The best restaurants in Warminster East Wiltshire South West

Tried a takeaway from the very famous Agra and honestly, it wasn’t great. The Tandoori Mixed Grill was okay. The chicken tikka and tandoori pieces were decent, but the beef was really chewy and the lamb seekh kebab was dry. The whole thing was swimming in oil, which made it a bit much. The Chicken Tikka Biryani was quite disappointing. The chicken was dry, didn’t taste like tikka at all and the biryani itself felt pretty inauthentic. It even came with a veggie gravy, which I’ve never seen with a proper chicken tikka biryani. Tried the Creamy Chicken Pathia too, but it didn’t taste like a real pathia.. just felt off and lacked the usual punchy flavour. They did throw in a couple of complimentary papadoms, which was a nice touch, but overall, the food just didn’t hit the mark.

Visited for a family meal (including young children). The food was excellent and so was the service. And the bill came to a lot less than we were expecting. Thank you Kesar for your food and hospitality. Would very much recommend.

As always fantastic service from Richard and his team. Friendly and always service with a smile. By far the best coffee shop in the town centre. The food is always nice and fresh. We love the choice of cakes too 😋

Our favourite place to relax with a hot drink and a pastry, lots of options available for every appetite along with beverage selections. Dog friendly setting with plenty of seating, always spotless & staff are quick to clear up tables ready for the next customers. Star of the show today was Jasmine, service with a smile, gave great advice on the food & drinks menu and looked after us very well 👌 Highly recommend

Very disappointed as last time we visited the food was very good , today's food was very disappointing, food was undercooked and greasy , knifes and forks were dirty the whole place looked like it needed a good clean , doubt if we will be visiting again

Just ordered takeaway - naan was burnt and inedible. Samosas were stale and popadom dips were warm and tasted off. Avoid.

I love this place. We are visiting Warminster to scope out for moving here and this restaurant has tipped the balance, I must return. We had corn fritters and tempura veg to share between 4, plenty. The I had pad thai, others had chicken red curry, and one had sea bass with roasted veg. All were super tasty. Good beer selection and j had a nice glass of wine. Head here if you like good Thai food with great drinks and all set in a perfect pub!

Had a Diavola and a Prosciutto e Funghi pizza delivered on a Friday evening. Pizzas arrived quickly and piping hot. Great quality ingredients and fantastic flavour. Will definitely order again

its been 2 hours, food so called out for delivery nearly an hour ago. asked for update. no reply. have rang 6 times no answer. now i have to wait a minimum of 2 days for just eat to even reply to get a refund. avoid at all costs.

Staying here for three nights Cracking hotel, young lady on reception couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. First night I had the best Thai sweet and sour chicken that I’ve probably ever had. Room warm, clean and cleaned daily. The lovely man in charge of breakfast was really helpful re the location especially. Breakfast set us up for the day. We would definitely come here again Place full of history and only eight minutes from Longleat safari park
