Our favourite place to relax with a hot drink and a pastry, lots of options available for every appetite along with beverage selections. Dog friendly setting with plenty of seating, always spotless & staff are quick to clear up tables ready for the next customers. Star of the show today was Jasmine, service with a smile, gave great advice on the food & drinks menu and looked after us very well 👌 Highly recommend

My friend & I ,were on a day trip from weston super mare somerset.mystery tour ,infact .we happened to stop off in coffee #one, in warminster We had lovely coffee & cake. So relaxing where we sat . The staff were very plesent, & had a smile for us. It wasn't too long before I realised I had left my designer sun glasses behind.By now were far up the road heading to Devizes, I rang the coffee shop & spoke to a lovely man who happened to be the manager Richard. My glasses had been handed in. Today 22nd July, The post man brought me my sunglasses all packed up postage paid. Can not thank that lovely manager enough.He is a credit to his company. So if you happen to be in Warminster,at any time please do go in & have a lovely coffee atmosphere was lovely too. I certainly will be going back when I am that way. One happy customer. Happy days

Usual nice quirky decor and coffee was ok, what was a bit disappointing was the portion of white chocolate and raspberry roulade for the price which I think was £4.25, it tasted very nice but was not worth the price for its size

Turned up early on a Sunday morning,had a flat white which was ok and a slice of cheese cake style cake which appeared to be dry with age The restaurant was dirty with food on floor and was not just from the morning And the seats are disgusting Been to many coffee# 1 and this store disappointed Come on coffee#1 you’ve developed a business that oozed passion

Been coming here for years. Best coffee one I've been to and I've been to many. Always the same. Best service, best coffee and place is always spotlessly clean. Give the manager a raise.

While on holiday came here for coffee, as we did in Shaftesbury. Lovely decor and atmosphere. Had delicious coffee. Was very comfortable. Welkl done

Often visit with friends & often found the gentleman in there to be very off hand. Today he was patrionising & I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I’m 10 yrs old. If I wanted a dark blend coffee for 30p extra I wud ask for it. He asked I said no but seemingly I was charged for it anyhow. When I questioned this I was told it was for the smooth blend… hmmm. So on 2 coffees 60p. But if I wanted a refund it wasn’t a problem! I declined as in a huge queue & he was drawing attention to the fact I was complaining. Apparently not an isolated incident I’ve since been told. Bet this coffee shops profits are inflated if that keeps happening. I won’t be returning which is a shame cuz girls in there nice & helpful.

I can understand why this place is so popular with a queue waiting for it to open. Really enjoyed the porridge with blueberries, seeds and maple syrup and the coffee is excellent.

I visit Coffee1 on a regular basis. Today has been my best experience in the past 2 years I have been going to Coffee1. A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO GEMMA, who asked which type of coffee bean I would like, as well asgoing through the plant based milks for me. She gave me service with a smile which I've never had before either. The gentleman and other lady are both very rude. Thank you Gemma 😊

Have popped in for a brief coffee, friendly staff, alot of coffee ranges to choose from, coffee tastes great. Cafe atmosphere, seating is a bit tight, but then its normal for this franchise.

Because of no food being available at our hotel we had to look elsewhere for breakfast. The Coffee 1 cafe was just across the road from the hotel. Superb food and coffee, friendly service and the choice of cakes was absolutely breathtaking. Thoroughly recommend it

Have been a loyal Coffee#1 customer for many years having found them very good. The coffee here was awful though - a blindfold test would have revealed no coffee taste, just strange hot water. Cakes were expensive but totally bland also.

Love this place to pop in with colleagues whilst working. Staff are always very helpful here with clean toilets too.

I can always get a great coffee here and the staff are always friendly with a good atmosphere. Covid rules are in place

Me an a few older friends have made this coffee shop our favourite place for a catch up and a natter four times a week for the past few years however.......the attitude of the little blonde tyrant, the manager, I think, means we we won't be back......a few days ago three of us sat down for our usual coffee and cake shooting the breeze. Out of nowhere a Little Hitler appeared and demanded to know if us three blokes lived in the same household "bubble". When we said no but we had been meeting there for years she ignored us and insisted we sit at separate tables....now like most people I am not a hundred per cent sure of the latest rules from our beloved government but we were appalled by the the way this girl spoke to us. We finished our coffee and cleared off.....a shame because overall it's a nice place, a bit pricey but the staff are usually friendly enough....except for this particular one.

SO delighted coffee 1 was open yesterday .me and my daughter had just done a car boot .make good money .went into coffee 1 .ordered but as neither of us had bank cards on us , we couldn't have anything .My daughter asked to see the manager but he said no .the assistant just rubbed her hands together when we asked why .as if cash was the dirtiest thing ever! shame coffee 1 we are or were regulars.won't be hurrying back .sallyann

This was our first visit to Coffee #1 in Warminster and were pleased to discover that the coffee was as good as we’ve had in other Coffee #1 branches in other towns. Definitely our first choice compared to other high street coffee chains.

Always get a good cup of coffee in a friendly relaxed place! Very comfortable and always feel at home!

Lovely smooth coffee & tasty flapjack. Good staff & great atmosphere. Only downside some of the sofas & chairs need a refurbishment.

3 cubes of ice doesn’t make it an iced latter. Think the ice queen who served me with attitude must have eating the rest of the ice.

Stopped for coffee today as always excellent tea and coffee and lovely choice of cakes +gluten free,panninis,scones,tea cakes etc lovely relaxed ambiance, offers a loyalty card system as well will definitely be going back and toilets available . First class please visit.

Lovely coffee, but the biggest and best tea cake, I’ve ever tried. Welsh cakes are first class. Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Welcoming counter staff, gorgeous cakes, all very tempting. I had a lovely (not at all bitter! ) Americano with a toasted chickpea curried sourdough sandwich which was so yummy and a cookies and cream cheesecake which was divine! The Three Mint loose leaf tea was beautiful too. I happily sat here a couple of hours. Lovely seating, quirky and a lived in feel of warmth. A great space and experience. Definitely be back! Has something for everyone and even soups too. The tea cakes were massive!! And so too were the almond croissants - never seen so big!

Driving through Warminster one could be forgiven for thinking the place is run down. An excess of charity shops, and places selling cheap wares would easily lead one to such a conclusion. However if you avoid the ever present large chain coffee place over the road and step in here, you'll discover there is actually one or two nice places left in Warminster. The decor is reasonably up to date without coming across as pretentious. And the tables actually get cleared. The only thing letting the place down a touch is the graffiti around the brick fireplace. It's not offensive in any way, just makes the place look a bit like it's been vandalised. If you're not sure what to have, try the deluxe white hot chocolate. It's amazing. Definitely worth stopping here for.

Great service with great coffee and chocolate praline brownies are to die for. Stopped off for a quick boost while shopping, this is so much better than the Costa over the road :)

We go to coffee 1 every week 2 or 3 times a week usually after the gym. It's a great place to relax with friendly staff great coffee and a fab selection of sandwiches cakes and much more. This coffee house beats the other high street coffee chains hands down everytime in everyway. Go give it a try.

Spent the afternoon in Coffee#1 in Warminster with some colleagues. The drinks and food were both good, as was the setting - ideal whether you are visiting to chat to friends or get some studying done. The service was efficient, but the staff seemed a little sedate.

Stopped here for a quick coffee and cake on our way through Warminster. Seemed very busy and popular with the locals. Pleasant seating area and a good choice of hot drinks, cakes and sandwiches.

Over half an hour from ordering a pannini to getting it, and we had to go back and remind them of the rest of our order, which they hadn't even put in to heat. Hopefully this is the Sunday B team.

This coffee bar is quite spacious inside, with a couple of tables on the pavement. The layout is eclectic with a interesting range of furniture. It has photos and notice boards on the walls that add to the mix. The coffee range is typical of many coffee bars, so that aspect is not as distinctive. Polite service.

We came here for elevenses. The café was extremely busy, but the staff were efficient and pleasant, and though we had to queue, it wasn't for long. Luckily we were able to find a table, though most of the tables were full. Our hot chocolate was excellent, rich and delicious, and we only had the 'regular'. The luxury hot chocolate must be absolutely marvellous! We would certainly come again if in the area to this café which serves such delicious coffees and other drinks.

It's the first time I have come across this chain, and I will look out for them in future. The Warminster branch is clean and comfortable, with pleasant staff and nice coffee. there is a selection of snacks and my turkey and stuffing ciabatta was really tasty. It has an independent feel to it despite being one of a chain, and is a great alternative to better known brands.

We have visited this cafe on a number of occasions. The cafe is busy and the service is good. The range of food is varied and I particularly enjoyed the bacon sandwich, made with tasty bacon.Although this is cafe is part of a chain mainly around the south of England, it has the feel of an independent coffee shop.

Coffee#1 in Warminster is great - the coffee is superb (as is the hot chocolate!) and friendly staff. Comfortable lounge chairs as well as the usual café-type seating - good atmosphere too! Recommend

This coffee shop is part of a chain but it has a lovely local feel to it. Cosy arm chairs and creative decor make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The coffee is really nice and they have a great selection of novel hot and cold drinks. The bounty hot chocolate is particularly good. Definitely try their cakes, they do some great occasion snacks. The pumpkin brownie for Halloween is delicious and you can't go wrong with a slice of their carrot cake!

A bit dark and gloomy on the non sunny side of town, but everything else is good about it. Very popular, great place to meet friends! Just need to put a high aesthetic window behind the counter to let more light in

Rather than popping into the Costa Coffee across the road, I was intrigued by the look of Coffee#1. I am so happy that I did, the coffee and almond croissant were delicious. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. There was no issue with seating and it was great to read the quotes on the walls and check out the books on the bookshelves. If you get a chance, definitely stop here!

Visited with family and we're pleasantly surprised. Drinks and food is all delicious and the staff very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

This rival to costa only just manages it. They have put alot of effort into mismatching the furniture and providing comfortable armchairs that most would discard from their homes. At 11.00hrs it is not busy.The cake and tea are rather nice.

I stopped for breakfast at Coffee #1 with my family. The staff were friendly and worked quickly to serve all six of us.The coffee was surprisingly good for a small town, it appears the pride themselves on serving good coffee.The breakfast was also great, I had a sausage sandwich which was tasty and presented nicely.

I went in with a friend & ordered paninis for lunch, they took 20 mins to be heated & that was only because I reminded them! They brought it over & made no apology in which case I'd have understood but also said to us that they're very crispy but still put them down for us! anyway! I also ordered a cake to take home for my partner who has a nut allergy, I enquired whether it had nuts in it, they all said no but it's prepared in an environment where there are nuts which is fine - when I got home, it had large nut pieces in it! Lucky my partner spat it out & is not affected unless swallowed.

I went a while back with family. It's far too expensive but not as much as costa/starbucks, yet the visit was marred by burnt milk in the coffee. Yes, we could have complained but my dear old mum did not like to. Hoping it was a one off event...It was chocker with people.

We've called in here several times and have enjoyed their tea and coffee (lattes aren't anything special though).A good selection of reasonably priced cakes too.

We dropped in today after my wife recommended it. Coffee was great with a choice of in house blend or Columbian. Nice range of sandwiches paninis cakes etc. My wife thoroughly recommends the breakfast. Loverly inside and better than the well known chain coffe shop on the other side of the road.

Coffee here is proper coffee!! The atmosphere is warm and cosy without being too cramped. The pastries are delicious. I have never had a bad experience here,,,,,,,,,,,

Excellent coffee in a warm, buzzing environment. I loved being able to have porridge at any time of the day, and with flexible toppings! The other food offerings looked and smelt good, and my husband had no complaints with his choices!

Always a great place for a good choice of teas and coffees. Cakes, sandwiches and rolls are always good value, all served by friendly staff in pleasant surroundings.

Really like this coffee shop chain, feels more relaxed and comfortable than a Starbucks/Costa. Lots of comfy seating and a really tasty banana/yoghurt/granola dessert they make up for you fresh.

Always go in here when meeting friends. From the lovely coffee and smoothies I can't fault it.The Almond croissants are to die for. Yummy.The toasted tea cakes as big as a tea plate served with butter and jam.Don't hesitate go visit but wear elastic acted skirts or trousers. Those croissants are worth it.

Although part of a chain it doesn't feel like it. Lots of different areas to sit and enjoy an excellent coffee, areas for reading with loads of books, newspapers and magazines, comfy chairs and sofas, things to keep the children amused and a few tables outside for when the weather is fine. Lovely cakes and pastries, try the Portuguese custard tarts, delicious, as well as a range of hot and cold snacks. Everything is available to take away too. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My boyfriend and I love going to Coffee #1. A great variety of drinks and snacks to choose from and staff are always friendly. We like that it feels like an independent coffee shop (but is obviously a franchise with another shop in Trowbridge).A great place to go to relax or catch up with a friend. Coffee#1 is an outstanding shop for all your mid-day tea times. This place serves a special place in my heart, because this is the place where I took my girlfriend to our first date together. The staff may seem rushed, though it makes sense due to how popular this place is at times; though I could genuinely see that the waitress serving us was trying to be nice. It's a shame that people still bother going to Costa across the road, because this place sets Costa to the ground. Even the packed sandwiches are tasteful and go well with some of their hand-served coffees.

Warminster has quite a few coffee outlets and it was a shame we didn't get to try them all! I hadn't been to a Coffee #1 coffeehouse before but I'm pleased to say that this one didn't feel like a chain coffee experience at all. There was a good selection of drinks and snacks including some more healthy options. The service was really friendly and the coffee tasted great. You have a variety of seating options with plenty of space to catch up and relax.

The coffee is great and the food is equally good. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. The toasted teacakes are plate sized. The decor is calming and in the summer you can sit on the pavement.

We have lived in Westbury for 1.5 years and quite soon into moving here found this little gem. Not only are the staff really nice and friendly, the coffee better than any of the other leading brands and their cakes delicious, the cafe itself is a lovely place to go and chill out in. When we are at home umming and aahing of where to go that day, Coffee#1 is often top of the list!! I travel a lot with work and my only other wish is for Coffee#1 to be available in our major cities as their coffee is so much nicer :-) :-)

We went in here for coffee whilst in Warminister. The staff are friendly and had a good laugh with us whilst making the coffee. Reasonable prices and will do anything a chain would do, but they do it with with personality.
