This was the best takeaway we have had in a very long time we had the diner kebhab chicken wings cheesy garlic bread chips and chicken doner the chicken pizzas were massive in the chicken kebhab and full of flavour everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavour made even better by tje homemade pitta bread the cheesy garlic bread was so cheesy and lovely and the delivery driver was also so lovely ten out of ten now our favourite takeaway

Good food fresh and hot cooked to order. Pizza is lovely the dough is nice and light doesn’t leave you feeling bloated. Proper chip shop chips Definitely recommend

Order large fish had 2 separate pieces of fish no way was it cooked as one piece also chips were soggy and mashed up

Was missing an item from my order, I phoned the company up as soon as I received my order to notice an item was missing and they told me they would sort it and that they was busy, I can understand being busy due to being a Friday night and not many people wanting to cook after a long day at work etc..

The food hear is lovely the staff offer great service and the kofta and rice is spot on filled with amazing flavour

As other people have said the portions really are huge. I got medium cod n chips n it looked like a large to me. One side was chewy but the other side really nice. Battered sausage was amazing. Bit too much salt for me but not their fault.

First time ordering from here will definitely order again the food was amazing the portion sizes were also amazing one of the best fish and chips around.

The food was great and we received a garlic pizza bread on the house, both this and the Pepperoni pizza were super delicious. My husband had the nacho cheese burger and he said it was his new favourite burger. He loved it so much, he wanted another.

unfortunately first time with poor experience. food arrived on time but it was the wrong order. had to ring 5 times before I could get through to the restaurant, I was told 'they would sort it' and was hung up on. it's been a further 2 hours and we've not recieved the correct order or a follow up call. I would like our order refunded please, we did not eat the order that was delivered to us out of courtesy for another customer who was likely waiting for it and it is now cold.

Terrible. Late and freezing cold. The curry sauce had a strange chemical taste. Truly awful, I would give zero stars if I could.

Food got delivered over an our late, when the food finally arrived it was an absolute mess, the food was leaking throughout the boxes and most food was inedible.

Once again, this place seriously delivers. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and utterly genuine. The delivery was late and Just Eat claimed the food had been "delivered" This was frustrating, through no fault of the restaurant. Regardless, the restaurant compensated for Just Eat's error and we will certainly continue to use this excellent restaurant.

Typically excellent food: great quality, quantity and reasonably priced. Just Eat delivery was poor: very delayed yet app suggested that it was successfully delivered half an hour before it actually was. Restaurant adapted and apologised for Just Eat failure. We'll remain customers due to the great food and adaptable service.

Bless them coming out to Tytherington 9ish at night. Others found the food greasy & couldn't eat it. I ate My Veggie burger & chips were ok.

2 Cod 2 Chips. The chips were oiley and limp, the fish was also very oiley, 1piece was ok but the other piece was not freshly cooked very dry and tasteless. I will not be ordering from here again.

Food was nice and hot and plenty of it. Thank you for the garlic bread on the house. Wasn’t until now that I realised that the Pepsi wasn’t with the order but the garlic bread made up for it. Will definitely be ordering again

Amazing fish and chips great lads in the shop

Having a good nearby fish and chip shop is kind of a must for most people in the UK. This one is decent enough, meets that requirement but isn't exceptional. It's a small place if you visit, with often 1 young lady serving and multiple men behind cooking. The portions are large and satisfying if quantity is your thing. Chips are decent, not too dry and not too greasy. Curry sauce is mild. Fish can be a bit a hit and miss. Sometimes seems to be more batter than anything else and a bit bland. Service is fast though and food well packed. We are always content with our food but never really wowed.

Just good fish and chips! Cooks everything to order, doesn't make it and leave it in the warmer. Update February 2024: Place has had a bit of a refresh: new layout, new menu. Menu has expanded to include stuff like pizzas and kebabs, and the burger menu has grown considerably. Had a pretty good burger from there tonight; the chips were, as always, really good.

Possibly the worst chips I’ve ever had from a chippy. Dry, chewy, overcooked, soft, and looked like they’d been fried the day before.

Orders food while up on holiday the burgers are honestly out of this would the flavour is just mind blowing i have had a few in my time and would have to say have never had one with so much flavour and it just slaps the nacho burger is definitely one for the win. Food delivery was faster then expected food was still hot

Delivery driver went to wrong house. Called me to ask me to come and fetch my food. As he was outside my door. Which he was not. Told him I had paid for delivery and told him the number he should be at. Then when he did come to my door proceeded to argue with me saying I had given the wrong house number. So check and I had given the correct house number. Rang to complain regarding the customer service. Guy on the phone was saying the wrong address. Asked to speak to manager whom was not very helpful

Ordered food, they kept on changing the delivery time, no option to cancel the order. When the food arrived the curry sauce had leaked over the food. With an autistic child she wouldn’t eat any of it so we ended up throwing it in the bin. Also no option to contact anyone.

Your food is great, the delivery driver is amazing so polite it’s just I called up to ask where my food was I was told 15 minutes and it ended up being 40

First time ordering from here. We had a call to say that the food would be later than expected as they were very busy and they apologised. We were happy with this as they took the time to call. Food turned up and delivery driver apologised again and gave us a free item as a goodwill gesture! All the food we ordered was lovely. Fresh and not greasy at all. Decided to try eating here as I was unwell and wanted a treat. Disappointed with how late it was. Pinned my house on just eat and driver went to wrong house. Eventually got food and it was tepid warm inc the scampi & chicken. The only thing that was ok in heat were the chips. Food ok, partner said his burger was nice. I think the £30 min order and £5 delivery is high but decided to treat my family. It was so late I'd gone past eating by time it arrived.

Ordered online, collected instore which was difficult the name is different to the website which added confusion. The chips were OK, ordered the chicken salad box with yoghurt and bread. I was disappointed with the amount of chicken it was basically half a breast cut into 4 pieces. Salad was lettuce a few 🌶 and a slice of cucumber. Bread was good. Personally I didn't feel it was worth the money.

Food arrived five minutes before estimation and the fact that it came from Warminster to Frome and it was still hot is nothing short of amazing. Quality was stellar and delivery guy nice and polite. 10/10 would order and will order again!

Although the food was a little late it was not a problem . The fish was absolutely delicious, what I would call proper cod. Would always come to the Royal Fish bar for a fish and chip supper again. Well done.

Not only was it late it was missing 2 items that was for the kids and was told it would be at least 30 mins until I received these items , poor service poor delivery time, WILL NOT USE THESE AGAIN

Went to completely the wrong address over 15 minutes away as they didn’t follow the post code given. Food was therefore lukewarm. Restaurant offered to recook and redeliver at no extra cost…as they should as paid £ for delivery! No refund offered just food as replacement. Have food packaged to return when new food arrives…hoping it’s soon as super hungry after ordering over an hour & a half ago! Won’t be using JustEat for this takeaway again. Overall disappointed.

Mediocre fish and chips at best, dry chips and batter on fish was poor. Scampi was cold. Delivery took over an hour and delivery instructions weren’t followed. Will try somewhere else next time!

Food was great, delivery was a bit late but they gave me a cheesy garlic bread to make up for it which was really nice of them. All in all a great service, thanks!
