always a destination when I'm passing by. the breads are simply amazing, and I strongly recommend the savory pastries.

Bueno, esa es la última vez que voy a Reeve en Amesbury. £ 6 por un rollo de tocino, que se vuelve a calentar en el microondas es ridículo. Miré los precios mientras esperaba, y hay un precio de comer y quitar. Está bien, pero la diferencia de precio no es uniforme en artículos similares. Un donut era 65 p. más para comer, otro era 85 p. para comer. Entiendo que los precios han subido en la mayoría de las cosas, pero el margen en Reeve apesta a acaparamiento de dinero. Voy a seguir con Burbidges en Andover; mucho mejor y mucho más barato.

Esperé en la fila para mi turno y la persona detrás de mí fue servida primero. El pastel de queso y cebolla estaba demasiado cocido pero servido frío; ni de lejos tan fantástico como el que tuve en Reeves, Devizes hace unas semanas. También pedí una ciabatta de ensalada de jamón a la que me pidieron "con o sin ensalada de col". Elegí la opción sin ya que mientras me gusta la ensalada de col (casera) , quería disfrutar del sabor desnudo del jamón Wiltshire combinado con una simple ensalada, rollito y mantequilla. Sin embargo, una vez que volví a la oficina, descubrí que me había dado el equivocado. Lo comí, pero no disfruté de la sobrecarga de sabores, no pude saborear el jamón y la salchicha estaba en el mejor de los casos, promedio. Ni siquiera me ha sonreído: ( Una comida bastante decepcionante por £ 7. 55 . He tenido mejores ofertas de comida y servicio en Tesco. ¡No volveré muy pronto!

Viajó desde Manchester para visitar a la familia. Este panadero fue recomendado para el desayuno muffin, etc. Pedí un sándwich de tocino y huevo, la señora en particular que servía sin rodeos dijo “no hagas huevo”, era algo del bosquejo de Peter Kay, ¡no hagas guisantes! ¡Ningún tipo de modales, no irán allí de nuevo! Había una clara falta de por favor y gracias con este individuo, tal vez un curso de atención al cliente puede ayudar, ya que las primeras impresiones positivas son una necesidad y tristemente la primera impresión aquí fue uno de los lugares miserables que es este!

I am rating Reeves based on their yummy seeded sourdough bread. It is delicious. We travel from the Shropshire area to Wiltshire to buy it in bulk on occasion because it is the best and worth the money. It's a shame Reeves aren't opening a shop these neck of the woods. The staff at the Larkhill branch are very friendly and accommodating, we phone through our order and they always have enough to fulfill our request.

Food looked very appetising. Food cost extra £1 each if eaten inside place. We bought a Wiltshire pastie and a steak bake. Both appeared to be highly peppered gravy with no other filling (sorry, I found three pieces of steak in my steak bake but friend didn't even find a piece of potato in hers). It was so watery it leaked out all down my clothes, and it was so peppery we couldnt finish them. We also ordered two cheese straws which were good.

Best coffee in the area served by lovely staff with an amazing choice of cakes, savoury bakes, sandwiches and breads. Best hot cross buns I've ever had. A go to destination for me and my friends. Highly recommended

The chocolate brownies here are amazing. I'm sure they must contain cocaine as I can't stop buying them!

Called in after walking the Avon water meadows, and had coffees and cream scones. Both drinks and scones were excellent. They did not have plain scones, which we prefer, but the fruit scones were an acceptable alternative. Service was fast and polite. We would both wholeheartedly recommend this place.

This was a nice bakery that we stopped in for dessert. The staff was nice, the pastries were delicious, and the atmosphere was quaint. Would recommend for some good pastries. Thank You, Reeve the Baker!

My family and I love this bakery - we come here often to get bread and a little treat. Staff are great and the bread is to die for!

I walked in yawning and not knowing what I wanted...the staff are so friendly. Before I knew it a lovely lady had a cappuccino in my hand and talked me through her go to breakfast items. P.s the bacon and cheese puffs are to die for. Add in a cheeky apple Danish and you're set for a fantastic day! @life.with.lissa

Excellent quality cakes and hot snacks, if you have time eat in, if not grab and go. Lovely staff and amazing food!

The sandwiches were okay just lacking in filling, we ate in and expected the crisps and salad as shown in the pictures (and to justify the inflated increased cost, which is more than just VAT) but that wasn't provided - so a little disappointed. Also the filled doughnuts (at least the custard one) are cut in half and more like a doughnut custard sandwich - maybe just different but felt wrong!

Lovely friendly staff, great assortment of pies pasties sandwiches rolls & lots more. Their cakes are lovely with a very wide choice. Collect a stamp on each coffee, when enough stamps you get a Freeby coffee.

Good selection of sweet pastries, cakes and cookies, as well as savory items such as quiches, pies and breads. The chicken and mushroom pie had a buttery, flaky crust, however the flavor lacked in taste and it was not very hot when served. The bacon quiche was cold despite asking them to make it hot and the filling was nothing special. Their Bakewell tart was delicious, very nutty and soft! The traditional short bread was crisp, buttery and melted in the mouth.

Gotta say every time I go in here it's on the ball. Great food at a good price. When you consider that our only other dedicated bakers in town are a ropey Greggs drive through, this place is always going to win. Great quality, great choice and selection. Winner every time.

We try and drive over to Amesbury every Sunday to pop into Reeves for a latte and something either sweet or savoury. Their cheese straws are awesome. We always sit in their cafe area and always have a chat with other customers doing the same thing.

Set in the main street, this well presented bakery has a cafe area attached has a fantastic selection of sweet & savoury goods, all of which were tempting. The service was friendly, the coffee good and the cafe area comfortable. Well worth a visit.

Super friendly staff, fantastic bacon rolls at breakfast and nice homemade pizza at lunchtime too. Also really good pastries can really recommend. One not to miss!

Today we purchase a sourdough cheese and tomatoe sandwich plus a brie and tomatoe croissant which cost £8.80 when we got it home it had no butter about a teaspoon of cheese it was tasteless most of it went into the bin come on Reeves you are cutting down but it shouldn't be at our expense very poor we will not buy again

Lovely bakery / cafe. A huge selection of baked goods from sandwiches and pies to cakes and pastries, all freshly made. They also have hot drinks to takeaway or you can sit in their cafe area. Excellent

Only stopped by in this little town for some food next door and stopped here on the way out and had an amazing biscoff donut. £2.20 and was generous size and tasted great. Friendly staff too and loads of options.

Amazing food! Everything they sell is so delicious and they have a little seating area to enjoy a coffee and some lunch - my favourite bakery, and the seeded sourdough loaf is out of this world tasty!

Called in for a quick lunch. Attractive range of savoury and sweet bakes on offer, plus wide range of drinks. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate at a nice table to the side of the bakery. Good value, good service, job. done. We would not hesitate to return.

Lovely pastries and food however one staff member has been very abrupt and rude on multiple occasions which isn’t really necessary. Shame, as its a lovely little bakery but can’t believe how rudely I was spoken to.

Lovely food, kind staff. Stopped off in Amesbury on way along A303 for a tea, home-made sandwich, cakes and juices! Excellent quality. Will stop again: seating out on street or inside & clean toilet. Exactly what we were looking for a long trip.

How long until this great business is destroyed, like literally EVERYTHING else, by control freak hedge funds? Beware of hostile takeover and cheating, lying banks...

Great staff, great foods, recommend!

Always lovely bread, cakes, sandwiches etc to buy plus there is a small 'dining' area where you can have a coffee and sample a cake or two. One or two tables outside on pavement for those who like to brave the weather.

Food was decent, bread is usually very nice. But it's very overpriced. A breakfast roll, 1 bit of re heated bacon with 2 sausages again re heated cost 3.75 then added another rasher of bacon put it over 4 quid. Over priced and pushy staff but nice food. Coffee wasn't available either. Go expecting good food but you'll spend over a tenner for a cold drink a coffee and a pastry...

Really unhappy staff not going in again

We popped in here on our way back home, nicer to stop in a lovely village than awful services! The place is situated right on the High Street, nice and easy to find. Once in side is were the problem starts...in a GOOD way, what to have! A mouth watering selection awaits. Our food was filling and tasty.

Good honest bakery with great baked goods, sandwiches, pasties, and coffees. There is a line out the door and for good reason. They offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Not child friendly at all - staff asked me to leave when I tried to enter holding my young child. A pity, because Reeves was a staple of my childhood but it seems it will be so no longer.

Very rude staff and not child friendly at all. I went to enter to get some lunch for myself and my young daughter as a treat, only to be rudely asked to leave as there were 'too many people' in the shop. The occupancy limit was three and there were two other people in the shop. I'm not quite sure what they expected me to do with my daughter - perhaps I was supposed to leave a one-year-old outside alone on a busy main road? A pity, because the food is usually very good. Overpriced, but good.

Always go to Reeve bakery for my seeded sourdough bread. It is absolutely yummy. Staff members are friendly and welcoming.

Called to Reeve the Baker for a takeaway sandwich and a belguim chocolate and nut brownie. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality plus a good choice of all types of bread pies cakes etc. Well worth a visit if you are anywhere near Amesbury. Brilliant 5 stars easy. Many Thanks Lee Maher.

I had a pizza slice from their wide selection of foods, Hands down one of the best lunch time snacks I have ever eaten, the taste was unworldly.

Staff were really rude, few of my friends have said the same thing too. However that being said, The baked goods are tasty and if you want to be treated poorly then this is the place for you.

Great shop good quality a bit expensive but nice food

Literally just walked in waited to be served asked if they had any carrot cake? To be told NO not even looking at me I was quite shocked as I thought wow what’s got her back up I just turned and walked out !

Good food and coffee where the staff are really helpful. They are always wanting to help especially those who require an extra service. I like it as it makes you feel welcomed specially in these COVID times.

Reeves is an absolutely magnificent bakery. Their bread is always soft and fluffy, the cakes and biscuits are tasty and their pastries (especially their sausage rolls) are heavenly. The prices are reasonable and the staff are *always* helpful!

Always wonderful. Get there early to have the best choice of cakes, pasties and so much more. Oh and the bread....yum.

I absolutely love going into Reeve’s for baked goods (usually gingerbread men) and they never fail to disappoint. Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious and has fulfilled my sweet tooth cravings! Definitely worth going for a quick fix of whatever takes your fancy.

We arrived in a group of 15 to a cosy inn after our visit at Stonehenge- Reeve the Baker. We ordered ham and cheese sandwich, jacket potatoes with baked beans and cheese, tuna mayonnaise, cream bun laced with caramel sauce, caramel biscuit, coffee and tea. Of special mention were the cheese in the sandwich - tangy, fresh literally unprocessed - we were told the cheese was around the local area. The sour dough was crusty, the jackets of the roast potatoes were charred and crispy. Service was immaculate and we enjoyed our lunch throughly..

Yuk. I was told to try a Wiltshire lardy cake it was awful not my choice of cake. Gave it to my son who demolished it. Tasted like my wife's roast potatoes. Mind you there nice lol. Lard and cakes no no no. I prefer a Danish pastry from reeves. They are lovely so are the donuts. Friendly staff. A bit overpriced compared to Gregg's.

We parked in the parking and my other half said go into the bakery and he would catch up with us... OMG...walked out with bread for a week and almond & raspberry tarts... After lunch we stopped again and came home with a assortment of treats... All aproved by friends from Spain. .. Thank you for excellent customer service and all the treats......

Fresh bread and pastries made in near by Wilton . Artisan bread and cakes small cafe but nice and friendly would recommend coming here if you are not from the area

The soda bread made by this baker is super, it lasts a week so that I get a delicious slice whenever I want. I think everyone should know about them and go inside to see what they have to offer.

I have not visited reeves for a while and I was very pleased when I had coffee there today to see Anne still in the restaurant.She is calm and considerate to the customers and would make a good training person to the new staff.The coffee is ok

A lovely bakers shop with a small cafe. Good selection of cakes and pastries. A few seats outside but on a busy street. toilet inside not sure about dogs.

I visited this particular bakery Tuesday 28th May 2019. I purchased a Chicken Salad Brown Roll and to follow a Chocolate and Hazlenut Brownie. A good selection of food and any sandwich made in store for you while you wait. If you try only one product then go for the Chocolate and Hazlenut Brownie. Out of this world. Well worth a visit. Cycled up here from Salisbury great route it's good to find a great cake shop in England, after eating cakes all over Europe this one takes the biscuit well done great food.

A great new line of sandwiches made with Sourdough bread, a speciality of Reeve's. Cheese straws, (oh yum) and other pastries, cakes, biscuits, sandwiches, rolls and on and on. Nice little cafe when you can get a hot snack as well as sandwich, jackets and cakes. Recommend!

We stopped off in Amesbury on route along the A303 & plumped forvthis little cafe/bakery. Staff were friendly & helpful, the selection of pastries & cakes was plentiful & prices were reasonable. We had coffee & cake/toasted tea cake.

We arrived in Amesbury at 815am on the way to visit Stonehenge. Choosing just one or two breakfast treats from the vast array of freshly baked cakes and pasties was a tough call. The local staff were friendly and welcoming, serving us with care and a charming local flavour. We were thrilled to have found such a culinary gem and will return.

Delicious and decent price. I'll definitely recommend this place.

We love their Multiseed bread-almost live on it ( makes wonderful Cheese and Tomato sandwiches). Grandchildren scoff the White farmhouse.

Wonderful selection of baked goodies from everyday bread to speciality loaf. Lots of sweet and savoury options difficult to choose as they all looked wonderful.

Personally, I love Reeve the bakers. Wonderful breads, tasty made up rolls and baguettes, naughty but nice cakes, plenty variety, staff are always cheerful and friendly...being on a healthy eating/diet at the moment...I am positively pining for a trip here. Love it and the other branches that are local to us too. I'd be surprised if you were disappointed by their fayre.

Every time I pass through Amesbury whatever the time or weather I ALWAYS stop to grab something from reeves as it is THE best thing to find in Amesbury. Even Stonehenge doesn't beat it!

The food here is delicious and very well presented. Two stars because Ive twice now had serious issues in as many weeks. First time i found something missing from my order (which wasn't cheap either). Second time i ended up with a meat pasty as a vegetarian and didnt know until id got home and bitten into it (totally inexcusable - what if i had allergies?). Please fix these problems as this is a lovely place and i feel like i can't trust the staff to get it right at the moment.
