It’s hard to write this, as we used to absolutely love this place. Unfortunately, our visit on Easter Sunday was quite disappointing. Despite the venue not being busy, the service was surprisingly poor. There was no warm welcome when we arrived, and the two staff members behind the bar seemed unsure of what they were doing. They struggled to keep track of who was next to be served, even with so few people around. The quality of the cocktails was also below par, which was especially disappointing given how great they used to be. It’s a real shame, because the vibe and experience here used to be fantastic. We truly hope this was just a one-off and that the amazing atmosphere and service return—this place has so much potential and we’d love to enjoy it again like we used to.
