good and the waitresses were attentive. But kid does not like the spicy food. Besides, kid found the texture of the vanilla ice cream strange. I didn't taste it myself. I guess it's because the ice cream was vegan.

Some one say free shot I’m all here for it. Other then that Quanita was a very good waitress she has very good customer service and care she had a laugh with us all I would highly recommend Turtle bay (Solihull) to all my mates it was very good I’ll definitely be back soon.

The atmosphere was dead.. the food was probably the worst I’ve ever had in turtle bay. And the staff couldn’t share a smile between them.

Came here before watching the Tyson fight for a few drinks. Was greeted warmly via the hostess and was served by a bartender called Alex, he made me comfortable and confident in what I wanted to buy. He was interested in conversation and made my time a great one. Well done.
