Turtle Bay in Solihull

It’s hard to write this, as we used to absolutely love this place. Unfortunately, our visit on Easter Sunday was quite disappointing. Despite the venue not being busy, the service was surprisingly poor. There was no warm welcome when we arrived, and the two staff members behind the bar seemed unsure of what they were doing. They struggled to keep track of who was next to be served, even with so few people around. The quality of the cocktails was also below par, which was especially disappointing given how great they used to be. It’s a real shame, because the vibe and experience here used to be fantastic. We truly hope this was just a one-off and that the amazing atmosphere and service return—this place has so much potential and we’d love to enjoy it again like we used to.

Ellie our waitress was amazing. She really did gave us 5 star quality and a publican myself you can really see who puts the work in in this company . Ellie u was amazing and u r very good at ur job . Best server in the establishment

Came here for Bottomless brunch spontaneously. Our server grace kept the drinks flowing throughout the 2 hours and the food is always great! This is always our no 1 spot for food and drinks.

Desde el principio sabías que iba a ser una visita pobre. Servicio muy lento - habíamos estado en el lugar durante 2 horas y no había recibido la red. Cuando llegaron los entrantes - las alitas de pollo estaban frías - fueron enviados de vuelta. El gerente se estaba acomodando con los problemas - pero este lugar tiene que resolver lo que sea el problema - servicio lento y comida fría - parece un patrón emergente!
