Always on holiday ! Jocks, livin’ da life, always away cycling and jus’ chillin’. Moaning how hot it is on the continent and that the winter fuel allowance won’t cover the air con in the van. Doors open on this fine Sunday but no lemon drizzly drizzle, took one fine English SIS caffeine jel in return for a flat white. He’s lucky I accepted his heart in return for sitting in the wheels all the way round.

Awesome cool little café in keeping with the vernacular architecturally yet cool too. The coffee is great and some hearty food as well. Bacon baps, toasties, veggie, soups, avo and toast etc. All top quality. All age clientele - younger crowd and older locals, families and dogs, walkers, cyclists and even horse riders pop in.

Lovely lady running the cafe very friendly. Cakes were great (all home made) as were our hot drinks. Will definitely visit again when we are next in the area.

Amazing food, great hospitality, very welcoming but one downfall is not enough staff. Only twice been waiting to be served at the bar both times completely overlooked. Rooms are lovely, some issues with wanting some quiet time in the Cotswolds, when you can hear loud music 2 floors up. Poor parking when we arrived, very loud with bookings for afternoon tea. Not much time for attention to give us an overview. A great local venue for a top end menu, should not be overlooked.

We had an early lunch here while on holiday almost a year ago and on sunny days still reminisce about this place and wish we could transport ourselves to the terrace. Hands down the best sausage roll I ever had and will likely ever have.

The inside is really nice, staff are friendly, caramel latte was lovely but the Sausage/Egg Panini was a big let down. I would return but just for a cake and coffee, I won’t be trying any of there paninis ever again.

Consistently good coffee made by caring Baristas (the love is palpable in each perfect velvety coffee they produce) and really nice cakes (omg, it's SO refreshing to find a cafe that doesn't serve Cakesmiths! Almost every cafe in Stroud buys mass-produced cakes in from this big Bristol company and it's just sooooo good to find a cafe that has a more inspired offering of homemade, rustic, authentic bakes with personality!) I have had a piece of their chocolate fudge cake and it generously provides everything you would want from a chocolate cake; rich flavour, moisture, heaaavvy on the chocolate...soooo good. The people are really nice and always upbeat, good vibes and lovely location overlooking the timeless Minchinhampton square and just around the corner from the beautiful common, a wonderful place for a long walk. Absolutely fantastic cafe going strong and I hope will continue to enjoy success and happy customers.

A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings 3rd visit for Sunday lunch all in all very good fresh vegetable lovely lunch served at my request on a hot plate as some places do not serve Sunday roast on hot places unless you ask my only thing I asked for more gravy and the smallest jug arrived with only a little in it service was good

My partner and I came here for a spontaneous lunch trip and our servers were B and Petra were absolutely amazing, they accommodated my allergies superbly! Food was amazing! Compliments to the Chef 😁 Pulled pork and cheddar sandwiches were delicious! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you! We will be back!!

Great roast dinner and friendly attentive staff. A fantastic community asset for Minchinhampton. It’s great that you can either go for a meal or just a drink and feel equally welcome.

Wow whoever is the Brummie working solo tonight providing Minchinhampton and its environs with freshly cooked fish and chips massive thank you - our meals were amazingly good - as good as it gets. Absolutely crispy batter, fresh cod and tasty potato, deep fried.CONGRATULATIONS

A small cafe which has been created to provide a training environment for the adjacent additional needs school. Great cakes and baguettes well served by the students. Also incredible value for money, 2 Coffees, a baguette and a slice of lemon cake. £10.50.
