My wife and myself entered Nagas at 1.10 pm today expecting to be able to have a meal. Two tables were already occupied. We were met by a member of staff who said we could not have a meal because they were closing at 1.45 pm. Upon returning home ai checked Nagas opening time for today . It states 2. 30 pm. This would have given us enough time to have a lunch. Therefore, do they not want business or not ? Obviously the latter.

Having eaten at Naga's in the past and ordered takeaways we knew the food was good. It was equally good last night. Unfortunately the one waiter we had was incredibly rude and abrupt , so much so that initially we thought it was a parody. As a one off it was strangely funny and certainly led to a memorable evening but we will never go back for a meal again if he is on shift. If you like your waiter to be devoid of an ounce of politeness, grudgingly treat paying customers as an irritation, banging your plates down in front of you and barking at you to "sit" when your table is ready, then you are in for a treat. In summary, food excellent, entertainment value outstanding but service absolutely appalling.

Bland food with over- cooked starters. Rude staff who are only interested in how much drink they can sell you. No asking how the food was- which didn’t surprise me at all. Avoid this place.

The food was good. However we had booked got a late sitting. They accepted the booking but on arrival they seemed in a hurry to get us out. The even asked if they could bring our starters and main courses at the assume time. We had to say no, bring them separately as it would spoil the meal. Paid £90 for 3 people so we think the service could have been a little more thoughtful and not so rushed. The food was very good however. I’m not sure we will go back due to the poor welcome we received.

Came for the Sunday banquet and as usual the service and the food was excellent, we come here at least once a month. We don’t anywhere else for curry. The staff are so polite and friendly

We are staying locally as part of a weekend at Longleat. Our AirBnB had a takeaway leaflet so it seemed to be a good solution. We chose the set meal for 4. What a good choice. The food was good quality, very tasty and more than enough for the four of us. I would strongly recommend this for any visitors to this area

Very helpful friendly staff. Standard Bangladeshi fare but tasty and good standard. One off our group was Indian and a curry buff and she was quite happy with her meal.

Went there for a takeaway, trying to order and was ignored while they answered the phone, asked for half a tandoori chicken got two legs! Asked for madras got normal! I've been a good customer for years, totally disappointed with the quality of the food, food tasted old and not a lot of taste, won't be going there ever again! Totally waste of 53 pounds! And that's with the discount!

The best in town. Their Takeaway quality is excellent, every dish tastes different which sounds silly but its actually a big ask these days! Their meat samosa are warmly spiced and super crispy. The ostrich majadar is tender and fiery. Also the chicken dhansak and lamb hari mirchi are favourites of mine. Their garlic and jeera rice is good enough to eat on its own! Always look forward to a nagas!!!

Simply the best! Been to a lot of Indian restaurants in my many orbits of the sun and have to say that Naga's rates highly on my list. I am quite a fussy eater but I cannot make one bad comment about the food here. A vast menu with different flavours from the various regions, quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Attentive and friendly staff. Usually go on a lunchtime with my brother and although we usually book there is often no one else there. Been of an evening and the place is jumping! Well worth the 1 hour journey to get there!

This was about the sixth time of eating at Naga’s for my brother and I, and it didn’t disappoint. It seems to be a best kept secret that tables are available at lunchtime, as my brother and I usually have the place to ourselves between 12 noon and 2pm! On arrival there is always a warm and friendly greeting and attentive service is provided for the remainder of your stay. The menu is extensive and varied - the trouble is not so much about what to have, but what you need to miss out on, in the process of choosing what to have! Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are generous. A visit to Naga’s is highly recommended, or at the very least, order yourself a takeaway, you won’t regret it.

We ate here for the first time and were very disappointed. The food was nothing like Indian food as we know it, everything tasted sweet even though we only had savoury dishes. The speed at which it came out was a sign that things were precooked and the sauces we had on different dishes were exactly the same. The menu is very large and online is pages long. The owner was welcoming but his manner was odd and slightly arrogant. We will not be eating there again

I called last minute to book a table for 15! they accommodated and saved our night. :) They looked after us very well and the food was delicious. Thank you to all the team!

The front reception service is terrible went in to order a takeaway and was ridiculed for my accent and told my pronunciation is wrong for even my home town, sorry but this has nothing to do with food and is totally unacceptable. 🙏

We ate here last night for the first time but it won’t be the last! Best Indian we have found since moving to the area earlier this year. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and finished off with a drink on the house. See you again soon!

What can I say, This place is the tops and the Manager is a legend. We were introduced to this restaurant a few weeks ago and have since been 3 times and are visiting again this Friday. The staff are fantastic and the chef's amazing....

What a great find, great flavours served with friendly professional manner. My mother (82) was treated to her own personal curry so if you enjoy a subtle flavoured coconut/mango chicken dish just ask for the “Mum curry” We will be back!

Did get off to a great start, ordered a drink with no ice, got drink with ice and wrong size. Food was really nice but I can’t stand it when staff hoover around waiting for you to finish also they need to be aware of...

We get a regular takeaway from here and my favourite is a biriyani. Gluten free is not a problem and they always check for any other allergies like dairy just in case.

Living in a village it’s so hard to get a delivered takeaway. The naga pulled out the stops tonight and delivered us the hottest takeaway we have ever had delivered. The food is always delicious eating in or out. Highly recommended

A wedding anniversary during lockdown spent at home with another takeaway meal delivered by Nagas in Warminster. Starters, mains, rice and sides. Delicious as always. Intense flavours, tender meat and excellent portions. I cannot recommend Nagas highly enough. 5 star food and service.

Fantastic evening had by all! The food and service was awesome from the start, the staff always make you extremely welcome and take care of everything. This is our 3rd visit here as a group and we always leave well fed and pleasantly refreshed. Ordered a takeaway which took a while to arrive but the food was good and hot when we got it. Good portions and a very tasty Bryani with lots of flavour. Just one small thing, chicken pieces could have been a bit bigger. My wife loved her Jalfrezi. Will definitely order again.

Went to this restaurant while family visited and had one of the nicest Indian meals I’ve ever had, the food is absolutely fantastic. Really couldn’t fault the food or the service, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone got their food and was happy with it, would definitely go again and have recommended to my friends. Have even ordered food from just eat since and can’t fault that either.

We ordered a large order for collection at lunch time. The order was spot on and ready when we'd asked for it. Our welcome was warm and friendlyThe food was really delicious. We are normally hesitant to order takeaway as we feel it loses it's quality but if that's true in this case then I cant wait to try it 'eat in'My only problem is that I wont want to eat an Indian meal any where else now!

We had an excellent meal on Friday 14th February. The service and food were good and no sign of the manager/owner being drunk. He did his best to deal with very rude customers who made sure the whole restaurant were included in their rant. Up to the point when the bill arrived they had been laughing and joking and seemed to be enjoying their meal.

Enjoyed another Sunday Buffet at Nagas this week with some visitors. Great value and food always good. One of the party found it a bit too hot - we think they chose the wrong dish for them!

I have never had such rude and bad service than I had here on the 14th February for 7 of us for a friends birthday. We where waiting 45 minutes before we manager to get the attention of one of the waiters to order drinks to which they forgot the birthday girls wine which she ended up after about a hour from sitting down going and asking for it at the bar as they had forgotten it yet again. It took an hour and half to get someone to take our starters and mains order as they by the looks of it only the manager could take a food order due to a language barrier. 40 minutes later the starters came out to which two orders we had to chase up as they had been forgotten and all three onion bhaji’s were overcooked with no one checking on how the food was. Our dirty plates were left on the table for a good half an hour had finished them, after trying to print them to clear them by stacking them up they finally cleared them to bring out our mains shorty after which was around 40 minutes after receiving our starters the only part of the evening that was mildly acceptable. We then had to be asked to have the table cleared. Had to ask to have the birthday cake which we had dropped off earlier as it was a surprise for the birthday girl. After cutting the cake we where getting to the 4 hour point since being seated. We then asked for the bill and made the manager very politely aware about how long we had waited and they we most definitely expected something to be taken off our bill. Manager gives us the bill and asks if we would like a drink on the house we say no we have to go as some of the party had organised babysitters and we where already much later than expected. Looked at the bill no discount had been applied which we questioned and the manger took the bill away quiet promptly to come back with a 10% discount which for how long we waited was not acceptable. Their excuse was they where very busy which I am sorry to say was not our problem. We told them how much we where willing to pay per person which they would not accept. At one point the ‘owner’ said to not pay anything at all starting to rip up the bill which we started to get up and go to which he quickly back tracked and said he would call the police (nothing to do with them I might add it a contract between us and the restaurant which is a civil matter). The owner who seamed quite drunk if I’m honest ended up settling on what we were happy to pay which I myself paid for everyone as I didn’t want to be in that restaurant any longer than I had to. Absolutely shocking service and what’s worse they didn’t accept that they had given such bad service (many other tables where angry and fed up too) I will never set foot on this restaurant again and have advised many of my local friends to steer clear of it to!!!!

Two more takeaways this month. One collection and one home delivery. My review is predictable; it is always a pleasure to enjoy this food which, as I have previously stated is delicious and more-ish. Whenever I visit I always leave with a smile such is the welcome from the staff. Highly recommended.

This place had become a favourite for our team get togethers. The banquet is the way forward , with the team keen to understand what you normally like so they can tailor the dishes around you likes and dislikes.

I visited Nagas last night for my birthday meal. At the risk of repeating myself, I cannot rate this restaurant any higher, the food is so tasty, I find it genuinely "more-ish" , the portions are generous and as usual to a man the staff are cheerful, helpful and professional.

Called in after seeing good reviews on here, we were visiting Wiltshire on holiday , best curry we’ve had in a long time , great service and good prices to. Definitely come again when next in the area 👍🏼👍🏼

As a frequent and regular customer I rate this establishment highly. The staff are always welcoming and very friendly. As for the food, I cannot rate the flavours and tastes in these meals any higher - consistentlythe best I have ever tasted. Visit and enjoy!

Looking for a table on a Saturday night and was warmly welcomed by extremely friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant, clean and modern. Food was hot and fresh and good quality. Never before have I left a restaurant with a hug from the waiter. It’s the little things that add to the whole experience of a good meal out.

Staying for a couple of days in Warminster I had previously been on trip advisor to see the reviews on local Indian restaurants. We decided on the Nagas and were not disappointed. We were greeted by friendly staff.We had the three courses, and I must say the food was excellent, didn't have to wait long in between courses, which were well timed.Decor was bright, clean and mordern.Would definitely visit again.

Have just waited an hour and 20 minutes for an order which eventually arrived after a number of phone calls and excuses from this restaurant. Unfortunately it ruined our Valentines Day meal. We were dusgusted at the lack of customer service received from the staff and with no interest to offer any sort of customer service recovery.

Googled this place as we were driving home. Phoned up booked a table. Very warm and friendly greeting. Service was fantastic and I have to say it was the best Indian meal we have had for a long time. Visited as a couple in the evenings and with friends on a Sunday for the buffet menu with waiter service. Excellent food all round, super service and a nice modern clean restaurant.

Have been here several times now, always very busy, food always very good & fresh, never seem to have to wait too long for food to come out, waiters very friendly, however, always seem to forget our drinks order and have to be reminded, no biggy but has happened both times we went. Food has never been forgotten however.

From experience Naga's is certainly the preferred choice of Indian in Warminster. Service when eating in is great and the food equally as good. Always had exceptional takeaways from there as well and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely jolly evening in Naga's last Friday 5/10/18. It was my son's 21st. The food was very tasty and the service was friendly. Our meals all came at the same time. There were 19 of us.

Indian is my all time favourite food. This is the BEST Indian meal I have ever eaten.

Such a shame the manager is so rude as the food was great. The atmosphere was at times uncomfortable and we noticed he was the same with other customers too. We had been once before and thought we'd caught him on an 'off day but he really is rude. This time we went on a Sunday and were virtually shouted at when we asked about their £9.95 "5 course" deal. Turns out it's not 5 courses but includes starter, main dish, rice, side dish OR nan bread. When we didn't want to order drinks this too produced a sigh and a roll of the eyes. We were not difficult or confrontational in the least but it really did spoil what should have been a lovely treat. Still a great deal though if you aren't bothered about being made to feel like an inconvenience.

My wife and I visited on a Tuesday evening to celebrate my birthday...I love a good curry! This restaurant has been open for one year and it was my first visit. Very hospitable and lovely surrounding décor. We had our alcoholic beverages; good draught indian beer. We just had two main courses, two sizzlers, chicken shashlik and tandoori chicken with pilau rice and salad and a side dish of ochre.... all delicious.

Decided on a takeaway after a very hectic weekend, food from Nagas is always good. Delivery was quick. Staff always friendly and helpful. We had a methi and a bhuna and both were delicious. It’s become our no. 1 for Indian takeaway. 5*

Exactly a year on from our Wedding reception we were back to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and as usual we were spoilt. The food remains absolutely wonderful. The service is perfect and the lovely staff always go the extra mile. They even gave us a cake with a firework candle and myself some flowers. What more can l say other than go and taste for your self.

This was not my first visit, service was as before attentive, kind and generous. Food is excellent - all the usual choices plus a few more - and they bought a cake for my son - it was his birthday. If you want to eat here on Friday or Saturday evening you have to book. Sunday they have a running buffet for lunch which again you will usually need to book. Its worth it.

Food was very nice. I had the chicken tikka sag very tasty. Generous portions. We were able to take leftovers home. Staff are friendly but they need to be careful as can be a little over friendly making comments & hoovering a little too long. One waiter kept touching my back which made me uncomfortable. Wanted to tell him to stop it but didn’t want to make a scene.

I went to nagas with my family for a meal and it was honestly amazing. The food was delicious and how I expected it to be. The staff were very friendly and welcoming providing excellent service. Also there was a good atmosphere inside which I enjoyed. I will definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend it to everyone.

This converted pub in Warminster has been decorated in vibrant colours to match the vibrant service from the staff.

A relatively new Indian restaurant that people are speaking well of. A group of ten visited on Friday 18th May and entered an old pub that had been refurbished to a very high standard. Greeted by friendly staff and guided to our booked table. Our drinks order was taken and we studied the extensive menu. Our starters were delivered promptly and were of a very high standard. When the main meals were brought to the table, comments such as "delicious", "best curry I have ever had" were heard. This Indian restaurant must be one of the best in Wiltshire! If you go there and receive the same food and friendly service I can't think that many would complain.

Highly recommended Indian restaurant - great range of specialist dishes. Our preferred take away. Can highly recommend those who like a hot dish the Naga Chicken. Very warm, just how I like it.

Picked up a takeaway meal from Nagas tonight, 07/04/18, it was fabulous! The food was beautifully cooked and not at all greasy or oily. Would highly recommend.

Was busy at work and had a carry out from this restaurant. Had a saag chicken with pilau rice and a couple of papadums. This was very good, just needed a touch of seasoning. The papadums were outstanding . All in all a very good takeaway, thank you.

Hi all, we booked a table for 4 of us for 7pm on a Saturday night. When we arrived the restaurant was very busy but we was shown to our table and was asked if we would like drinks and popadoms which we did all very nice and service good.
